The best restaurants in Wales

I didn't stay there but had a Sunday lunch and it was amazing. Perfect in every way. Amazing pannacotta to finish it all off. Lovely staff, it was a good laugh forgetting the word shandy and having to explain what it was to the waitress 😂 lovely place, will defo come back!

Absolutely love calling at Dyffryn - staff always so friendly and the food is gorgeous - the thought of having the sweet chilli beef keeps me going. Cannot rate it highly enough.

Super nice place in Cardiff to drink cocktails with a story: a booklet explains the origin of the cocktail (which can be with or without alcohol). A cozy atmosphere, with islands of comfortable, discreet armchairs. The entrance is not easily guessed, but it also allows you to have a “secret” place (for those in the know), where customers do not enter like in a classic bar, every 5 minutes. I recommend if you are looking for a local Welsh atmosphere!

Really busy, friday lunch. Obviously a favorite of the locals. £7.75 for fish, chips, peas and a pot of tea. Perfect.

Exceptional service by Dilon, very kind and respectful , he also recommend drinks to my liking . My girlfriend wasn't feeling well at the time so we had to leave early, the few drink that we had we're very pleasant. If you are in Cardiff be sure to give lab 22 a visit.

Me and my wife had Sunday lunch. We really enjoyed it and the staff was pleasant and courteous.

We came to this lovely pub after enjoying the food and beer here when we visited last year. We had an excellent Sunday lunch and a most enjoyable birthday celebrating evening meal later in the week. The food is top quality, the staff wonderful, and we all loved the draft Bass. It is a proper pub with a great landlord. I our opinion it is the best one in town

A really well stocked bottle shop and tap room. Stumbled across the place by accident but was a great find. Had really fresh local beer and neipa, IPA, sours etc at (I think) very fair prices. Everything I sampled was great over two visits. Live music in the evening and wish I could have stayed for that too. Dog friendly with scooby snacks at the bar

Love the food here but it has become so overpriced. £13 for a burger with just a single piece of southern fried chicken in it is flipping outrageous. Tastes amazing though so if you're not on a budget I would recommend

We went there for the start of the Prestatyn to Bala classic car run today 26/08/24. When they opened mad rush to ge the breakfast or bacon butties lovley menu lots of choices go and give ot a try well worth the food was lovley.
