The best restaurants serving American food in England

I ordered for delivery. When my food came it was all cold. The chips were hard and inedible even after being warmed in the oven. The onion rings were soggy. The meat on the burger was ok although cold. The bun was soggy. It was all very sad. I thought eating in might be better but after seeing other reviews I will pass.

This is always my go to place for a burger and a shake. The food is always great and the milkshake is amazing quality! Never had a single issue at this place

Unbelievable. They forgot to put in fries x 2 for the 2 meals. Bizarrely the girl at the drive thru collection counter even asked whether I wanted any dips for the fries 🍟. I was not going to drive back for them, and nobody was picking up the phone. The fillet o fish looked and tasted of old fish. Rather than the lovely white fish that was before, these ones were some nasty looking brown/grey fish. Put me off for life.

Thank you to dhayani, when she brought our food out there was 2 lots of chips and I only ordered one, she checked with the manager ans said that we could have them anyway. She was ever so helpful so thanks again.

Reservamos a través de Groupon, restaurante ahora bajo el nombre de 'El Refugio' forma parte de la Inteligente y sencillo hotel, para dos parejas, sólo una persona en el restaurante cuando llegamos! Se sirve en vasos de ginebra cálida, tuvimos que pedir hielo y limón, entrantes estaban bien, pero los platos principales eran terribles el 'filetes tiernos 'eran suaves y cã servido con media de limón en cada placa. Sé que eso no podría. Ninguna otra guarnición. La pechuga de pollo en salsa de vino blanco se sirve en una placa en mantequilla derretida! No hay signo de salsa de vino blanco. La ensalada de hojas mixtas deberían haber incluido aceitunas y pepino, no, sólo de hojas mixtas y tomates cherry reducido a! Los platos principales eran servidos en platos fríos, el 'chips' en las patatas fritas eran hecho!! delgado Nos ofrecieron un reemplazo para el pollo o una bebida gratis, pero esta vez nuestro amigo sólo quería salir. Ya que habíamos pagado por 'cuatro dos platos" a través de Groupon pedimos ver un gerente, nadie estaba disponible! Así que dedujo la bebida gratis ofrecen desde la factura y a la izquierda. Nunca volver. Nuestros amigos que compró el bono buscan un reembolso de Groupon.

April 18 11 am called in for a coffee usually the service is good but not today not only the staff served other people before me but continued gossiping too eachother before realising my order has not even been put in how rude shall I go back? Not unless these perticuler staff members book themselves in to a customer service course promptly. Dissatisfied customer. James Freeman West Midlands

Nice food but the service wasn't great due to them messing up my order and I didn't get my order until 45 minutes after ordering when every one at my table got their food very quickly.

We visit a few times a month and everytime we have been no matter the time of day they never have any meatballs. In the whole of last month we have been they have not had them once!!! Staff aren't the friendliest either.

Great sandwich and great service. I had a tex mexan and would recommend to others. Staff were very helpful and polite!!!

Popped by around 3 - staff were cleaning - conversation was had whilst not once looking up from the mop. No food available - very unwelcoming - won’t bother again

First time visited the new BK at Telford town centre, what an absolute joke. First which genius designed the layout??! So we parked In designated carpark but in order to walk to the entrance you have to walk through the kitchen extractor fumes. So instead of a nice meal with the family we all smell like burnt burger even before walking in. (Do they know they can point the extractor upwards??!) So to enhance our experience our 3 whopper and bacon burger came without bacon on it and still took 15 minutes. To finish us off the kids felt sick after walking through the kitchen extractor smoke on the way back to the. In short we won't be back and very disappointed in Burger King.

Wanted to go to the chip shop in St Johns food court,but sadly it is now closed so went here instead.There was a single member of staff who took lack of enthusiasm to world class standards.Food looked to be part cooked and then warmed up when required.Hot dog was very poor quality and not particularly warm,but the chips were passable.Meal deal was good value,but I would think twice before returning.

We made a reservation for three at 6o clock on 16th July but at 1 minute past 6 when we where almost there due to traffic we got a email saying reservation cancelled no explanation given , we where then left to find somewhere else to eat, disgusting way to run a business

I use this place regularly and never had cause for complaint. However today all 3 pieces of chicken were dry and chewy (3 breast pieces as well, normally a mix) and the chips luke warm. At least the drink was ok. I will come back for one more try but if it is the same again I shall take my business to Subway next door.

Had fish , cod it was absolutely amazing mega size perfectly cooked. We have ordered this each week directly from them with any problems whatsoever until I used uber to deliver and uber let us down so left a bad review this was not ment for the food just the uber driver so very sorry for the 1 star tried to change it but to late your food was excellent will order with directly in future thanks for a great meal again
