The best restaurants in Heath Cardiff South Wales

Love, love love this coffee shop and deli. Tucked away far from the madding crowd, this delightful place is located right at the far end of Fowey high street. A lot of tourists probably wouldn't venture far enough to come across this place, which kind of makes it all the better. Greeted by the friendly owners on arrival, we liked the look of the deli produce so hoped that their coffee would also be good. At first we thought the prices were a bit steep, but ordered anyway. All I can say is - you get what you pay for sometimes. We were not disappointed! Probably the best coffee (double espresso) we've had in this country. The coffee is organic and from a very small producer. It was so good that we made a special trip the next day purely to park up and go back for another coffee! Also tried one of the little Italian patisserie bites (can't remember what they are called, but similar to cannoli) - again, better than we've had anywhere else - fresh and full of filling. Just disappointed we didn't time it for lunch as the panini options sounded lovely and you just know the quality would be great! 10/10

Good quality food, the focaccia sandwich was absolutely delicious! Friendly and welcoming staff. We will definitely return!

Good food at reasonable cheap prices

My daughters car broke down after long day at Noah ark children's hospital, Rainbow ward. Desperate to get home to her 20month old daughter and partner going back on a night shift. The Manager, staff and locals were nothing but kind, compassionate and caring as her breakdown cover wasn't due for several hours. I wouldn't hesitate to celebrate these earth angels 🙏 Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Grateful mother and nana xxx

Lovely coffee shop a short stroll from UHW. Small selection of sweet & savoury things to try. Lemon drizzle cake was deliciously moist & tangy. Good coffee & pleasant service. More seating outside than in for dry days.

not bad place, quite busy during thee lunchhour, so bit difficult finding a seat, so watch out for that, fast music, eat to the beat. Eat quick.

What a lovely surprise we found it on our last day of visiting our daughter in hospital,lovely and clean great disability access we sat inside but there's plenty of outdoor sitting area,we got served by a lovely girl great customer service she made the best mocha lol we will definitely recommend .

Visited the New Inn yesterday for the first time in many years. What a great pub. A friendly welcome and a nice festive atmosphere. A good choice of beers. Also had a meal, well cooked and tasty. I enjoyed my visit very much and will certainly be returning soon. Thank you.

Great food delivered at the time requested

Absolutely delicious fish and chips and made fresh to order. The best in Cardiff! The fish batter melts in the mouth and the cod has the skin taken off which is brilliant.

Every dish we tried was packed with flavor and freshness. The staff was professional and kind, ensuring we had everything we needed. The restaurant’s cozy ambiance added to the overall experience, making it a perfect place for a relaxing meal.

First time ordering and we were really impressed, we ordered a burger and kebab, delivery was fast, food hot and really tasty, not greasy as with some other kebab takeaways, reasonably priced too, would definitely recommend and will be ordering again soon.

Fantastic food and lovely cherry drinks, visited and eat in the restaurant, it wasn't very busy when we arrived. We only ordered a main course and it took 45 minutes to arrive. The couple who came after us ordered, eat and left before our food arrived.
