My most recent order was awful, the food was well below what it normally is, have they got a new chef. I have been a customer for years and have always been more than satisfied with my orders. But I will not order again as my last order was very poor the quality was bad the starter was rubbery it was just not good at all so disappointed 😞 😔

Soy asiduo a los jalapeños, llevo años yendo y eso es por su excelente calidad y variedad de comida. Esta noche fuimos a tomar una pizza de océano profundo y alitas de pollo picantes con papas fritas y una lata. Recogí esto de la tienda y estaba caliente y todo llegó a menos de £ 16. Una ganga absoluta. Jalapeños solo es recomendable.

Ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery a special £12 each. A pepperoni and a New yorker with no mushrooms my delivery was fast and they even called to say they were outside my location Ramp World Cardiff. My food was perfect and my cycling delivery man was extremely courteous. I will definitely be using this service again. Apologies for not having any change for a tip but I will absolutely recommend your service. Thankyou.

Very nice breakfast, but there drinking chocolate is second to none, friendly staff very helpful would have given a 5* only because of I slice of bacon prefer 2 and have one egg and not two but it's just my preference.

Manos abajo, la mejor comida china que he comido! La comida aquí es absolutamente deliciosa y el menú tiene una fantástica selección de platos y me encantó todo lo que he probado. Muy recomendable y una visita obligada - probar para cualquiera que viva en o visite Cardiff.

So got there with my.wife just around 5pm . It was time for their closing. The security guy was absolutely rude & kept hurrying us , so much so my wife got stressed & started making mistakes with her card payment. The staff also understandbly in a rush to get home took the order wrong(it was only 2 latte's) . Bottomline the security guy was by now shouting asking us to stand outside by the gate. If they were so keen to shut then they shouldn't have allowed us inside at all. Could have just said sorry we are closing & we wouldnt have bothered & then treated & behaved at rudely especially by the security guy & the lady who "served" us. I dont think we will visit it again. This is the aroma at heath hospital concourse cardiff. Need some action on how to behave

Excellent service and lovely food

Had the 'pleasure' of being served by Amy today and I have to say her attitude was so negative and unhelpful. Customer service training clearly needed. She looked like she couldn't be bothered and how inconvenient it was to serve a customer. I'll be telling all of my NHS colleagues in the building next door to avoid this branch. Food ok - service needs a LOT to be desired! PS god forbid you ask for a dip to go in the pizza box cut out (they used to be included) - they are 50p extra which she was only to 'delighted' to inform me. Rude

Had salt and pepper box had to throw it in the bin looks like the food was out of the bin and refried cost 30 pound will not be having food from this takeaway again they need to be reported to environmental health.
