Good quality food, the focaccia sandwich was absolutely delicious! Friendly and welcoming staff. We will definitely return!

This is a great spot to enjoy your coffee and food in a calming environment with welcoming staff. Customers are able to be seated inside or out both within clean spaces. While here we were able to have bunch consisting of an Italian croissant with ham and cheese along with a flat white and cappuccino. This restaurant is accessible for all with ample space for prams and wheelchairs.

Such an amazing cafe with incredible food, coffee, and friendly staff. The sandwiches are delicious with authentic Italian ingredients (the salt cured pancetta is too good!) as are the lunchtime pizzas (definitely would recommend the carbonara). They also offer pizzas on Friday and Saturday evenings which are the most authentic and undoubtedly best in Cardiff - we cannot recommend then highly enough. The owners and staff are really lovely and friendly, and couldn't be more helpful. We really appreciate that they take the time to learn your names. This cafe is a real gem!

What a truly lovely eatery. The staff are wonderful, the food sublime. This little gem of an eatery is such a brilliant place, totally customer focussed with the best pizza, bread and coffee. Authentic!

Came by for lunch with a friend and really glad we did! Delicious sandwich which felt authentically Italian with delicious coffee. Also a nice selection of things to buy too.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, and great pizzas. The only jarring note was the house wine at £27 a bottle! Come on, it's not a Michelin star, get a juicy claret in for under £20 and I'll wager you will sell far more of it! Other than that, very good!

Beautiful fresh produce and superb coffee. Lovely setting, staff really pleasant and efficient. Salami and cheese croissant was delicious, looking forward to return visit!

Have passed Grano many times, and never really noticed it, but following a recommendation we paid a visit. It’s an unassuming Italian café/restaurant on a busy junction, but it’s worth a trip there, as the food, coffee and service was fantastic. They bake their own food there as well, and the focaccia is amazing; I doubt you’d find a better place to eat in downtown Napoli. Although as you’d expect in an Italian restaurant they make pizza, this is only available on Fridays & Saturdays. They also sell beautifully boxed imported Italian foods. If going there by car, you can’t park outside easily, and you’d need to park a distance away and walk over there. However way you travel there though, just go there.

The baked bread and pizza are amazing. The owners welcome you like friends. The atmosphere is casual, yet stylish. The range is limited because everything is baked on the day. You can watch the pizzaiola working behind the counter as you order. They take real pride in their food and will tell you about the provenance of all their produce - wonderful artichokes, cheese and prosciutto. I love their vegan focaccia sandwich because the sundried tomatoes and olives they use are so tasty.

I love Grano. The coffee and cakes are delicious and the atmosphere so relaxing. They bake bread on the premises and the smell is amazing. 10/10 - we regularly travel 10 miles to come here it’s that good.

A great place, great atmosphere, friendly staff, and most importantly excellent food. The bread is made on the premises and is of the highest quality, as are the deserts. Dario and Giovanna who run the place are passionate about food and told me about where they source their produce from. They sell pizza on a Friday/Saturday night. Their pizza is up there with the best in Cardiff.

Organicafe now Grano. The excellent cafe has been taken over. The New Owners have done an amazing job of taking Organicafe further. Same great coffee but even better food now.

Was the Organic Cafe. Now reopened with new owners. Baking their own breads and still producing great sandwiches, cakes and coffees at reasonable prices. Owners and staff are lovely and the place is spotlessly clean. Treat yourself!
