Venezia, Italian Moroccan Restaurant in Cardiff

We booked here after seeing the excellent reviews on Google and were not disappointed. The food and service was amazing particularly the Moroccan food! Moroccan tea was served to us on the house as we chose our meals and was also delicious! Don’t be put off from the decor as this is a special little gem and we will definitely be returning!

What a brilliant little restaurant. Food was delicious! Service was impeccable! I will 100% be back and hope it succeeds as it deserves! It may not have the most welcoming interior and could be mistaken as another city road food spot but this is no ordinary city road food spot. It is far better!

Very nice and friendly atmosphere. Food was outstanding definitely will recommend the chops.

Amazing food, highly recommended. Especially their lamb chops really tasty...we all enjoyed the food. The staff were welcoming and hospitable. Great service. Will be coming back soon...

A very good place really as a Moroccan myself I really struggled to find Moroccan restaurants in the past but when I found Venezia I was impressed , the food is so delicious and tasety I LL definitely come back , also the staff are so friendly and professional , I recommend it to any person searching for nice Moroccan dishes .

went there few time so far, really nice moroccan food, i did enjoy the italian style pizza , had english breakfast first time, and had beef tagine twice, and pizza many times.

Had veg pasta and a virgin mojito (not so sure about the drink now) but both very good .. may be the mocktails are a bit expensive ..

One of the best spots in the area for fresh food

Waiting time for the order too long. I ordered English breakfast, full and healthy. No bacon, black pudding. Tiny eggs, beans in a sauce (I think) curry - not tasty. As for English breakfast - National meal - very poorly. I think that a halal restaurant should serve its recipes and not sell English breakfasts.

Beautiful food and service :) Went to eat there with my mom,, we were first served with a Moroccan tea which was really yummy. The food was delicious,, and the staff were very sweet and helpful. The food isn't expensive,, although it being really tasty. Will 100% go back and eat there again some other time,, and would advise anyone to go there to enjoy the food for themselves. :)

Went there yesterday and the food was delicious, the margarita pizza was very delicious and reminds me of when I was in Rome, and the falafel wrap is very tasty as well, all of the staff were really nice especially the girl without an hijab, she was very polite and nice to me and my friend, definitely recommend and going back soon to try their new moroccan menu☺️

The food was fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price. I highly recommend it. The breakfast was equally as good. You will never find a combination of Italian and Moroccan food same as thie quality served in VENEZIA restaurant.

Went for breakfast with my family about a week ago. We ordered the following: 1x Full breakfast, 2x Moroccan breakfast, 1x Falafel wrap with chips, 1x Mezza platter. I understand that Venezia hasn't been open for long, but there are a few issues that need to be addressed. 1) From order time to table service took far too long - we were waiting for approximately 45 minutes. 2) The full breakfast was a bit disappointing. The fried eggs has over cooked yolks, and was missing the hash browns. 3) The Moroccan breakfasts were meant to be served with omelette, but turned up with the same over cooked eggs as the Full breakfast. In addition to the pancakes were actually paratha, which weren't made fresh. 4) The falafel wrap arrived about 15 minutes prior to the chips. It was quite dry. (Only condiments were ketchup) 5) All of the above food barring the chips, were luke warm when served. The only part of the meal that stood out was the Mezza Platter. I feel the above could be improved upon greatly. I do plan on revisiting to try other items on the menu. I just hope that they won't be a let down.

The food is like home , delicious cook with care really enjoyed my time there . Perfect mixtures of Morocain and Italian .

Been here a couple of times, once for breakfast and once for dinner. The food is absolutely delicious, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend if you want to taste authentic Italian and Moroccan food. Also, the home made cheesecakes are exquisite!

The food was fantastic. I tried the lasagne and my friend had the moroccan soup, the food was super tasty, the service was 5 star also. Definitely recommend this place
