Fantastic food by the chef, did not expect quality food like that but it superseded my expectations massively of what a non central restaurant could be! Chef also went out of his way to help my family find the ablutions and pay at the till, jack of all trades.

You have done a very good job with the place and the restaurant looks amazing!! Very yummy food and thank you so much for accommodating us for our grandparents 70th wedding anniversary it was a very enjoyable and special time and letting us decorate the way we wanted thank you so much! Visited here yesterday for lunch. Four people, all impressed. Best burger ever which included all the trimmings including pulled pork. Owner and staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there were not enough people using this excellent Pub/restaurant.

Gorgeous meal - varied menu with lots of choice at a very reasonable price. I had the steak and my partner had the pulled pork burger, both were cooked perfectly. The staff were really friendly and helpful, great atmosphere with snazzy decor. It’s also dog friendly which is always a win! Would recommend and will be taking my family next time

Outstanding food. A very warm welcome and a lovely atmosphere. We will definitely come back to eat here. It is also excellent value for money. Four of us had starters followed by the Sunday lunch which was superb.

I came in for a bite to eat on my own, ordered the cesar salad . It was out of this world , so fresh and full of flavour . I felt so comfortable on my own the chef and lovely Gina were so welcoming . I can’t wait to come back. 😊🥰

We ate here on a Friday evening, the food was absolutely beautiful! Plenty of it and really tasty, the home cooked chips were the icing on top. Lovely warm welcome from Gina and great service from start to finish. Thank you, well recommend and we will be back again very soon!!

Great value for money. Staff were brilliant and very attentive, did everything possible to tend to our needs and an all round lovely experience.

A warm and welcoming atmosphere on arrival, with a roaring fire and the smell of home cooking. We had a great Sunday lunch and will be going there again when we are next in the area.
