A good local pub, with a hearty atmosphere.

We had a reservation for family lunch on Sunday. Half of tables was free, it wasn’t busy Sunday for this steakhouse. We’ve ordered three courses meals for three people. I wanted cauliflower wings as a starter, and I had CHICKEN WINGS after 40 minutes of waiting!! We had drinks quickly, but after that my husband was waiting for 25 minutes for another drink! Waiter was ignoring our table. He said “it’s very busy, and you have to wait” - that’s it! After ONE HOUR we had stakes. We’ve ordered medium rare steaks, and then we had well done 🤦🏻‍♀️ AFTER ONE HOUR OF WAITING. Waiter said we can wait for new ones… probably another 30 minutes. This is some kind of joke. We’re so disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this place. We will not go back for sure. Waist of time and money!!!

One of my two favourit Beefeaters in the whole of the country. Great food and team who looked after us. Front of house & bar; Danni (truly amazing), Will/ William, Andy, Tina, and Kitchen; Louis and Aylin. Stayed twice in September for buisness and had an amazing experience everytime. Although the restaurant was busy on both occations; the team were slick, smoth and delicious and a credit to the Beefeater Brand. Well done all. Back in for a third night and the new crew on duty are maintaining the standards and excellent level of service enjoyed previously.

Great menu choices, lots to choose from. Our meals arrived in a timely manner tasted great. Service was excellent.

The order was wrong - cheese on my son's burger - he has dairy intolerance! Milkshakes were wrong flavour. Chips cold. Delivered 55 mins late. Terrible experience. Won't order again.

I have missing items in the delivery. These are 2x Regular Creamy Mash

Really poor experience… Very slow service through the drive-through. Certainly not “fast food.” Once food eventually arrived it was lukewarm at best…not a place I’d go back to even for a quick pit stop whilst travelling…really poor experience.

I ordered from this kfc branch on my holiday, we ordered food for 6 people with 3 young children and we were utterly disappointed and quite frankly shocked with what we received. Our food took an hour to arrive, which with 3 small children is completely too long. Our order was missing coleslaw, a piece of chicken and beans for my 2 year old who is extremely picky. We attempted to call this kfc, calling around 10 times and the call was declined each time, which is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable after our cold, minuscule meals with missing food for a 2 year old. Don’t order from this kfc!!! this meal completely ruined our weekend away and caused nothing but inconvenience having to find picky children food to eat.
