The best restaurants in Llangunnor Carmarthenshire West Wales

Plenty of parking, I liked the layout which didn’t put you too close to other diners and not cramped, amazing views and good ambiance, the service was spot on and the food was of a very good standard, plentiful and all arrived hot and beautiful presented. My first time visiting here, definitely won’t be the last and I highly recommend it to anyone.

I must say the coffee, Welshcakes and chocolate brownie were excellent. The staff were friendly. Plenty of car parking. But where was the view :(

We had lunch here after having spent the morning shopping. The service was excellent. The lady taking our order double-checked what was gluten-free on the menu and also reminded the kitchen staff to ensure there was no cross-contamination. The jacket potato with bacon, beans and grated cheese had a lovely side salad with it - and was delicious. My husband had the chilli with his and said it was delicious. Diolch yn fawr!

We had a super Christmas lunch, we had lots of choice. The service was very friendly and efficient. The food was excellent. We all had a lovely time.

Staff lovely food a bit hit and miss but ok. Very cold in winter not sure if any heating in there but great in summer 🌞 prices are average.

Excellent afternoon tea, highly recommend . You get to choose your 2 sandwiches and 2 cakes , you also get Welsh cake , scone , sausage roll, scotch egg and quiches Very reasonable at £18:50 , blue light discount also given

This is a really nice clean store and the staff are lovely.

First visit to this dominos, been to several others as I travel, normally brilliant but this place disappointed me, pizza had no real flavour (vedge supreme) and was over cooked slightly. This may not be usual for here, just how I found it today 11/1/24 5:30pm. Served by a guy who barely looked at me and seemed in a bad mood, again in most dominos the staff are very friendly, so could just be timing. UPDATE: found myself back here today (7/5/25) and sadly really disappointed again, I've attached a photo, the pizza was dry and in my opinion slightly burnt, if I'd been checking this I would have not given it to a customer, it had no flavour, I couldn't be bothered to leave the hotel to go and complain, kind of wish I had after I ate half of it, apparently there is a local pizza place I'll be trying next time I'm here.

Had a delivery, food was stale and cold. Chips were cooked in really old oil, leaving all black bits all over them. It was inedible and they refused to give refund. It would be unacceptable in a restaurant so I don't know why they expect us to accept it with a delivery. So unprofessional.

We booked at table for 7:15, and received confirmation. But when we arrived we were told the kitchen had closed at 6 and the kitchen staff had all been sent home.

The worst. I don’t usually go KFC, but when I do I enjoy it. This was something else.. awful. Don’t go. Go Maccies instead.

Food Quality good. Older blond lady at the till is always grumpy, no smile. Been served by her many times and always the same. No customer service skills

Don’t take cash, what a joke…. The world is backward and this establishment is adding to the control we are all under.
