Tried ordering, do not answer the phone cut you off very disgusting for some sort of business. Looking elsewhere, KBS now city Road

Literally the worst place I’ve ever ordered from. Tiny portion sizes. And when called to ask, the owner was rude! Telling me ‘I know how to do my job’ Avoid avoid avoid

I ordered a meal thinking it was to be delivered yesterday 10th June. I tried contacting customer services to cancel the order as Tuesday (today) wasn't any good as we are away. I didn't realise that my order was a pre order for today. My neighbours tell me that the delivery driver attempted to deliver, and when my next door neighbour said he'd take it, he was told NO, it's paid for and it's got to go back!!! I would like a refund please

Istanbul Kebab are so good. Not only are their kebabs really good, but they always go above and beyond to help. They always deliver to us, even when super busy!! Highly recommend guys

Cold! Disappointed again unfortunately. Last time I ordered a kebab, it arrived cold. They blamed me for asking for loads of garlic sauce! This time, I asked for lettuce, tomatoes & garlic sauce (normal amount) & a large pot of sauce on the side, as well as a mixed donner wrap meal. Both the kebab & wrap were cold, there were barely any chips (less than a small from mcdonalds) & my large dip was missing. I guess food just arrives cold these days so won't be ordering from here again

I ordered £60 worth of food from here. When I was on the phone ordering my food the person was treating me disrespectfully and disgustingly. When the food finally came I opened it and it smelt so bad but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and took a bite and it was as if the food had been left there for days. Possibly the worst experience I’ve had with ordering takeaway. I decided to take the food back to the shop and kindly ask for a refund but they treated me with such disrespect I refused to be in the shop so I left their food there and left. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND

me and my partner order from here all the time, it’s our go-to takeaway and every time they go above and beyond and we absolutely love their food - it’s always amazing! Definitely recommend

Prices are ridiculous for what you get. Ordered chicken kebab medium it was more like a small and Ordered large mixed kebab and doner tasted like yesterday's as was not fresh and barely any chicken doner and for those 2 was £22.50 absolute joke. Won't be returning here

The meat is pre cooked and kept in a warmer both chicken and lamb was tough dried out like old boots not taken fresh off the skewer, the salad was measly and not fresh for £7.30 for a medium one is scandalous. I only came here because the £5.50 fresh and delicious kebabs at the Maelfa chip shop had run out of chicken

The burger was plain and boring and the chips was not seasoned not even with salt the chicken burger was good tho overall(5.5-10)

Ordered a medium mixed kebab, onion rings and a pot of garlic sauce. Kebab was all tiny bits, dry and stringy and barley luke warm, with a handful of lettuce and 2 tiny slices of tomato. The onion rings were 10 of the smallest, soggiest, coldest things I'd ever had in my life! The first time I ordered from here was lovely but this order has made me question if I'll ever order from here again. Only place this order could go was the bin :-(

Food was insanely good! Ordered a mixed donner wrap and a mixed donner kebab. Tasted amazing and will definitely be ordering again!

Got a delivery, few weeks a go, with mixed meet, NO donner kebbab, just lamb sheesh, and unusual cutlets of BEEF, not lamb, that was dry and not fresh. Alot of money wasted unfortunately.

Called in on the way back from finishing a Solar job last Saturday evening. Had a tasty kebab. Great food, quality cuts and friendly service! A gem of a Kebab House tucked just out of the way. Highly recommend!

It was one of the top chicken donor i ever had. Specially with the chilli sauce. There was No nasty smell as we mostly find in other chicken donar. Reasonable as well. 9.8/10

Absolutely shocking, will not order from here ever again. The portions were terrible, very minimal. It’s as if they know you won’t go there and complain as you’ve had it delivered and it’s not convenient to do so. Feel completely ripped off, we’ve always had food from here. Never again.!!

Delivery driver rang me as if I’d forgot my order even thought the order turned to 43 minutes earlier than I was told. Gut dressed in builders gear with the boots to match so was sketchy about hygiene. I have eaten it but it needed to be re heated as was cold? How can it be cold when it turned up so early!

