The best restaurants serving American food in Woking South East

Sadly, this place has gone rapidly downhill since new ownership. Orders placed on Friday and Saturday….2.5 hours later and constant phone calls….no delivery. When I eventually got through, was told the driver had a problem with his steering wheel! Been a loyal customer for over 5 years. Contact me again guys when competent individuals have taken over the ownership and day to day management. Its not worth placing an order till then.

Las hamburguesas eran brillantes, sin embargo, no vale la pena las £ 18 libras gastadas en ellos. El servicio fue rápido considerando solo un personal disponible. Simplemente no valía la pena el dinero.

The full breakfast came out with the bacon cold, as were the fried eggs which were also hard. The butter in its packaging had obviously been left on the plate under the heat lamps and had liquified. My wife's crushed avacado and egg came out about 10 minutes later, just as I was finishing my breakfast. The eggs were again cold and hard. She took it back and as we didnt want to wait for it to be recooked, we got a refund for hers and left. Very disapointing and wont go back!

Luke warm undercooked greasy chicken poorly cooked chips and watered down cola. Avoid this place at all costs. Uninterested staff.

We decided to try this place despite a poor ranking and reviews on TripAdvisor. The restaurant has been fitted out well, but unfortunately the food doesn’t match. The choice of beef burgers on the menu was limited to a classic burger, cheese burger or bacon burger. However they had run out of bacon and no chicken burgers were available - which limited this even more. The “no frills” approach is fine but you expect better execution; the brioche bun was cold and the burger was a bit dry. It could have actually been quite nice without these issues - unfortunately these are the two main components of a burger! The milkshake also wasn’t great; it felt like it was just ice cream in a glass with some ice. During cooking they also ran out of enough fries for a full portion for everyone so they were topped up with a couple of small halloumi bites each. It was good that they made an effort and didn’t just try and serve small portions - but it was a bit odd and we didn’t know until the food was served having already paid! There was also only 1 member of staff taking the orders at the till and then going into the kitchen to cook them. I think that they have their pricing right for what they are trying to achieve - it’s just a shame they are not really able to do so.

Nueve suministrados con nuestras comidas! La comida era lo ÚNICO bueno, delicioso, caliente, un poco aceitoso! ¡Personal desorganizado! Pero por lo demás fue una mala experiencia!

Limpio y ordenado , la comida es fresca y muy recomendable. El personal es muy amable y el servicio es muy rápido, por lo que es un gran lugar para la comida saludable o el camino.

Después de terminar mi almuerzo, le pregunté a un miembro del personal si podía abrir el baño accesible para mí, a lo que ella se negó. Le pregunté a Agin, y ella me miró arriba y abajo y luego dijo que necesitaba usar el baño de arriba. ¡Le expliqué que no puedo usar las escaleras a las que ella se encogió de hombros y se fue! Luego le pregunté a otro miembro del personal detrás del mostrador y ella me dijo que usara el ascensor ... lo que cortésmente señalé que haría si no estaba “fuera de servicio”, luego me resopló y resopló y finalmente me abrió el inodoro accesible. Absolutamente espantoso comportamiento del personal, ¿es así como McDonald’s trata a todos sus clientes discapacitados?
