The best restaurants serving American food in South Somerset South West

Absolutely excellent service saw these guys at my friends birthday party so responsible priced in fact cheapest around in this area! The staff are very professional and always service with a smile 😊

Food was edible wasn’t great. The woman with dark hair who “runs” the place is awfully rude and obnoxious and this is not only to me but to people that she employs and other customers. And reading the reviews that are low rated multiple are due to her so I can establish that it wasn’t just an occurrence that I had been present to but yet multiple others as well. The young girls serving were lovely but other than that it wasn’t a nice experience at all. Very much overpriced. For the sake of those girls working there I hope she doesn’t run the place into the ground because that’s where it’s going.

We have been to this lovely place a few times now and love the quality and quantity of their food, all dished up with great service. This time we stopped off for breakfast and then headed to the haynes motor museum and when we finished there, we made our way back down again for our lunch/dinner at this wonderfull place. WE LOOK FOREWARD TO OUR NEXT VISIT. KEEP UP THE HARD GREAT WORK.

This lovely staff called alfie was so sweet and kind. Security Kept an eye on us and it made us super comfortable and safe. Alfie was amazing to talk to too

Poor - make sure you check your order before leaving the counter. They managed to miss 1 drink and get 2 wrong. My chicken burger was inedible and another 2 burgers were wrong. It is busy so the staff are rushing around but its all sloppy and they dont seem to care.

My husband ordered on the app for July digger and I to collect. Passed the code on, fine, no problem. Got asked to go straight to the main window. Ooh great I thought, it must be ready to go right away. No can you park up please. So I parked up. We saw multiple people arrive and leave. So sign of our food. Then finally about 15-20 mins later it arrives, no apology for the delay. My daughter was very bored and getting worked up at this point. So we took the food and went home. For once all the food was really hot. Which is great. But when my children asked for their fries we realised there was none in the bag at all! Should’ve been 4x fries. Really frustrating as we live about 10 mins away in good traffic. The staff just don’t seem to care here. It’s always the same. Usually I check the bag but because we’d had to wait for so long and my daughter was kicking off. We just went. I shouldn’t have to check every time. It wasn’t busy by any means. Every time we leave there something’s forgotten. Just won’t bother anymore. It’s such a shame.

Just been through drive through took 28 minutes to get food. One guy doing orders and bless him he seemed to be struggling. Food was not good at all, definitely dropped in my rating.

This is the worst KFC I've had. Ordered a family boneless meal for our family and the chicken was too chewy to eat..I don't know if they're cooking it for too long or re-frying old chicken but it was an awful rubbery texture.. The corn on the cobs were not cooked long enough as they were not really edible. I wouldn't eat here again!

Decided to pick up a KFC for a quick dinner and was really disappointed ,it was very quiet so hoped for a freshly cooked meal but what we got tasted as if it had been reheated, chewy chicken and inedible cold fries,waste of £25, would not visit again or recommend
