Domino's Pizza - Carmarthen in Carmarthenshire

I bought 1 vegisupreme pizza large. I prefer instead of onion to pineapple. But server 2019 on till charge me total £13.68 I did inform her. I do regular pay same pizza 11.99. And she is saying I charge you correct.

Ordered online for my partner that was staying in glangwilli hospital. Was ready when I collected. Efficient service and order was correct. Fabulous service, he was the envy of a lot of patients that evening . ( maybe dominoes should do a trip of the hospitals and take orders 🤔 🤣)

Wouldn’t accept our cash so we left. Don’t recommend!!!

I usually dont like dominos cause the sauce is too sweet and stuff but this one is crazy good even with the pizzas with the unfavourable toppings.

Despite the app saying the place was open and time advertised as open until midnight, I went to place an order on 13/06 at 22:50 and the place was closed. Absolutely disgraceful. I can understand 30 minutes before but an hour and 10 minutes before is ridiculous. Ended up going to McDonald’s instead.

What a woeful experience in this store last night, May 31st. I entered the shop at 23.25 to be told by Hayley (dark hair with glasses), they were taken no more orders after 23.30. I stated it is not yet 23.30 so I'm not sure what the issue is plus the opening hours for the store are 11.00 until 00.00 so I was in 30 minutes before closing time. I was treated in the most despicable manner by the employee mentioned above. Her attitude really does not make sense as I could order from the app and either way she's still going to have to make the same pizza regardless of how it's order. Someone clearly needs to have a word with this individual and how she speaks to people. There were two pizzas listed on the screen when I entered so it's not as if there was a massive back log of orders to get through. Will be discussing this further with Dominos.

Cracking place and to be honest, very pleasant. Ordered in advance.and even though the driver forgot my dip (easily done) gave me the difference Back so I didn't lose out. Delivery was on time and still got by the time it got here which is a nice change.

Easy to find on outskirts of Carmarthen with plenty of parking. Long opening hours. Very friendly and efficient service, especially the Liverpudlian gentleman who pointed out a deal. Fresh food. Would go there again.

Prices are getting beyond silly now. There extortionate.

First visit to this dominos, been to several others as I travel, normally brilliant but this place disappointed me, pizza had no real flavour (vedge supreme) and was over cooked slightly. This may not be usual for here, just how I found it today 11/1/24 5:30pm. Served by a guy who barely looked at me and seemed in a bad mood, again in most dominos the staff are very friendly, so could just be timing.

They don't take cash so we couldn't order. We won't visit again. What is going on in the UK? We can't spend our own cash!!! Terrible company policy.

It's Dominoes so should be consistent soon it's a shame that's not the case. My top tip, check the contents of your boxes before you leave the shop. My experience is that 50% of the time there will be something awry, the totally wrong pizza on three occasions, a topping you didn't ask for (chicken on the vegetarian pizza was a stand out moment) or toppings you did ask for not there. It seems like what you get is entirely dependent on the mood of the staff at the time. Considering that pizza is now more expensive than two courses dining in at the local Indian or Chinese restaurant they should be getting it right first, and every, time.

11 pound for a tiny little pizza only ordered 2 and they got 1 of them wrong. Never again

DON'T USE THE Domino's App! I ordered a large pizza which was on offer on the app with an additional 10% for placing the order on the app. When I went to collect my order it would have been £4.00 cheaper if I ordered in the shop. Very misleading app and the staff weren't interested. He suggested I didn't use it next time. Very poor customer service so beware! The pizza was dry and with very little cheese or topping and the worst I've ever had from any Domino's.

Really disappointing. The 7inch is way too small for the price of £8.99 but thought I’d try it anyway. Tried to order extra cheese but the website wouldn’t let me. When the pizza arrived it was cold by the time I got home and I live 5 minutes away. There was hardly any cheese at all on the pizza and only a tiny bit on one slice. The rest was just burnt crust with way too much pizza sauce and one or two pepperoni pieces per slice. I expected more for something called pepperoni passion. Extremely disappointed. What a waste of money.

