Interestingly it's possible this Subway might not be here for long, which is a shame because it's rather good. Great service from (I think her name was Jade?), who made an excellent BMT and provided good portions of the contents, which these days is rare at Subway. My order was made efficiently and correctly, and there was plenty of room to eat in. Please keep this Subway open, it's a good en.

Came in for lunch on a Saturday. Explained I was a coeliac and the chef came out to talk through the menu. He offered to make me anything I wanted. I opted for the fish and chips which were spectacular. The chef also brought out a gluten free flatbread and a chocolate brownie for me to try! absolutely amazing! he even gave me the flatbread dough to take home! definitely recommend

Absolutely amazing food couldn't fault a single thing. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to see that we had a lovely evening. Will definitely be returning here, even though it's an hour and 50 minutes from my house, it was that good!

Rubbish of late. Staff smoking in the doorway. Food is dreadful and flavourless. Slow service too. Why bother? Pay some more and go to the local in Magor or order from Caldicot and have something nice. This will be shut soon unless there is change, living off the previous name and owner.

Underwhelming! Got here at 1pm and the place was in darkness. Went in, freezing cold in there. Two chefs in the kitchen but no restaurant staff. They had to call the hotel to get someone across to serve us. All a bit shambolic I’m afraid. I like the place but it has to be backed up by good service!

Visited today (23/02) outside of peak lunch hours (around 3pm). Food was as to be expected from a service station Asian food kiosk, however the station was beyond busy and the woman serving, despite being the only staff member in sight, provided incredible service and was super apologetic as she was trying to juggle the never-ending queue and restocking. Whole service station was overwhelmed due to severe traffic getting onto the M4 and I couldn't imagine trying to restock, serve, and prepare orders whilst keeping such a positive attitude and friendly demeanor. Give that girl a raise!
