The best restaurants in Swansea South Wales

It was shut when we reached there had a note outside the shop saying we are shut till 22nd april for holidays. I mean how can you be shut for 20 days

Had eaten at Thai Bach about 15 years ago in Brynmill. I can only say that the quality of the food remains the same. I’ve had about 4 or 5 Thai takeaways in the last few years. This is a level above. The Tom Yam starter is fantastic! Great food.

After taking my elderly mum into the cafe after choosing from the menu. We were disappointed to be told while I was queuing that food stops at 3pm..Nowhere on the menu, (or outside would be even better), does it say “food stops at 3pm”… It says All day menu, but nowhere does it say on the menu ,food stops at 3pm. I suggest clearer signage , especially for the elderly, who can’t just up and go and find an alternative quickly.

Just had a take out from here, 1st time because of all the talk about how good the food is, I must say it was delicious 😋. The service was spot on, I had chicken Bhuna, with garlic rice, and a lamb biryani mild sauce, it was banging and would recommend taking a visit. I will definitely be back 👌👍

Called in today. Food great and good price. Staff great very friendly and helpful. Also came out with treats for our 2 westies. Would definitely recommend and will visit again next time we're on the area

Dinned at the Albert hall on Friday after having a great experience the previous week, what a difference in two visits Service shocking the guys spent more time outside and the food was extremely disappointing topping was 70% less than the previous visit. Very disappointing won’t be rushing back

People and staff very welcoming, clubhouse and views outstanding. Course was in lovely condition, greens are testing. Too many blind shots for my liking, but overall a great day out.

Brilliant meal at this lovely country pub! Generous portions of quality food. Stumbled upon this place as staying nearby - food was that good we went twice! Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Dog friendly pub. Thank you for a great time!

I used to eat here weekly in 2012/2013, and absolutely loved it. To eat at Govinda's is one of the reasons I miss Swansea.

Sólo tengo que ir a la oficina una vez a la semana los miércoles. El punto culminante de mi día es ir al mercado a la hora del almuerzo y tomar una comida para llevar para que mi esposo y yo disfrutemos por la noche. Nunca he tenido una mala comida para Thai Taste. El personal es siempre educado y amable, incluso cuando se les corre de los pies. Recomiendo encarecidamente el panang curry. Curry y arroz por £ 7. 99 ? Una ganga.

S pecial fried rice counts as 2 prawns and crab stick....basically a bowl of rice with 2 prawns, crabstick, and some black bits...staff were nice and rice was hot...shame really