Have had some really bad food and some really nice food. Depends who is working I guess.

Had 2 pizzas last night and few other thinks the toppings slid straight off the pizza when u lifter the slice up way to much barbecue sauce enough to make 2 more 12 inch pizzas. Sauce over powering the meat could only taste the sauce

Good products, great pizzas. Friendly staff, however some seem less knowledgeable and depend on managers.

Getting sick of seeing the delivery driver with the red Dacia driving like a lunatic and speeding. Not a good look for your business.

Much better experience this time pizzas were piping hot. First class ready in 10 min. Tasted fab

This shop does not except UK legal tender. And have closed toilet due to covid!!! Dispute covid measures being relaxed worldwide. I'd swerve here

The pizzas are okay but your drivers need to slow down on the roads and more importantly keep their distance!!

Called quite late and it turns out that I should have phoned ahead, however the lads working there were really helpful and, after a brief wait, completed the order for both myself and my colleague, also explaining the process for using the Blue Light Card discount. The pizza was delicious btw. Carmarthen Dominos definitely recommended.

Friendly staff, efficient service and great pizza. Pizza was piping hot, perfect.

Don't ask for information on the menu or best deals... Better still, don't order pizza.

Greasy pizza. The carpark outside is filled with tattoo laden numbskulls that look angry because their sisters won't date them.

Bogdan provided me with the most beautiful customer service i have experienced during 2020, big up sega legend of a human! Thank you for the extra salsa made my lockdown, we need more employees like bogdan in this cruel world! My only complaint would be calvin's poor job on the garlic bread.

Good pizza but very, very expensive!

Bad service! They say that is will take 15 to 20 minutes but it actually takes 20 to 30 minutes if you get 2 pizzas and the pizza is really salty

Really hard to find food at 11:30pm around here - and this was perfect. Great catalan chicken & chorizo pizza, really friendly staff, good price, and the wait was just as expected considering our pizza was being cooked to order. Say hi to Shane for us!

All im gonna say is Josh is a great guy he honestly deserves a pay rise. He even chucked in an extra pot of Daddy's brown sauce for me :) Best guy ever honestly made my day, and my night <3 with his delicious garlic dippers that he made for me <3

Order arrived quickly and was correct. Had the lunch time offer - personal pizza and a drink £3.99 seemed good value and tasted lovely.

Food was good but the staff stemmed a bit impatient and wanted you to order quickly but not enough to make it a bad experience

Always a great pizza, absolutely worth going down and collecting for the in store deals :) Really loving the BBQ sauce as a pizza base topping instead of tomato. The only thing that could beat it is if they did a kebab meat pizza, my god that would be amazing!

Being that I live a good 40 min drive away we consider it a bit of a treat getting a dominoes, yet our last 3 visits have all been messed up or wrong orders, so by the time we get home there isn't much that can be done. Food is still of good quality but staff really need to pay better attention to customers orders, and customers double check you have what you ordered before leaving.

Great guilt pleasure to have on the weekend fresh pepperoni pizza and sides are always perfect. However the portions of the pizzas are shrinking and the prices are going up. Deals are the best for your money.

Access into the new complex is a bit,,,,well let's say 'complex" (IF your unfamiliar with the roundabout 'Lane' layouts) it's a head fry! But Once in, there's plenty of shops and Parking. Staff, Service and my usual Domino's cookies are the best!!

Personally I feel Dominos is expensive for what it is. However they do nice pizza but where they really shine is their delivery. Especially when I was stuck in hospital having missed any opportunity to eat due to the time they delivered a late evening pizza direct to the ward. Life savers.

For takeaway pizza, you can't beat it. After a 19 hour day (10+ of which was travelling), arriving in Carmarthen gone midnight after not eating for 5 1/2 hours and grabbing a pizza was awesome.

Pizzas came burnt and then when I complained the man on the phone said "well it busy, what more do you want". Never again

the pizzas are so delicious and tasty I just want the whole place for my self
