The Secret Garden in Redbridge

Very rude tiny lady,Just want to share my experience I have been there today and she was yelling on the driver. He didnt have the bag because he got another order in his bag and when he asked that why the other driver was given food without bag she started shouting on the driver in very ill mannered way. The miserable driver went back to take his bag and he continued waiting there for like ten minutes while the food was not ready. Then the other lady came telling him that don’t come back here but the total fault was of their staff, they should treat every driver in same way. Very dirty place, rude behaviours and bins were overflowing. ZERO customer service and literally has no manners to speak.

The place serves big portions and for fair prices. very welcoming staff members. Fantastic work.

Came for Iftar had the worst experience, ordered mains at 5,45 and was still left waiting at 7.30. Whilst the manager was apologetic to my face and did give me a takeaway biryani. He then proceeded to still CHARGE for a main after saying it will come off the bill. Seems like the biryani that was “on the house” was inadvertently charged for. Apparently 5% off the bill makes up for waiting 1 hour 45 mins and knocking off 3 water bottles. Safe to say won’t be returning after that experience.

I asked for drumsticks but I received none. The food was bland and of poor quality- certainly not worthy of the +£20 cost KFC demands. Do better

We booked the upstairs room for my daughter’s baptism afterparty and everybody had a fabulous time! Paul even came in early in the morning to allow me to set up and helped with moving furniture. All of our guests remarked on the quality of the food and our barman was so kind and attentive. I 100% recommend using their function room for parties, it’s a great space.
