Absolutely pathetic, don't bother! Went through the drive through and ordered a double quarter pounder meal with a COKE. I drove off, half way back to work only to realise they had given me a single quarter pounder meal, about 7 fries, and a DIET Coke. How can something so simple be so wrong!

Great food, whether it's pizza, a great burger or a fab kebab, Grillhaus has you covered. It's our guilty pleasure once a month.

We sat in with family and five people came in and asked steakhouse to remove my family from the area we were sat in.. there was 15 of us. We had already ordered. This was the worst experience ever. Please don’t go to this restaurant as they are very rude and use lying techniques. Some of wealthy Middle Eastern men who had no manners asked their management to remove us. They preferred the gang of Middle Eastern, men over us as a family. They were rudely came in later. in the end, we had to walk out as it created distress within our own family. We were all looking forward to a great evening and they spoiled it. I hope by reading my experience you don’t go there as they are people who prefer Rich Middle Eastern shakes. I also hope and pray that their business doesn’t run after how they treating my family. I’m a person who suffers from anxiety and they let me down and my family and children.. over a few Middle Eastern men that they could’ve Turned away or found some spare chairs and tables for.. they broke all the table manner, rules and etiquettes.

The young girl working the drive through this friday 7:15pm was extremely rude with a bad attitude.

Very poor quality food. Waited over 30 min for very poor tasting food do not spend your money here. Gross

AVOID AVOID AVOID called in with 7 family members after karting. Unfortunately had to give one star We spent £80 odd here for all of us. In one of the burgers there was a hair staff didn't say nothing apart from given new tower burger only to find yet two more hairs in the cookies. We all left feeling uneasy and stomach turning after it. Absolutely disgusting went up to complain staff not intrested in what we had to say asked for manger apparently he's busy. Sorry but whether he's (apparently) busy he needs to address the situation so iv taken to writing it here for people to see and read. Unfortunately I didn't take a pic of the burger but did for the cookie. Staff not wearing hair nets nor tied up in a bun no gloves been worn not from what I seen. I will never call here again I'd rather be hungry. I only hope people see read and take my advice and stay well away from here
