Subway in Carmarthenshire

Unbelievable price hike to £1.00 for two slices of cheese!!! Not all veggies in stock. Black pepper unavailable, charged a veggie delight +£1 for 3 slices of salami, instead of a basic meat sandwich plus the cheese. My favorite sauce (honey mustard) discontinued. A nice, cheap, quick stop now a complete rip off. Server disinterested. Will never give other penny to subway again!

We were served by Eluned, Lewis,Bryony and a young woman we didn’t catch the name of, they were amazing, very polite and attentive with our subs, making them to perfection. As always they put smiles on our faces even tho it was very busy, ensuring our offers applied and they were wrapped completely. This is why we make our weekly trek to this store instead of the one that’s closer. They deserve all the customer service awards Subway offer!

Bryony and Brooke were incredible today, absolute stars. Kind, attentive and made our subs to the always high standard, we visited on 29th of April 2024. This is why we keep coming back.

The 3 lads were absolutely amazing at their jobs so welcoming and cheerful, I had the BBQ meat ball which is lovely, honestly would go back there just for the staff, so nice to see that. Visited 17/4/24 thank you

A nice open venue to sit in or takeaway. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming too. An excellent venue to recommend for all tastes (everything was in stock and ready)

Good location. A tad overpriced, and I had to keep repeating my order to a gent with a very short term memory. Who ended up getting the order wrong anyway. (Being British i didn't complain and just ate it)

The two men working here Fri (Aug 18) eve shift were worst. Wont take the order properly, blatant racism and don’t even get me started on the cross contamination. Didn’t see them change gloves once for veggies, meats, salad for all the customers that came in while I was there . This place should be shut down. 1 star because cant give lower. @subway hire better people please.

Ordered via Uber ... I have never had such a disappointing meal from there before. The whole order was completely mixed up, there were several items missing. In all honesty, the only correct part of the order was the pepsi max!!

Clean environment friendly service lovely food.

Absolutely appalling cross contamination. Gloves worn but handling meat and then hand into salad, witnessed several times whilst in the queue. Also witnessed a wrong phone order so they tried scraping it off and then tried wiping the sauce off with a napkin! No allergy etc considered at all and we're even laughing! We wanted to order a meatball marina but they'd run out and openly said noone had put a fresh batch on. The tuna and other fillers were nearly empty. The staff were too busy laughing and joking as opposed to doing the job of serving, restocking etc. The attitude was appalling, had to repeat things as they weren't paying attention. Overall pile of rubbish.

Subway is by far my favourite fast food takeaway with better food and a loyalty programme that you actually use. Plus, the staff at Carmarthen (Parc Pensarn) are friendly and there's plenty of parking nearby. I also think it's the best value for what you get.

My daughter is dairy and gluten-free, I was so pleased that Subway could offer something that she could eat. Maybe some more selection for these allergies would be good in future.

Always good food at Subway. Friendly staff, served reasonably quickly despite it being busy. Over charged, but was refunded for error when manager checked receipt.

There's always something wrong with my delivery from here, and can't comment direct through uber app without driving getting blamed and delivery was fine. Today didn't get double meat I paid extra for, wasn't toasted despite instructions My wife's was toasted but cold, no cheese agai, was on the order. I don't get how they mess it up when the instructions are on the uber app, listed clearly. Fine if you go in yourself but I've never had a delivery from here that wasn't messed up in some way, would advise trying to order from the subway on merlins instead.

We all had foot long sub's, didn't wait long to be served. There was loads of filling. All 3 were enjoyed. Service was quick and friendly. Ate in. Plenty of seating, very clean.

Spotless and the two lads working there were polite and efficient (7th July). Best Subway I have been too for cleanliness and service. Top marks.

On the way to tenby. Apart from the prices not on the display men had big sub's and loved them I had a salad which was amazing. Deffinatetly going back

Well, where do I start. I've chosen to give 5 stars for my recent visit to Subway in Carmarthen, the one next to that chicken place (kfc). The two boys serving were like a well-oiled machine and flew through the queue of customers. On serving me, I chose meatballs 😋 they took my order, put it all together and I was paying for everything I a blink of a eye. I hurried out to my van to eat my subway. Was it nice I hear you ask.....it was delicious! Piping hot and extremely tasty! This was my first Subway in 8 to 9 months, I shan't be waiting that long for my next one!!

I have been to Subway Pensarn on many occasions and have not had the greatest of experiences. The food has always been of a good standard but I have heard what I believe to be the manager speak to other staff members with attitude which is horrible to hear. I believe her name is Ella/Ell as I heard another staff member call her by that name or somthing as such, other members of staff have been great but seem at times flustered. The one star is just for the food.

Ordered a group order to be delivered by ubereats. The delivery driver only dropped of one of the orders, and proceeded to hang up on us when we asked if they'd collect the rest for us. So we called the store directly who couldn't have been more helpful. They told us what had happened, and that they themselves were struggling to get a hold of the driver. The staff member who we were talking to, Nick, told us not to worry he'd personally drop it over to us. Not only that, he was absolutely friendly and professional the whole time. The willingness to resolve a problem not caused by them is not lost on us and we really so appreciate it. Thank you.

Only had drinks and cookies today. Hot Chocolate was disappointing , had to take it back twice due to lack of chocolate in it and it tasted watery. Staff where pleasant and changed the drinks without any problem.

My wife and I are coeliac's ( gluten free) which is a problem if ever we want to eat out, fortunately subway have a great choice of gluten free foods. Great staff,great food, what's not to like.

I didn't ask for cheese on my sandwich but she put it on anyway then grilled it without my saying or without me asking, and I didn't want it grilled. But asked my mum if she wanted hers grilled.

My order was not done correctly and several times i told them and the girls in there where to busy giggling and laughing and the order was wrong and things missing' definitely won't be going back

Arrived there between 5,20 and 6 pm sunday empty store myself and granddaughter poor customer service they did nt have a clue half hour later my sub wrap was like a war zone my granddaughter wanted bacon 4 shrunk bacon strips that u could have hammered a nail in with never again at that store i eat at subways often all over uk thats the only store who refused to give me turkey instead of chicken ? Little change yet i was told no you have whats on the board 😳

Great staff. Only issue with subway in general is the milk served with coffee is the gross uht stuff in cartons.

Great customer service with loads of patience and delivers with a smile. Placed order for 15 individuals with some kids changed their mind but still had the best service. Keep going bunch of stars.

Food was really nice. I would have awarded 5 stars was it not for the painfully slow service. It was draining standing in a queue for almost half an hour before being served. I seriously could have done it quicker myself!
