Visited at the pop up today in the towpath inn, some great delicious food !!!

The most yummy of Syrian sweets. Forget the baclava which you can get elsewhere. They have more interesting sweets like milk pudding with pistachio and almonds or filo pastry with cream and pistachio or vermicelli with pistachio filling. Lots and lots of unusual sweets not found elsewhere. We had mint tea with two of the sweets abd bought home five varieties.

Ordered Curry goat, Fried Chicken and the oxtail. All were yummy. Found that this place existed only yesterday. This is inside the Community centre.

Read the reviews and joined the queue !! How good can this place be ??? Wow, wow, wow I know it’s a baguette, but the best sandwich we’ve had in a long, long time. If you’re in the area, trust me join the queue, you won’t regret it. Time to take a breath guys 🤣🤣👍

Highly recommended :) Delicious Japanese food and drinks, friendly service, affordable prices, clean and cosy setting. Good range of fresh seafood and vegetarian/vegan options. Only wish they’d include a few veggies in their rice boxes too. Booking in advance is advised as it’s a small restaurant - easy to do via WhatsApp.

One of my fave places to sit and catch up on some work or meet friends. Delicious food, including the BEST cakes and cookies - all home made, pancakes are lush, bacon butties you can not fault. I'm a regular now and only wish they were open more often.

Marvelous spot for some spicy food and they even have vegan options. The staff were more than friendly and accommodating to my hungry needs. The portions were more than enough and the taste of the food was of course delicious! I even spoke to the cook and he was a likable character and had a great attitude.
