One of my favorite services, more friendly than most

Great place to stop off especially with a leon . Kids had mcds I had leon all was good place was very clean 👌

Today, we stopped by a place to grab a bite while passing through. I bought a wrap, and it was absolutely delicious – the balance of sauce and ingredients inside was just perfect. I’d like to give a shout-out to Alexa, who was incredibly positive and served me so quickly. A wonderful experience overall!

Stayed over at Days Inn at Magor Road Chef. Services has a few well known restaurants to stop over for a quick bite and a BP fuel station which was very cheap prices similar to your local area you live and not like your usual high prices on motorways.

Quick stop on way down west. Clean services, friendly lady cleaning the tables.

Only 1 EV fast charger is just not good enough

Stopped at Magor Services to use the toilet facilities, it was late and dark, parking was signed clearly, car park was well lit, Road chef was clean, toilets were clean, there were staff around if help was required, good experience fair play.

One set of services for East and West not very big can get very busy . That said all good clean and tidy. Hotel and garage.

A good services with lots of choice of places to eat. Can get pretty busy at weekends. They have a dog walking area if needed.

as motorway services go this one is not bad like most of them its very busy I wouldn't go out of my way to go their.

Extraordinarily poor signage and road markings, EV chargers a total afterthought, don't bother

Stopped here on the hope using there shower room facilities, you go into the shop on you right as you enter ask them for a key to the showers and give them your keys which are returned to you upon returning the shower key, it is free and perfect for wild campers.

My husband and I were camping in the area and use the services to take a shower.the showers were clean and tidy and the hot water pressure was great. The showers only stay on for 5 seconds at a time which is slightly frustrating. 10 would be more practical but still a decent experience! We also used the laundry service while we were there and it was super convenient and a great option while on the road! We will definitely be back!

Plentiful parking albeit is a little chaotic. Inside there is a good range of food/drink outlets. Little outdated but does what’s needed for a services

There are never too many issues getting parked but very busy, queues for food and drinks move quickly. Toilets very clean

Bollard right in the middle of the car park that damaged my car costing me more than £1200 and complained about it but not even a reply.

Hi, enjoyed the in cafes and services within the building👍. I have an EV and you only have 1 charger. There are over 1 million EVs on the road in the UK. 1 charger is not enough! Coffees and Breakfast were excellent😃.

Regular motorway services, food, drinks, WHSmiths and toilets

Really impressed with a particular member of staff by the name of Helen. I wasn’t feeling well at all when I entered the food hall and Helen approached me and recognised I was unwell. She sat me down and bought me a drink, out of her own pocket and stayed with me until I felt much better. I asked which department she was from and it was facilities. Great experience for my first time at that services and will definitely return. Also impressed by the cleanliness of the services

Rarely stop at Roadchef, this lived up to the poor expectation. Poor overpriced choice of sandwiches, out dated toilets. Stopped here to charge the car. Only one old fast charger being used by someone going to 100% and one 7kw charger. What's the point of a 7kw in a motorway services!!! Have Roadchef been asleep, next services has at least 20. If your looking to charge an EV here if your low, use the super chargers on the other side of the motorway by Subway, there are 6 and you get a better choice at lower cost!!!!

Visited to charge my electric car. This is a busy motorway services but it has only one fast EV charger, which was being used when I got there. So it was a 25 min wait before I could start charging.

Abir greeted us both with a lovely smile & offered to place our order, he then collected our order & brought to our table within minutes. Wonderful service delicious food & coffee thank you so much

We had a loverly service man he was so helpful and very friendly and polite I am sorry I did not get his name but if all your staff are like this you are on to a winner we called in the last Saturday in July

Bit of a makeover recently that has improved the overall experience.

Last service with fair fuel prices on M4 before England. Last Mc Donalds towards England, but always busy and service is below Mc average, but it's the last one. Truck park extended recently so double more spaces then before. Car park busy, but it's not their fault that so many costumers using it.

McDonald's staff members are not well trained. Always check your order when you receive it. They threw the souse in your bag , no attention paid for check your order, and often missed the items.

Great service station, saved my kids lives as they were busting 4the toilet.

Quite a compact services but has everything you’d need including a McDonalds. There’s limited seating inside but they have lots of outdoor tables if the weather is nice.

Very tired looking service station and quite small, car park small for the amount of traffic it has.

Good parking for a truck driver, relatively safe, fenced with a grid, there are lights and cameras!!! It is possible to pay snap for £34 per day (a voucher for 10 costs £3), but the device did not work for me. You can go to the town, there is a small but relatively good shop with everything you need. Enter the city carefully through the ring, then across the bridge, then along the paved path)). If the review was helpful, put it in bold 👍! p.s. there is a good, spacious shower, 4 cabins, a key, entrance to the shower from the street near the washing machine!

Abir was really lovely in being friendly and accommodating to our needs with a young baby. He helpfully refilled his sippy cups and cleared our table with great service and a smile!

Went for coffee at costa. Was greeted with a smile from the young man with the computer screens. Helped us with our order and served us at our table. Overall a great service.

I didn't get out of the car this time, I dropped my parents there for them to catch a bus to Southampton. There seemed to be plenty of parking, and there was electric docking stations for electric cars.

This place no matter what time you go always has no clean tables to sit at

Needs to improve caravan parking access to it very tight as parking bay where you need to turn

Great place to stop with dogs. Walked into the main area was greeted by gray shorthaired lady who was making people feel welcomed asking if people wanted water for dogs, she then went and got several bowls of water for several different people. Very friendly made everyone welcome. They now have a Leon which is great.

I love this Mackers.... A coffee and some porridge for brekkie to help build up courage before heading out over the bridge to that god forsaken country. And maybe a well earned double quarter pounder with cheese & all the trimmings to celebrate my safe return to civilisation.

It's the first time I have ever been to Leon, I usually have a McDonald's, but they where busy so went over to Leon on Friday evening 2 Lovely ladies called Mel and Lily service me, Mel explained the screens to me and it made it very easy to order, Lily serviced me, I will definitely be coming again to Leon well done Ladies

Extremely clean prices not as expensive as most service stations. Lots of disabled parking. Inside a very large refurbished Costa coffee, McDonald's normal high street prices too. In fairness you can't really beat it, service station price wise. The service station has received a very good investment it is all pretty much new inside

Delicious food and super helpful staff especially Jeff.

Chloe and Jeff served me. They were very, very helpful. I had the sticky chicken which was nice but I did pay an extra £2 to go large, lots of rice not much chicken. But nasty.
