Been a day 1 customer and usually, its normal for a place to have the occasional off day, but no not for these boys. Ive lost count how many times I’ve eaten here and ive never been let down. EVER. Keep doing what you’re doing boys. JUST JAMMIN’. ARGUABLY THE BEST BURGER IN THE WORLD.

If fries had a royal family, Inferno Fries would be the undisputed king, queen, and entire parliament. £6.50 buys you a glorious heap of crispy fries drowning in molten cheese, smoky bacon bits, and crunchy onions, all smothered in an Inferno Sauce that delivers just the right kick. A drizzle of creamy ranch and a chilli-onion garnish tie it all together, creating a masterpiece that could bring a tear to the eye of even the most hardened foodie. I wolfed it down without shame and even wiped my plate clean with my finger to get every last drop of that fiery, creamy magic. And then, The Simples Burger. Oh, but don’t let the name fool you - this is not simple. This is a work of art in a seeded brioche bun. A buttermilk fried chicken breast so succulent on the inside and perfectly crisp, it crackles like a firework in your mouth before melting into pure, golden perfection. American cheese oozing seductively, creamy ranch whispering sweet nothings to my taste buds, house slaw adding just the right crunch, and pickles that make me feel like a proper adult who appreciates “balance.” Even the paper bag it came in was sexy—smooth, stylish, and cradling my food like it was precious cargo. I swear, if I could have framed it, I might have. For £10.50, you get a sandwich that makes you question all past life choices. Why have I been eating lesser burgers my whole life? Was I living in ignorance, deprived of this poultry-based enlightenment? If this burger was a politician, I’d vote for it. If it was a religion, I’d convert. And let’s talk about the place itself—spotless (5* hygiene rating) trendy, vibrant. A takeaway that actually makes you feel cool just for being there. No greasy counters, no sticky tables—just clean, minimalist perfection with staff who clearly know they’re serving gold on a tray. Goodbgr, take a bow. You’re doing the lord’s work. Went to GoodBgr after having it on Deliveroo, heard such good things about it even though it was 30 minutes away decided to try. Rookie mistake but even though the food was lukewarm/a little bit cold it was AMAZING. Then decided if it was that good we had to go to eat there. Meal couldn’t have been nicer, you can really tell they use high quality ingredients and are very creative with their combos. Service is so so friendly, nothing is too much for them and definitely my new favourite place in Cardiff. Thankyou again!

When I first tried goodbrgr, I could tell it was a really good place just based off the way I was greeted by the workers. They were extremely welcoming and kind. Atmosphere was immaculate and felt like pure vibes. This place brings the type of London feel to Cardiff. In addition to that, they provide high quality tasting food that is also very filling. Would highly recommend trying the place out, I am now a regular customer!!!

Properly nice burgers!! My first time at this place, I was unsure at first but great assured the staff are really friendly and helpful and the food is really up to scratch!! I'm a bit fussy and I was impressed!! That really is saying alot! Also my partner is a bit plain and they always cater for her needs without issue. People are quick enough to leave a bad review, but not a good one when food slaps. These go a long way for small businesses, and this burger was some top scran. Had the inferno fries twice in the last week now and they’ve been top notch! Very friendly service too.

Best burgers in Cardiff! Where do I even start… the burgers here are on a completely different level to the rest of the competition in Cardiff. My personal favourite is their “Just Jammin Beef” burger. The quality of the beef is amazing, it’s so juicy and full of flavour. The rashers they use are really tasty and have a bite to it. The halloumi goes perfectly with their home made sweet chilli jam 😍. If you are looking for something with some heat then definitely go for their “Raging Bull” beef burger this has their home made inferno sauce which is to die for. It is hot but it’s one of the best sauces I’ve tasted anywhere. Lastly their inferno fries are one of the best loaded fries I’ve ever had, although I would say it needs bit more cheese and turkey bacon. However, the Inferno sauce is so addictive and even though it’s hot you just want more and more! Overall 10/10 burger joint the brothers here are all very welcoming and friendly too. 100% worth every penny.

