The best restaurants serving American food in Maidstone South East

Potentially the best burger in town, lovely chilli, but the fries definitely leave something to be desired. The bar is fun, however if you're ordering takeaway don't expect it to come. They cancel my order OVER 50% the time.

First time visiting Maidstone's Miller & Carter and it was a good experience like any other M&C we've been to. Service and food were both great as always. Just wanted to leave a post to say a big thank you to our waitress Gabby who was lovely and assertive. I had a slight issue with my onion loaf and Gabby got it sorted without any hassle. Gabby if you're reading this, apologies for not tipping. We thought a service charge was added to the bill but it wasn't. Only downside was the atmosphere as the area of the restaurant where we were seated was quite dark compared to other zones which made it a little difficult to read the menu's. Other than that, all great evening with a superb waitress 👌

Great service from staff, very friendly and polite, enjoyed the Argentina fillet steak very tender and juicy definitely a new favorite, will be visiting again soon 😊

They keep the pool tables in good nick

With four adults and one child, we met up to do our embroidery. We had a lovely greeting, and George manoeuvred furniture around for two of us to bring our mobility scooters in. He really helped in every way to make us comfortable. We had between us tea, coffee and food (not sure what my friends ordered). Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Both staff extremely helpful and polite. Service with a smile.

Diner closed due to fire and refurbishment ongoing. Had to use the portaloo and get a coffee from the Shack. Will wait until diner reopens before stopping again. Please open soon

The staff have got such an attitude in there and can’t be bothered to help . Talk to each other instead of to a customer and when you tell them the food is cold they pull a face at you

This place is absolutely awful, they never get the order right because they are not listening, how they keep their customers I really don’t know and it is always cold, I had to tell them 3 times last night my order and they still didn’t get it right, the employees are all awful