Gotta love a kebab. The staff at Istanbul tailor the food to suit how you like it. Use this place regularly

Bossman claiming not to be bossman prepared well seared donner meat which was bliss. I thought there was a nationwide shortage of donner meat with the a small large portion. Cant fault this shop food was a banga. Good shtuff!

Went tonight for mixed kebab, neither kebab cookers were on! So meat kept in trays not cut fresh! Walked in, walked out , And went to Maelfa chip shop for a fresh kebab.GET POISIONED for Xmas!

Fast service but poor food quality. Dry doner kebba taste like been used from previous day low on salad no chili peppers which I ordered chiken taste horrible. Not use them again.

Find the place on Google, was close to our hotel and I can see that wad great choice. Guys was amazing. Food was tasty, fresh prepared. Great choice of meals. Quick service Good locations and car park for takeaway. Strictly recommended. When I'm back in Cardiff will visit them again.

Lamb and chicken donner weren't great, the lamb donner was pale and tasted like it had been sat in the ban Marie for a good while, the chicken was over cooked and had hard bits in it. Took my change out when I got home to find a fake pound coin

The chicken served was absolutely bland and raw. The drink served had no fizz in it. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone to buy from here.

Been ill twice after eating here, as I believe that as they don’t cut chicken straight off the rotisserie they pre cut it into a tub then recook it on the griddle with a food scrapper. Chicken shouldn’t be left hanging around in this way. The bigger man has customer issues too and can be very rude. Won’t be revisiting this place.

Second time I’ve been ill here now. Just looked at hygiene rating and it’s awaiting rating. No date of last either.

Ordered a take out to be delivered. The meal was a combo of shish chicken, shish lamb and donner, unfortunately the quantity of shish to donner was completely imbalanced favoring the cheap donner meat. However the price paid was for a generous mix of all meats, this was not the case. It was definitely not worth the money. Ok the kebab itself was fine in terms of taste and delivery was on time but watch these people, they will bulk what is supposed to be a quality meal with lots of the cheap stuff.

First of all I just want to compliment the gentleman who answered the phone to take my order for collection. He was very friendly and warm. He double-checked everything with me and was very thorough with making sure he prepared what I ordered. He even asked where I lived and suited the collection to my convenience. He said ten minutes (I live around the corner). Ten minutes may seem like a short amount of time but this had no effect on the quality of the food. My sister, my mother and I loved the food. The pizza was nice, the kabab was lovely and my mum loved her salad. Overall it all seemed very fresh. Finally the friendliness wasn't just limited to the phone call - when I arrived everybody was friendly and down to earth. My only concern is that I live so close and now I'm going to get fat from definitely ordering again. Highly recommended Thanks guys!

Cracking local takeaway who do all the Kebabs, from Doner to Shish and Kofta, Pizzas, Southern style Fried Chicken, Chicken Burgers and Beef Burgers, Fries, Wedges, Onion rings and a whole host of extra sides. Its my quick local takeaway of choice with friendly staff, good delivery times and most importantly, excellent quality food and outstanding food hygiene certificate.

Lol what a joke of a company Food missing so rang the shop and asked him to send the meal again. Became very abusive on the phone telling me I had to send all of the food back. When I told him I would ask for a refund on just eat as I wasn't waiting another 45 minutes. Started shouted at me telling me 'listen to me' Would waste my money or anyone's else's again. Food it awful also.

Stopped here as a one off as I live in newport and normally visit local to my home kebab places. I enjoyed a medium kebab with my fiancè. Very clean, friendly and affordable. Food was hot and salad fresh. Delivery driver had plenty to deliver before our order was ready so shows its popularity within the community. Mind the step going in.

Have just eaten a very nice meal of chicken strips with salad and chips, I have found the service to have been very quick, with very polite and helpful staff, as soon as you walk through the door you are struck by the cleanliness if the premises
