Este restaurante es una verdadera joya para los amantes de la hamburguesa. Lugar muy pequeño, pero la calidad de la comida es realmente algo. Incluso una hamburguesa para el postre guarde algunas vale la pena.

Lugar perfecto en el distrito de los teatros cuando se apresura entre las representaciones matinales y nocturnas. El personal era encantador y lleno de bromas. Las alitas de pollo estaban deliciosas. Ambos filetes se cocinaron como se pidió. El servicio fue eficiente. Punto de precio en el lado alto, pero usted está pagando por conveniencia de la ubicación también.

Um bom restaurante de carnes.... ambiente amplo e agradável... serviço atencioso. Recomendo a "hot stone experience" .....o Filet da minha esposa estava excelente... o meu Ribeye deixou um pouco a desejar....Mas de qq forma vale a pena conhecer....

The staff of this five gyus are to respectively and helping hnd in everything and the sitting areas was to clear and tidy we enjoy a lot.

Every corner of this place is photo-ready. Beautifully designed space, trendy without being pretentious. Plus, the drinks taste as good as they look .Enache was looking after us ,we had very good experience

Extremely Disappointed and Outraged by the Disrespect I Witnessed – DO BETTER, FIVE GUYS PICCADILLY CIRCUS. I usually don’t take the time to write long reviews, but what I witnessed at this Five Guys location on 23rd April 2025, around 5 PM in the evening, was so disgraceful and disturbing that I feel compelled to speak up. While I was visiting the store, a delivery driver came in to pick up an order. The driver politely asked the staff for the complimentary peanuts — something the customer had specifically requested. It was a simple and respectful request made on behalf of someone who had placed a paid order. The driver was not rude or confrontational in any way. He was just doing his job and trying to satisfy the customer. What happened next was absolutely unacceptable. One of the staff members — an Asian male — responded in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner. He belittled the driver, spoke down to him, and made him feel unwelcome in front of customers. Instead of addressing the situation with professionalism, he chose to insult someone who was just trying to do their job. To make matters worse, a black male security guard physically pushed the driver out of the store. The driver didn’t raise his voice or cause any disruption, yet he was forcibly removed like he was a threat. It was completely uncalled for, aggressive, and deeply humiliating. I watched this unfold in disbelief. This is not how anyone should be treated — especially someone who is working hard in a demanding job like food delivery. What I saw on 23rd April wasn’t just poor customer service — it was bullying, disrespect, and a total lack of human compassion. I’ve never seen a delivery driver — or any worker — treated with such open contempt. It left a really bad taste in my mouth and ruined the entire experience for me. Five Guys, you need to take a hard look at your staff and how they’re trained. There needs to be accountability for this kind of behavior. That delivery driver deserved respect, not humiliation. Your staff should know how to treat people with basic decency, especially those helping to keep your business running. This was not just rude — it was shameful. To anyone thinking of visiting this branch — be aware. If this is how they treat working-class individuals trying to earn a living, it’s a reflection of a toxic culture that shouldn’t be tolerated anywhere. I hope this review reaches management and something is done about it — because what I saw was simply disgusting.

Emre’s service is so good, the dishes are superb

Este lugar fue recomendado, de forma independiente, por un empleado de la tienda y un guía turístico, así que ¿cómo no podría intentarlo? Ambos habían entusiasmado con los calamares. Soy alérgico a los mariscos, así que esa no era una opción, pero lo que comí lo disfruté mucho. Me sorprendió que fuera un restaurante de cadena. Hay muchas ubicaciones, lo que lo hace muy conveniente si tiene hambre y se tropieza con él en cualquier lugar de la ciudad. La copa de vino servida rápidamente era muy necesaria después de dejar un museo abarrotado

It’s pretty obvious what you’re getting here…I booked here as we were in Leicester Square for another event and we fancied some lobster! I was sceptical with this being a chain, however we had a great experience. Food was amazing, especially the scallop starter. Restaurant had a really nice atmosphere and the staff were all so attentive. I would highly recommend going here, yes it’s a little on the expensive side, but sort of expected for London.

Gran noche gran ambiente el personal era muy agradable y atractivo y complaciente a nuestras necesidades la comida era excelente 2a vez en Temper pero primera vez en el Covent Garden. . esto es un 10 / 10 recomendar

L'endroit est petit mais franchement on s'y sent bien. On nous a super bien servi, c était très bon. L'attente était un peu longue mais on nous a gentillement offert 2 boissons pour nous dédommager. Le personnel était vraiment sympa, nous recommandons!
