Great products and lots of variety but sadly let down by the customer service. Young girl behind the counter was miserable as sin and behaved as though I'd disturbed her from her nap time. Rude and ignorant.

Something a little bit different to the Greggs bakery standard fare. Like the ones with their own cafe attached.

Lovely sandwich rolls here along with proper crisps and a drink.. Also offer a brunch roll and a coffee for a reasonable price. Great selection of pastry and dessert, great service and clean with seating. This place also has a car park.

Wasn't a bad selection of produce, called around 9am with no breakfast available for and told no breakfast at the moment with no time limit. It was quiet when we called in and the pasty was relatively cold but nice.

An excellent example of a local bakery chain, just across the town. Mmmm

I visit this place almost every day of the week😳 Friendly staff, lovely breakfast baguette and hot drink for £3.20👊 can't go wrong for that price, parking is ok but can be busy with Tesco next door, ideal call in for a break if your traveling through Britton Ferry 👍

Pasties are always freezing. What's the point in going to a bakery for freezing cold food? Even at peak times

Amazing service this morning from the Briton Ferry staff. I asked for an item that had not yet been packed & put on display ( tea cakes). The girls were flat out serving a queue that was out into the car park. Within minutes they had found my item in the many trays of freshly cooked items that were being put on display trays, packed it securely and gave it to me. Every customer was greeting politely , their specific requests dealt with efficiently & professionally. The staff are a credit to the company.

Service with a smile at this Jenkins bakery, after a nice breakfast our bellys were felling indulgent for sugar and this was the place that served us well, I had the caramel doughnut and to my surprise it lived up to every expectations and more, I was unaware of the creamy inside of the doughnut so when I bit into it, it was heaven , we also had a chocolate chip pancake witch was just as good, and very filling , the place was clean in every corner and the glass looked untouched, not a blotchy fingermark or smudge insight, all the food was intricately placed and looked fantastic in its glory, the service was fast polite and overall perfection, will be visiting again and letting the family and friends know about these doughnuts 👌, 👍👍

Nothing beats a local bakery that has been around for years. Fantastic food and made there, non of this Gregg's stuff. Lady was nice behind the counter and did I mention the food, I did but just pushing the fact it is great. So if your passing pop in, parking is a bit hard as there are terraced house but it's worth that 10 yard walk. Bit thumbs up.

Pasties are always cold even if you go out lunch peak times.

The shop at Briton Ferry is my favourite. Sandwiches and rolls are good and pasties, pizza, sausage rolls and pies are always good. A quick turniver so they are fresh. Cakes are really inviting. St aff very pleasant and helpful. Always service with a smile. Good Manager at this shop and ilshe has a happy staff. It shows when you are served.

Mediocre service & badly made, overpriced food. Pastry on pasties & sausage rolls really salty, small amount of filling in pasties & this was full of pepper. Shame on you Jenkins, you used to be one of the better bakeries. Sadly, no longer.
