Domino's Pizza in Cardiff

Had the 'pleasure' of being served by Amy today and I have to say her attitude was so negative and unhelpful. Customer service training clearly needed. She looked like she couldn't be bothered and how inconvenient it was to serve a customer. I'll be telling all of my NHS colleagues in the building next door to avoid this branch. Food ok - service needs a LOT to be desired! PS god forbid you ask for a dip to go in the pizza box cut out (they used to be included) - they are 50p extra which she was only to 'delighted' to inform me. Rude

Pizza delivered crushed with no toppings. Promised to refund, but no refund received. They simply couldn’t care less about the fact they’d ruined somebody’s meal.

Often have Take Aways. Delicious pizzas, always hot & ready for collection at the time given. Staff are friendly.

came within 20 mins, hot and fresh pizza. Nothing missing. Perfectly cooked and will be using this dominos again
