Absolutely delicious food in a beautiful location. We had the fish and chips, butternut squash quiche with chips and salad, and kids fish and chips and chicken strips and chips. It was all perfect. The only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of cheaper options. There were no paninis being served so the cheapest adult option was £15, which isn’t ideal when you’re just popping in for a light lunch. We spent £54 on four meals and one drink which my husband and I shared, because we couldn’t justify spending much more than that on lunch. (Tap water available from the outside tap!) The staff were friendly and there was a relaxed vibe We will definitely come again for coffee and cake, the cakes looked incredible. We couldn’t afford another £25 today for coffee and cakes!

A last minute order with Camille’s and it was delightful. After a visit to Skomer Island, staying in Martins Haven we needed some food and by chance we messaged and were very satisfied by the service and the food. When collecting your order, you walk through their home garden, which is vibrant and inviting. I would recommend this place for pizza to anyone in and around Marloes, Martins Haven and beyond. You just need to text their WhatsApp number before 2pm to avoid disappointment but do take walk ins if they have enough left ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic food by the chef, did not expect quality food like that but it superseded my expectations massively of what a non central restaurant could be! Chef also went out of his way to help my family find the ablutions and pay at the till, jack of all trades.

This was a gem of a B&B. The best value you’ll find on this stretch of the coastal path. Lovely rooms, excellent breakfast and central to Marloes and St Brides beaches and Skomer trips. You have the added benefit of staying in a traditional village with thatched cottage and a very nice pub restaurant. The owner kindly gave me a lift to the Skomer visitor centre when it looked like I might be late for the boat. Highly recommended.

Absolutely delicious! Every one of the 3 courses we had was excellent. The main fish dish was particularly exceptional due to the amazing and unique sauce. Service was very very good and the location is beautiful. Sian and Simon really care about the food experience they provide.

Visited 4 times whilst on holiday with 2 of these on a Sunday for a traditional Roast. The lunches were fabulous with plenty of meat, pots, huge Yorkshire puds and seasonal veg absolutely no complaints. One meal we ate outside as the sun was shining of which we both had Hunters Chicken which was again yummy. The fourth visit was on BH Monday and I chose the Curry which I found to be way too salty so I didn't eat much but everything else was really good. The waitress on BH Monday was particularly friendly just what I expect in hospitality and she makes you want to return.

Unexpectedly outstanding It is an unpretentious location..out the back of the Holiday Property Bond St Brides Castle. The stylishly decorated room would have wonderful views when it is not dark or raining. The food is brilliant. The local lamb in a very tasty source is amazing. Twice the quantity at half the price of anywhere else. We have visited many times and everything, including challenging items like Calamari are perfectly prepared. Wonderful to find chips dry and crispy on the outside, not mushy inside. The young and enthusiastic 'staff' are very accomplished and provide a 'Michelin' standard of service. A hidden gem …go now before they get that Star!

Nearly gave this place a miss due to previous reviews, but after speaking to a local, I was advised to give it a try. My wife, our two dogs and myself called in on the off chance mid-September 2024 for an evening meal. The Lobster Pot has been under new management since Easter. The owners are still finding out what is wanted by both locals and, at this time of year, the decreasing tourist sector. It is a typical pub grub menu, but as we were rather late eating, we were informed that a few items were sold out, so be prepared to adapt if your favourite dish is not available. I am not a vegetarian, but was recommended the vegetarian lasagne. It was delicious and served piping hot. Limited puddings but take what is on offer. Both the apple crumble and chocolate brownie were great. A choice of bottled cider, an IPA, which ran out as I was going for a second pint, so settled for a Felin Foel Double Dragon to round the night off. Lovely atmosphere and engaging in conversation with the owners, staff, locals and also a guest staying there made it a great memorable experience! Will definitely return next September to The Lobster Pot as we continue our trek along the coastal footpath. We wish everyone at this pub every success for the future!

I have not visited The Lobster Pot or Marloes for a good number of years and we knew the landlords last time through other businesses and it was a really welcoming and fabulous place to eat and drink. I know things change and hospitality is really struggling but then maybe you have to ensure you go the extra mile and then some to accommodate your locals and holidaymakers. The greeting was lack lustre, the menu was poor and zero atmosphere! We decided to stay to give it a chance and ordered 1 chicken burger and one beefburger with a side of cheesy chips! The chicken pieces were literally shoved in a floured bun no dressing and then a side salad which was nice with chips which again were ok. The beefburger was OK but then the cheesy chips were a bowl of chips with heaped grated cheese on top not even melted! It was so un inspiring and not the greatest meal I could have made it myself at home better! I think the menu could have been so much better with more variation and that doesn't mean a huge number of choices just a little more imagination! This could be a great place with homemade food for lunches and dinner and Cream Teas to attract people coming from Skomer and the beach and of course service with a smile and interaction with each customer.