Visiting from Chicago and my cousins took me out to try Good BGR with high expectations. I have to say, it is easily one of the best burgers I had outside of America. The patties are super tender, juicy packed with flavor and the burger has a perfect bun to meat ratio. Had many burgers in the UK over the years I visited but nothing tops or comes close to the quality of burger I had here. The owners run the kitchen and offer exceptional service and hospitality. Good BGR knows burgers and they know exactly what they are doing. I know exactly where to go first the next time I visit.

Good Bgr is one of those burger spots you just keep coming back to. Their food? On point every single time. Every time I go I always have to have the Just Jammin because the way the flavours balance out with sweet and savoury it makes me always wanting more. Also, I’ve had my fair share of milkshakes in Cardiff but their selection of milkshakes is second to none. They have everything you could possibly think of! Shout out to the two lads who served me they never fail to make me feel welcome. If you haven’t tried Good Bgr you’re missing out!

I really, really recommend you to try the Just Jammin’ burger & the inferno fries!! The milkshakes are also so good & they have a variety of chocolates to choose from (Oreo is my favourite!)

We got the Raging bull and bad and boujee burgers with both cajun and sweet potato fries. The taste, portions and price were really good. The chicken was crispy and both burgers were well seasoned. Very happy with our food would definitely recommend.

Every time I ordered food from here it was good but today it was very disappointing because my Sweet Potato Fries were ice cold not cooked properly not worth it for £5 that was ice cold! And I ordered a Smokey Burger it was not cooked properly

The beef burgers are soo juicy and delicious and you can tell the meat quality is very good, so I'm happy to pay for great fresh tasty food! Beware though....the shakes are to die for 😍 They are soo delicious, literally you will want a shake EVERY SINGLE TIME! I'd recommend every flavour....But try the oreo or kinder Bueno!

Went here for the first time yesterday with my cousin mik, and the people in there are really nice, friendly and recommend stuff that shocks you, the burger was delicious! And the cajun fries were 10/10 with the honey mustard dip! Would recommend and will be going again!!!

I am jealous this burger joint is based all the way in Cardiff and not London. Burgers are so tasty I visited them again the next day to try another burger before heading back to London! I had the Origin Beef burger the first night, Beef was cooked to perfection. The second night I had the Simples Chicken burger (I usually prefer Beef), the chicken was so crispy and tasty. Both burgers were full of flavour/sauces/spices that ripple across your taste buds, the beef and chicken were clearly exceptionally high quality (this place is not a joke). Worth every penny. I also had the Skin on Fries and Cajun Fries with the Chipotle sauce and Roasted Garlic Mayo,. The fries were cooked and seasoned well and the sauces tasted delicious and unique. They are homemade so its not some commercial sauce you find in every other restaurant. You know the saying nothing beats mums or grandmas cooking because that secret recipe is cooking with Love and Passion. You can see it in the owners eyes when you speak to them and they are so kind and helpful! (something rare to find in this trade these days, how many restaurants have you visited in your life with the staff/owners there to make quick money providing you with no passion/presentation/quality and service?). I have to say this burger joint is near the top of the list for me. After having a conversation with the owner it dawned on me later during my journey back to London, how he had mentioned all of the leading/top rated/most hyped fast food independents/chains in London he visited prior to the opening of this business. That is called market research, they are serious and want to serve the best of the best in Cardiff. I have family in Cardiff and visit a few times a year and from what I have tried in Cardiff over the years they win without a doubt!

The food was delicious, meat and chicken, and their treatment with customers was very wonderful. This is my second visit to them and their food is more than wonderful.

Hands down the best burger spot around! Been to many burger places across a lot of England and Wales and I’d rank GOODBGR up there with some of the best I’ve had. Both beef and chicken burgers are amazing, burgers were very filling and the dirty fries were incredible. My personal recommendation would be to get the ‘Just Jamming’ burger and ask for inferno sauce inside! And a side of inferno fries and a jammy dodger milkshake!
