A terrible restaurant. I swear I ate from their grill, on charcoal, and hummus. I swear it is a terrible thing. I advise you on it, and the sittings above are as if you were in prayer at home.

Very nice discovery, this little Afghan restaurant/snack bar. Hearty and tasty dishes, excellent service and more than affordable prices: very good value for money. The lower room has a “snack” feel, the upper one is more restaurant-style. Special mention for the part where you can eat sitting on the ground for more local atmosphere. I recommend +++

We went there on Thursday night and ordered a mixed grill platter and a qabily Palau it was delicious and was full of flavour then they brought ice cream,very good service I will recommend anyone and everyone to come here

I went for the first time last weekend and it was the best Afghan food I have ever tried, I was welcomed when I came in by the staff and owner and the seating area upstairs was so comfortable and the atmosphere was very warm. The food was very delicious and the portion sizes were very good also. The best quality food and my favourite restaurant in the curry mile I definitely would recommend.

They recently had a renovation and the place looks great now. the food is nice with soft, flavourful chicken, and large range of milkshakes which are also nice. Staff are quiet and friendly and the upstairs area is really nice with traditional seating. Deffo give it a try if you'd like some good meat and rice

It is one of the best Arabic food restaurants in Manchester, and it has such excellent and friendly service. My go-to menu would be the grilled seabass, which you will not get anywhere else, as fish dishes are rare in Manchester. They have renovated the restaurant, making it more convenient and look nicer than before. I highly recomment it, especially for Malaysian people! 🤩

Al Taiba is my favourite grilled chicken restaurant, they have the best but today the packing was TERRIBLE! Unfortunately, Just Eat brown carrier bag used for packing the food, ripped from the heat of the food, exposing the food in the cooler bag, and putting me and the driver in a most uncomfortable situation. I had to carry exposed food in hand as the driver could not leave his motor bike or cooler bag. Terrible, terrible mess!! Very disappointed.

Just visited today and i can say its a 10/10. The food was amazing i just couldn't stop eating. The staff are wonderful and the setting was outstanding. Love the spacing of the tables and the colour schemes. Would definitely come here again and recommend to others.

Al Taiba is the best restaurant in curry mile, I come here atleast once a week. The quality of food, price, service and atmosphere are all unmatched to any restaurant across the whole of curry mile. It's so affordable especially for students, and the food is so so flavourful. The owner is also incredibly friendly and so are the staff.

I’ve been here for three years and this place is the best afghan restaurant you could get in curry mile. The price is unmatched especially for students, flavour of the dishes are very clean and refreshing and the service is better than any other places along the road. Would definitely recommend (qabily palau and kofte kebab) !!!

The best spot on curry mile. I’ve lived here for 3 years now and tried most of them. Al Taiba is unmatched. The kofte kebab is unbelievably juicy. The chicken wings are incredible. The soup is outstanding and they are always happy to give you more. The hummus is the best i’ve had in Manchester. The rice portions are huge and really good. The tea is excellent. And the value on all of the meals are really good. Easy 5 star, excellent place, been 10+ times and never had a bad meal.

Despite a few standout dishes, the overall quality failed to justify the price point. Moreover, the lackluster atmosphere and uncomfortable seating detracted significantly from the dining experience, leaving me feeling dissatisfied and unlikely to return. While Al Taiba Bukhari may have potential, it requires significant improvements in both its culinary offerings and ambiance to compete in the competitive restaurant scene.
