Have been going here for 20 years and the food has been consistently excellent! Highly recommended.

Absolutely outstanding service. The staff are superb. The food could not be faulted. Deserts were sooo delicious! And prices are more than reasonable. Will definitely return 100%.

We were welcomed with a smile wider than Irish Sea. This beautifully positioned cafe has expansive windows and you can relax and avail yourself of the WiFi. You can do this whilst enjoying a coffee and splendid pastries or other snacks. We highly recommend that you visit very soon.

Very welcoming and warm service at this great ice cream parlour and chocolatier. The flavours were amazing and had just been made! The chocolate selection was also so tempting! Delicious. We will be back!

The restaurant catered for my daughter’s 18th birthday party . Everyone who came commented on how amazing the food was . Absolutely brilliant , and Refa and Naz were so accommodating and helpful , can’t thank them enough . Would definitely recommend a visit !

Unbelievable experience as the awards would suggest. Mid thirties courses (lost count). Some of the best ingredients you can get cooked with precision. This was just delicious! Be sure to pace yourself if drinking alcohol it’s a long one. The room we had on site was also fantastic. Would highly recommend as a one off experience.

Absolutely amazing stay we were upgraded the room was fantastic so clean, staff are amazing here can’t do enough, food was superb we can’t wait to come back again soon. Best nights sleep we have both had in a long time x

Food was good quality cooked lovely , tasted great but a bit on the light side , had a rack of ribs tasted great but tiny really , staff were friendly and very good service nice pub just need a bit more on the plate

Lovely small pub / cafe / restaurant. We come here every time we visit Monmouth. Food and service great. Usually quiet when we're in there. The bacon, brie and cranberry toastie I had this time was amazing.

Really love the food here and it's a nice quiet location. Good value for money.

We were really looking forward to a fish and chip dinner. Two mouthfuls and it went in the bin. Greasy and soggy chips, dry fish (even the dog didn't want it). Food seemed like it had been left over since lunch time. Absolutely gross.
