Soy asiduo a los jalapeños, llevo años yendo y eso es por su excelente calidad y variedad de comida. Esta noche fuimos a tomar una pizza de océano profundo y alitas de pollo picantes con papas fritas y una lata. Recogí esto de la tienda y estaba caliente y todo llegó a menos de £ 16. Una ganga absoluta. Jalapeños solo es recomendable.

Really disappointed with delivery. I ordered for myself and grandkids for my birthday . Firstly , the burger had cheese in when I requested without ( although to be fair, after phoning in, they bought out another without cheese, but when 2nd one came the bun was soaking wet and inedible ). Put everything in oven , till it arrived so we could eat together. Then realised that the order was missing the chicken strips and pot of chilli sauce. So one child had to share with us all . Not happy at all.

Worst food experience I've ever had and I'm so surprised that it's from here. We've had food from here many times before and it's always been superb but something has changed in recent months as 80% of the food was inedible and went in the bin. Kebab was nice and the side of chips were fine too. The pizzas and chicken curry with chips were awful and all went in the bin after a few mouthfuls. They tasted as if they'd been absolutely covered in salt and after a few bites my partners mouth was really red and sore. We spoke to Jalapeños that said this was their usual quality of food but having been there before we know it hasn't always been so bad. Not sure whether they have changed hands or got new people in the kitchen but something has gone wrong somewhere. Such a shame as I used to love this place but won't be returning as we spent £45 on food that went in the bin. Have gone through Just Eat for a partial refund for the food that was inedible. Be careful ordering here even if it is a favourite as their quality of food now makes it inedible.

I always go to this shop every time I drive past but Thursday night kebab was terrible very dry and grease was just poring out very very bad 👎 why serve over cooked greasy food and ruin the owner reputation.

The so called "MEDIUM" kebab was microscopic, hardly any meat! Worst of all it cost me £7.50 absolutely PATHETIC! DON'T EVEN BOTHER! Unless you like being violated that is.

All in a box meal slaps, the sensation of the kebab and chips and salad together makes my tongue feel some sort of way . Overall banging meal and definitely come again

Jalapeños has been a favourite of mine for many years and tonight they didn't disappoint. I went for the medium Deep Ocean Pizza and some dips. I collected all this for less than £10. You can't get better value for money. Jalapeños menu is extensive with Kebabs, Fried Chicken and Burgers to name just a few on the menu. The Staff are also really friendly and helpful.

Don't listen to your kebab salad request so don't bother putting 1 in! Once again all my salad request ignored and how I like my meat cooked. Picture is of what went in bin

Do not order from here I live 2 mins away and the quality of the food was shocking, soggy chips cold dry overcooked burger stale bun and burnt onions rings called the restaurant and they didn't want to help in anyway what so ever!!

Absolute sound bossman give us free food after we ate our order whole mixed kebab and all, absolutely leng chips and chicken 11/10 would come again

Jalapeños have moved but only feet from where they've been based for ages. There new premises also has some seating at the front and is bigger and spacier than there previous home. It goes without saying that there deals are still there. For example you can get a small pizza, a side and a can of soft drink for £7.50 on collection. An absolute bargain. As always the staff are friendly and welcoming.

As a family we’ve had a few different meals recently but tonite was absolutely amazing, family meal 2 was ordered I can’t believe how much good food there was, we thoroughly enjoyed it and still plenty left! Well recommended Service and times were perfect, roll on next week to order again!!!!

This is our go-to place for pizza, really soft, cheesy and cooked perfectly. We've had the shish previously and weren't too amazed by it, but absolutely love the pizza. Decent price too. Cheaper to call and get delivered by them instead of going through Just Eat.

Algunas de las ofertas que tienen tienen un valor fantástico, incluyendo las ofertas de pizza. Siempre frescos chiles verdes disponibles, que es una necesidad en mi pizza.

Really impressed with how friendly the staff are here, they were welcoming, helpful and nice. The food is cheap and cheerful, can't fault it. There's even a tv showing cartoons to keep any waiting children entertained.

We had two doner kebabs and firstly they did not come in bread with filling in it. The lamb and chicken did not appear fresh and tasted plastic.We should have gone to the other shop.

Deals are fab and the food is exactly what you want from a kabab shop. Pizza is my favourite as they do stuffed crust. Check in store for all the meal deals as they are not all on the app.

I really love this place, I leave specific instructions and they are followed, down to no pitta! No cheese on a beef burger meal. I half devoured my chicken shish before the photo but it was amazing

Me encanta el pollo en Jalepeno, lo ordeno un par de veces a la semana, llamo, saben que estoy pidiendo una comida de pollo, no pitta, con cebolla y Jalepeno, salsa barbacoa y una barra de pan de ajo tan pronto como Oye mi voz. El pollo está marinado y cocinado en una parrilla de fuego abierto, muy sabroso. A veces lo mezclo y pido un calzone (igualmente delicioso) solo para mantener a los muchachos en alerta y para sentir que personalmente no soy tan predecible con mi pedido. El personal encantador, muy educado, ofrece una deliciosa comida caliente cada vez.

