Nice friendly staff who always provides a good service

Every single time I've ordered from this place, they've always messed up an order. At one point I was ill from the steak sub they had here but what topped it off for me was ordering the 12 pack variety cookies and getting every single damn one of them the vegan double chocolate cookies which is going against their advertisement. I've worked in Subway before and that would have been a massive no no. I've popped in there once in person to see what it was like and it was unsanitary to say the least. Crumbs all over the tables, the corner of the floors were dusted as if someone was just mopping the middle of the floor and nothing else and the staff there was unsavoury and you knew from the first word that came from their mouths that they didn't want to be there. I've never given a 1 star review before and I never thought I'd have to but this place should be shut down or at the very least needs new management

Absolutely horrific, we’ve been notified that our orders been delievered, uber driver turned up and said that subways passed our food onto a random bloke. All we’ve recieved is £5 refund of a £40 order. I am horrified.

Click and collect ! Subs prepared way too early so are cold on collection. Toasting preferences not met which means a wasted sub. No issues when actually ordering in store, won’t click and collect again - poor poor show guys !

Absolutely amazing just what you’d expect for a subway I love Subway so much probably one of my favourite fast foods. I always recommend going to Subway that’s all I can say really

It's Subway. You know what you're getting. Nothing extravagant. Just quality food at a decent price. Staff are friendly enough.

I ordered an Italian blt and you actually gave me a sub with nothing in it but bacon and chees bbq sauce and onion are you actually serious?

Ordered from food hub ... 10 mins later message subway aberdare has rejected the order ... you will receive a refund in 5 to 7 days .. absolutely ridiculous if you can't deliver then don't take the money or put unavailable on app as other places do !!!!!!!

This place is absolutely amazing

The staff were great and I received what I ordered the only issue I have is how dirty the place was it looked like a child had tried to clean it, my OCD was through the roof, and there were rubbish bags lined up on both sides of the doorway outside, I said to my wife I'm not going in there it looks like a Rat house but she convinced me to go in anyway, now the food was nice and the staff great but cleanliness was a big no no for me I won't dine in again and this is my honest review 😪👍

Can't get orders right when delivering . Do not answer phones . No recourse when your out of pocket.

All in all i absolutely love subway the only thing that bugs me is they change their delivery distance a lot I was really fancying one rn but the distance has changed again so I’m out of luck 😭 but all in all good place to have some lunch

Wouldn’t bother ordering as you won’t get it, ordered waited hour an half and never turned up had to cancel through Foodhub they don’t bother answering the phones when you ring either

Went for the Mega melt breakfast sub and it didn't disappoint. £4.49 for a footling with 2 poached eggs, bacon, cheese and 2 large sausage. Would definitely have this again.

Just had an order delivered, only to find out we were missing items from our subs, no cheese no sauce, dreadful service if you pay via app as you cannot rectify the issue, will never order via delivery again.

Needs a complete change how can you get ever order wrong?! I rang up manager give me a code…. It’s doesn’t work

I’m new to the whole subway thing but have been very happy with the Aberdare store. I go in the evenings after college and see some of the regular staff who work there. The boy with multicolour hair and the young girl always have a great conversation with me which makes me feel really welcome. The food they prepare always tastes great. If you want a quick bite to eat during the day or in the evenings then you can’t go wrong with this store.

Great dining experience. Staff are friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to get your order right. Wide variety of food choices with promotions coming round regularly so the menu doesn’t stagnate. Would recommend.

Food was lovely but there is an annoying member of staff that demands your attention when you're trying to reply to the other staff member. Literally shouting at you until you answer her! 🙄

A overpriced toasted sandwich but great if you want something quick to eat

My second visit to a subway in person and it was a very enjoyable experience! Staff were very friendly and got our order correct the first time. I'll definitely be visiting again!

Appualing with delivery. Unless you go in store, and physically see them make the sandwhich, I wouldn't recommend it at all. I ordered a sandwhich with lettuce, cucumber and sweetcorn, and added a note asking for lots of salad.... I got no lettuce, 7 pieces of cucumber, and 23 pieces of sweetcorn - disgraceful.

What can I say about Subway Aberdare... the subs are delicious every time, the prices are really reasonable, and the service is second to none! I believe this is all down to a great owner, a fantastic manager, and wonderful assistant manager who are always so polite and accommodating. I look forward to going in at every opportunity I get. Keep up the hard work Aberdare Subway!

Good team. I've had issues with menu over the years but I've always liked the service and the range of salad items. Especially if I just want something quick.

I asked could I have a cup to put water in that I bought from the shop and they said yes for 2.00 so I could give my doggies a drink I just spent 15.oo and they would not let me have one less than 2.00 The staff were so u happy The counter was empty and they looked gutted we turned up and destroyed their peace

Staff are very hit and miss here, you either get awesome service from someone genuine or an untrained lad who cant tell difference between the bread 😂😂 foods good tho

You know what you're getting every the but the staff here are what sets it apart from other Subways. Friendly, funny and they put in the extra effort to make you feel like you're an important customer.

Great service in the aberdare branch ... Server was on her own and had some very large orders , but apologised for the wait , and she was very efficient , and ploughed through with a smile on her face and still managed to provide great customer service and manners .... Always enjoy the subway salad .. Can we have parmesan cheese shavings and some croutons , for a Cesar salad ..or even some jumbo couscous would be lovely ..

Good service. Staff are friendly. Only wish there was more seating there. There's only 4 tables there. So on times I've been put off from eating here cos there's no where to sit. Amd theres no toilets here. So lost a star for that. Food is excellent every time I've had it tho.👍

The one boy(maybe Cory, dark short hair) just cannot make a sub. Meat is only on one side and struggles to cut the bread every time, just not worth the money when he makes them.

Shouldn't even get that food was freezing and complained then was given another freezing meal

I think subway a bit over rated but it is nice food and breakfasts are.quite nice. But wouldnt say best place to go for food

Now they deliver I'm hooked. Just discovered the salad too which is stunning. Prices are better than KFC and McDonald's and the food is much more filling and healthy. Staff are much better than in the past too! Always use gloves for each customer 👍
