we love this place! we have been many times and the food + atmosphere + staff are always amazing ! the lunch deal is such a good value for money and the food is amazing, we also love the steak here! better than miller and carter! our favourite restaurant, we have been for birthdays, anniversary’s, celebrations and the food has never disappointed. 100% recommended. TRY THE MEATBALLS !!

What could have been a good meal was spoiled by a combination of poor service and tough meat in my wife's lamb curry, it had not been a lamb for at least a couple of years. Head waiter's behaviour was downright weird and his understudy was overworked and abrupt. Very slow to take your order, and takeaway meals appear to get priority over diners. Maybe picked a bad night when they had staff issues because the place seems popular enough and they did knock a fiver off the bill for the poor lamb but would have to improve massively to tempt us back.

Nice pub, not had food just stopped for a pint when walk the dogs.

Really disappointed, missing item and freezing cold

Mixed reviews from our group on the mains, the lamb shank and steak were great risotto was tasteless and missing the main ingredient, two of us had ordered risotto and when flagged no refund was offered. Feedback on desserts also mixed, ice cream and tirimasu were amazing ferror Roche cheescake not so great.

Order here every other week food is always consistent plenty of toppings Never had any issues expet once whitch the restraint sorted out for me

Suitable for a meal at any time of the day. Long queues are often a sign that you are in the right place. As the locals will not queue up for a rubbish meal, there is an option to ask for a hot food item from the menu if you have the courage to ask for it. Staff friendly and welcoming as always, service is quick and efficient when ordering and reciving food. Hard to complain with a menu that excells when warm or cold. 5/5

Nice friendly staff who always provides a good service

The food was amazing. Service was 10/10, staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked for extra spice, chef made sure food was perfect to meet our taste. They gave us some free food and drink as it was our first time there. Thank you so much, if we come back to Wales will definitely visit.