Chips was dry, feel like they been heated and now cooked. Chicken was too salty, you can kill someone with this amount of salt on it, the skin was good though. It came 10 minutes late, but it's warm.

Delivery arived 40 early so cold when husband arived home from work. No dips despite phoning didn't really get anywhere was told I hadn't ordered any and that there was no delivery time request so will not be using again

Chicken was extremely dry as if it had been cooked hours ago, I ordered a strawberry milkshake which was half full and lukewarm. Garlic bread and pizza was great, my brother had no complaints about his burger. I understand that we ordered on a Friday at peak times but the food was well over an hour late. Really disappointed.

the food his always lovely from there what ever you have to eat and they always give you what you ask for I'm your order and they are very nice people working there as well

yet again jalapeno burger made wrong, requested with salad, this time got the chillis and sauce but zero salad and burger undercooked.

The chicken was greased soaked and tasted like vinegar and it was 15 minutes late very disappointed usually very nice.

Sadly it was late at night and my order arrived just an hour after ordering. Chicken was dry , curry had coagulated on the chips. The burger was cold. It wasn't very nice. Even at end of night I expected bettwr.

phoned up to ask how long for delivery told it would be 55 minutes maximum, so went along with that, sent order through within 20 seconds of speaking to them, 1 hour later i called them up to find out what was happening , told its busy so wont be long after 2 hours my food eventually came not happy at all, as id paid by card and they knew this so could not cancel

Chils and spag bol were fine, the jalapeno burger with chili sauce and cheese was just a plain burger no sauce and no jalepenos and no answer from the shop.

I go to jalapeños pizza on a regular basis. The customer service is superb and the staff are always very friendly to me and the food is excellent!

3 mixed kebabs they ran out of meat as the 3 large mixed shish (replaced with supposedly large chicken shish) had less meat combined than the large chicken shish ordered, the jalapeno burger had no jalepenos but the garlic burger did, 3 portions of missing fries and 1 can missing , appeared busy or refusing to pick up phone. And then the sauce ....no sauce on items and 7 pots of sauce (considering we had ordered pots as well , much sauce missing)

Disgusting service, food was 35 minutes although it was only a 3 minute drive away, delivery driver was rude and curry sauce and chips had been left to stand for so long that the curry became hard. Definitely will not be ordering again.

The look I gave when I gazed eyes upon my 'Large' kebab was the same look my Mrs gave me when I promised her something large on our first date. That rather unimpressed, disappointed look. This kebab differed slightly from my Mrs experience on our first date, however, because this wasn't a joy to put in my mouth, either. To add insult to injury, the pizza tasted like what I can only describe as 'death'. Death topped with hard pineapple. Avoid unless suitably drunk, in which case portion size and taste don't come into consideration!!

Fast delivery, lovely polite drivers, I love the chicken shish kebab, the chicken is full of flavour and I love that it's cooked on an open flame grill, the salad I choose is always fresh and I like the fact I can have my chosen sauce separate so I can have as little or as much as I like , ohhhh my got the lemon cheese cake is amazing!!!

This was honestly one of the worst takeaway experiences I have ever had. The driver rang to say he was outside and when I went to find him I couldn't see anyone. I rang him back and he was rude and unhelpful on the phone to the point of making me quite upset. I rang the restaurant who were helpful and assured me they would direct the driver or send me some new food. Again the driver rang to say he was outside - as I was still outside I knew that wasn't the case but he insisted he was there. The attitude and lack of care was so upsetting. Eventually he arrived about a quarter of a mile away so I walked to pick it up. The driver didn't apologise and indeed defended how late he was by saying that he'd 'never been there before', as if you can have been to every address in a city to know where it is. As he's a delivery driver the fact he has the gall to say that was shocking. Although the restaurant tried to rectify the situation they did nothing to compensate the fact I had waited outside for nearly 45 minutes (as he kept saying he was there) and had such an awful experience from the driver. The food itself wasn't great. The sauces were watery and next to tasteless and the pizza would have been nice had it not been stone cold. Absolute waste of time, money and effort.

It's quite close to our adress but came in about an hour and a half. Pizza had too fat dough and wasn't baked enough in my opinion(I'm used to thin crust)but was edible. It's just cheese with tomato on dough to be honest, can't say it's not edible. Bf had wrap and chicken wings and he really didn't like the doner wrap for some reason. Chicken wings looked ok and fries are fries. Fine but not really thrilled overall, no hard feelings xxx

Delivery instructions were not followed, and driver admitted to never having read them. They were more interested in doing the job quickly rather than doing the job *properly*.

Amazing service, with great timing. Driver was made to wait for a while but was very courteous about it. Will definitely order again.Those spicy wings are a must try for everyone.
