Best cappuccino I’ve ever had, and good food too. Lovely friendly service, relaxed atmosphere, and great to see local artists’ work on the walls. My regular go-to cafe as they’re dog-friendly too.

Visited latte art today for a coffee, I wanted a white chocolate mocha which was not on the menu, the staff accommodated my order and went out of there way to make me something that was off the menu. Very welcoming and friendly too. I’ve been there for lunch in the past and the food is absolutely outstanding, I will be returning and will 100% be recommending latte art to friends at family :)

The best coffee in the area. Pam and her lovely ladies are so kind and accommodating. Myself and a few friends come in with our babies every week and they can’t do enough to make us feel welcome and accommodating. They even arrange the tables for us so that we can fit our prams in comfortably. The coffee is amazing, as is the food. Definitely the best coffee shop in the area and perfect for mother and baby meet ups! The coffee shop is so homely and welcoming and the perfect place to get your coffee fix. Thank you girls for giving us mums a wonderful place to meet up.

Popped in whilst travelling through one morning and had a coffee, welshcake and a sausage and bacon baguette. The staff were really lovely and friendly, the coffee and Welshcake were spot on. I wasn’t a fan of the baguette though unfortunately. The bacon in particular was unpleasant. Despite that, the prices were reasonable, it was easy to park outside and I’d definitely pop back in for the coffee and welshcake in the future.

Popped in when driving through on a trip with friends. The food on display looked good but unfortunately what we received was very small portions at an over the top price. Service was slow and tables were dirty. Shame as I like to try and support independent but not just for the sake of it.

Dropped in for coffee when walking by. Seating inside and outside (but can be a bit noisy alongside the main road) if you want to, but on such a bright day we had takout. Friendly staff and very nice coffee (possibly the best in Magor/Undy). Found myself buying lemon drizzle cake too (great choice, moist and tangy lemon). Lots of other fab cakes for next time. Worth detouring a walk to visit them!

We were travelling to Barry so decided to find somewhere to have a snack after crossing the bridge into Wales and plumped for Magor. We came across Donnies in the market place and was blown away by the friendliness, quality of what was on offer and the price. We'll definitely go back.

A great choice to stay here while walking the first stages of Offa's Dyke. Arrived to enjoy a couple of pints of Wye Valley beer and a friendly welcome. Our room was very comfortable with nice little touches such as charger cables, etc. Evening meal was delicious and bettered by a wonderful breakfast cooked by Chris, the host. A great spread of fruit, cereal, full cooked breakfast, toast, coffee set us up for a long stage. Would heartily recommend the pub for a beer, meal, night or ideally all three.

My favourite pub. Chloe and Jim are terrific hosts, the food is amazing and they have Butty Bach Wye Valley beer. What more can you want from a village pub?!?

What a beautiful and intimate place for a coffee or cake by people who have studied their craft and care a huge amount about the output. Super lucky to spend time here. Great work!
