worst subway ever, rude staff, 6 inch was more like 3inch (I actually witnessed the member of staff take a pre-cut 6 inch and cut a few extra inches off. we ordered 3 6inch subs which they tried charging us £25 until we mentioned the price and that it was wrong then they recalculated it to £12 - worst Subway I have ever been to.

We went for breakfast and was met by a pleasant waitress and shown to our table she was very friendly and polite and the food came hot and promptly. Staffordshire asked us a couple of times if everything was ok and the food was very nice .. Nice experience

HORRIBLE PLACE - they gave me food poisoning literally could not sleep just had to go to the toilet several times and then i wake up vomiting twice. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. I advise you not to go unless you want food poisoning 😍

We regularly stop here for lunch when in town and my kids love it! Great sandwich options and lovely cakes! The service is always fast and the food always good. We are regulars here

Absolutely awful service , waited over 2 hours for delivery had to ring to chase up eventually got it wrong order and food missing, rang the shop to let them know got treated like I was lying , eventually got missing order freezing cold had to warm it up got items in the food which I specifically asked to not get ( chicken drumsticks) will never spend my money there again, not anywhere on their website to make a complaint, probably why awful

We visited this restaurant with high expectations, given the way it was marketed and the claims made by the owner. Unfortunately, the reality didn’t match the hype. The food was okay - nothing terrible, but certainly not the masterpiece it was made out to be. The biggest issue, however, was the owner. He seems to live in a bubble where he believes himself to be an incredible, well-known chef. Sadly, that’s far from the truth. Rather than focusing on delivering a great dining experience, he seems to have spent more time making it about himself than actually letting the food speak for itself. The atmosphere was also lacking. There was a definite air of discomfort, particularly for those who dared to express an honest opinion. It became clear that guests who didn’t gush over the experience were subtly (or not so subtly) made to feel unwelcome. It’s never a good sign when a restaurant cultivates an environment where only blind praise is tolerated. Overall, there are far better places to spend your time and money. If you prefer an enjoyable, relaxed dining experience with genuinely excellent food, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Just had 2 men from midnight express banging on my door at 1.30am on a Monday night for 10 minutes straight waking the whole street up. I’m 8.5 months pregnant with work in the morning and they was ringing my doorbell and BANGING on my door for a 7” pizza delivered to the wrong address. For 10 minutes straight. Weird behaviour. Just call the customers mobile or go home. They then tried to argue with me about it being my address. (Whilst clearly seeing I’m heavily pregnant and don’t want and didn’t order the grim 7” pizza) absolutely shocking. Very stressful experience. Need to learn some new delivery etiquette. Didn’t even apologise for banging on the door like lunatics for 10 mins just stood there arguing with a pregnant woman whilst holding a tiny pizza. Absolute Weirdos.

Our host Camilla was amazing, so kind and accommodating. Highly recommend going!!

Ethan was so lovely we are going to make this our new fast food place his service was so amazing and he was lovely on the phone and really chased my order for me and he even wrote a sweet note honestly I appreciate his service so much 💓
