Really enjoyed the Sunday lunch here. Great they ask what you want on booking so you know they won't have run out of something.

Very disappointing Christmas Dinner, service not good either.

Best lamb in town and the mussels are gorgeous! The staff are really nice and the ambience was really lovely.

If you like a good steak this is the place for you

We ordered our food and explained we had a garlic intolerance to find out that there was garlic in All the dishes we had ordered and they went on to say they could Not Help with any of our choices so we were really disappointed when previously they would have helped to sort things out. The waitress was Not Bothered about our Custom and was Happy to see us Leave because they were very busy at that time. We have been regulars to this restaurant when we go to Tenby but now we Won't Be Back after such a BAD EXPERIENCE!! SHOCKINGLY AWFUL!!

Wow!😃Stumbled upon this fantastic restaurant at lunchtime today and we were bowled over by the amazing food served here, so tasty!😋 Fabulous service too, staff so friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to everyone at On George's, we will definitely be back!😉

What a find! A gem. We were served by the owner who knew his fish intimately and the result was simple ingredients done well.

Food was below average and very expensive. Service was so so. Won’t be returning!

A rather disappointing experience, moules were nice but the so-called salmon pate tasted of rather bitter mackerel, while veggie antipasti consisted of the cheapest ingredients but cost almost £10.

Lovely meal at this pub/restaurant. Can genuinely say that my Steak was outstanding. Delicious food.

Another great restaurant, gets busy but they are well on top of things. We dined here twice during our 1 week holiday.

Tonight was our first visit here, how the hell we haven't been before, beats me.. From the moment we walked through the door until the moment we left...outstanding, from sevice, to food to price's... we will definitely be regulars That's all we have talked about on way home, the flavours in food to your extremely friendly staff...well done I will definitely be recommending you to everyone x

We visited to have a light lunch. The salad was good with tasty fresh ingredients, but so big!

We all had the most beautiful Sunday lunch here, the staff were very friendly & fun. They also showed us around the 2 apartments which were done to a very high quality.. Definitely recommend this Restaurant & I look forward to going back 😋

We booked dinner for Sunday here. When we arrived they informed that lobster wasn’t available. My friend really wanted lobster so we walked a few other places trying to find and we couldn’t. The frustration of the lobster started the dinner. But the food was so amazing that it was ignored by the end of the dinner. The owner (I believe he was) explained to us that as the restaurant closes on Monday and Tuesday and he wants to serve all fresh he always guarantee the day service. But he got surprised on how many lobsters were sold during Saturday. He has a friend that does the fishing and he can have always fresh but didn’t have for Sunday. The menu had a good variety of sea food. And 5 different fishes for main course. For starters we went with seafood cocktail that was in fact a mixed platter of shellfish. Lagostins and chicken. They sold the last mussels portion the prior table ordering. Main course 2 plaice fish and one megrim. They were served with a side we all went with the potatoes in garlic sauce. OMG what a sauce, a butter cream that was just divine. The plaice were served full fish. So a bit tasteless as the fish it is not full of flavour. And there were too many bones. The megrim on the other hand was served in fillets that were grilled and then pan fried. Amazing taste. A beautiful meal. Beautiful food, and beautiful presentation

Fillet steak was fabulous, blue cheese sauce was amazing. Mushroom Strogonoff was delicious. Will definitely return.

Great lunch we had at On George’s. lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff.

Enjoyed a fantastic meal last Friday...my partner and I were looking for a great fish meal and we certainly got it. Doug and his staff are brilliant and I can certainly recommend this restaurant if you are visiting Tenby. We are already looking forward to our next visit and trying thier steak's. We had the chicken stroganoff and the mushroom stroganoff, as well as the smoked salmon & mackerel pate for starters and the vanilla panna cotta for dessert. They were all absolutely amazing!! Ambience was ideal and the staff were lovely. We had a wonderful dinner there :)

Stumbled across this little gem on our last night in Tenby x Amazing food x fantastic friendly attentive staff and super friendly locals too x Dog friendly our schnauzer Rosie was well looked after too with fresh water and lots of cuddles and attention from staff and locals alike. Totally recommend this lovely restaurant. Go hungry you’ll want to have started mains and delicious deserts x

Excellent food, sensational service. A must visit for your time in Tenby!

Best meal in a long time, the pork is amazing, and I'm told so is the lamb, really nice staff, highly recommend this place. It was that good, we booked for the following night for our anniversary, yet again, not at all disappointed, but this time we also had a starter, well let's just say, your a fool if you don't try it.

Visited On George's last week whilst on holiday in Tenby. We were recommended to try there by a lady who lives in the town. We would definitely return, the staff were so helpful and went out of their way to fit us in, the gentleman who served us was polite, pleasant and welcoming, and the ambience of the restaurant was lovely. The food was delicious and fresh. We will definitely be back again and will reccommend to family and friends who visit the area.

We did not have a comfortable experience at On George's. We visited two weeks ago during our holiday in Tenby and to celebrate the birthday of one member of our party. It was admittedly a very busy evening but the food took a lot longer to arrive at our table than to others around us who arrived later. One of our party complained about overcooked food and was told that it was perfect and implied that he shouldn't complain and just eat it. This was very uncomfortable and affected the mood of the evening. We also weren't told about an increased charge on eating a starter as main. This is to be expected but we had no idea as it was not on the menu and they didn't inform us. When the food eventually arrived it was fine but the overall experience was ruined by unnecessary treatment. Not recommended on a busy night.

A gem of a place, excellent food.

Went there on 1 Sep to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Although we had not booked the waiter managed to get us a table. Really nice chap, polite and really helpful. Looked after us without being intrusive. I had steak, cooked to perfection and my wife had the prawns as a main. Starter was also fantastic, shared a Camembert. Food out of this world. Would definitely go back.

5* lunch! Very happy we stumbled across this, fantastic service, great cocktails and some of the best steak sandwich and chips I've had.

What a great find with other restaurants too busy to accommodate us, they found space for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children) and what a superb meal, excellent food quality and really friendly and helpful staff in a great environment. Towards the expensive end of the scale but well worth it - keep the fish plain and enjoy the fresh flavour!

We were here 2 weeks ago on a day trip to Tenby, and were looking for a restaurant in the evening. While strolling through the alleyways, we noticed on George's. We booked for the evening and definitely didn't regret it. We got fantastic advice on which fish to eat, including a demonstration of the fish in question. We followed the recommendation. Super ambience, great service and a fantastic dinner.

Fantastic food and fantastic service from Jonny and Rachel who was were accommodating to my sisters dietary needs which I understand is difficult as there is gluten in everything!
