The best restaurants in Plasnewydd Cardiff South Wales

We booked here after seeing the excellent reviews on Google and were not disappointed. The food and service was amazing particularly the Moroccan food! Moroccan tea was served to us on the house as we chose our meals and was also delicious! Don’t be put off from the decor as this is a special little gem and we will definitely be returning!

Not a terrible pizza place but considering the cowboy pizza said mixed peppers was layered with green peppers with no other peppers on there burnt bases on the one pizza was considerably more tasty for this reason even though both being the same flavour considering the prices to dough masters n several other places are alot tastier you also get more pizza i will say the cheese is the only thing good on this place

The beef burger was so delicious 🤤 There is one staff his name is siam he was incredibly nice.

First time trying here. Had a take out the food was outstanding and the staff while waiting were lovely. The young man who served me was polite and friendly I highly recommend.

Family party, food very small portions, waited 2 hours for food and when it came was not complete such as had to wait for chips etc. For the price you would expect more for your money. We arrived on time.

Prompt service and fresh food. Order 2x kids meals and 1 large box and 1 medium box. The Udon noodles with prawns and chilli paneer were sublime! The vegetables were lacking some imagination (onions, red & green peppers) but otherwise tasty. Kids enjoyed their meals and partner said the medium box was too much.

Small authentic Italian restaurant. Good service and atmosphere, you could be in Italy. Starters were excellent, although the portion size was too big. Sea food Linguini was nice, Wild Boar Ravioli looked wonderful, but unfortunately, the sauce was gloppy. The T bone steak was well cooked (medium) with good charring. But a strange selection of vegetables on the side, carrots and cauliflower, chip and roast potatoes. Mediterranean vegetables, peppers, onion, and only chips would have been better. Again, the sauce was gloppy. Tiramisu and Cannoli Siciliani were excellent.

Tried today via a takeaway. Was really tasty will have to visit the restaurant next time, Recommended.

Excellent food. Impressive hot breakfast for the western taste buds. Will be back to try the authentic Persian food next time. Sorry, no photo, I forgot 😃

Edited: Lovely place to catch up with friends. I had previously mistakenly believed I was overcharged. 😅 Issue resolved; person who got in contact kindly explained it all to me.

What a gem! Varied full vegan menu with delicious and affordable food! We had a couple of the wraps and the Bad Boy burger, all tasty and freshly made. Staff was really friendly too! Highly recommend if you want a quick bite in town.

Some real good authentic food in this place and very tasty, none of that curry house rubbish with the same base sauce. Definitely would recommend this place, only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because they didn't have the dosa we wanted on the day.
