KFC in Cardiff

Just okay, nothing much to say any kind of wow feeling

The most disgusting kfc I have had the misfortune of going to, this place is dirty and I mean unhygienic dirty! The cleaner was wiping tables with the same piece of disposable tissue, the tables were no cleaner after she’d wiped them, you could see months of food in-between the gaps of the bar height tables 🤢 she changed the bins and left the bin cupboard wide open, she was spraying and wiping rite next to where we were eating, then she begin sweeping the floor with a mop 🫣 again ppl still eating around that section, the toilet had wee all over the floor and smelt bad, I’ve never seen anything like it

Worst food I’ve ever had from KFC all the food was dry and the pot gravy was out of date will don’t go back to the kfc again 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

How is this KFC?? Chicken is the worst quality. Probably don't even use KFC seasonings. Taste like cardboard.

Tasty food. Small but not too many people, so was able to get seating.

There were pigeons in the restaurant and the staff didn’t seem to care. Food was nuke warm and I’ve gotten the runs afterwards

Foods always hot and the security outside at night actually makes me feel safer

Surprisingly quick service. Food was good - served hot, not greasy, and good crispyness. Place was quite clean on visit too.

Food was very small and miscounted. 10 fillets is 10 fillets. Having only 8 should mean I get 2 more, also when 4 of the fillets are the size of a tennis ball at maximum...come on. As somebody who's worked in the food industry for 5+ years on the same street, surely I also know the situation. Don't use homeless people as an excuse, for why you can't forfil orders properly. Stood arguing for 15+ rather than just doing that right thing. Evidence was provided of the issue and miscounting within 10 minutes and still refused good customer service. Won't be coming back after the awful excuses blaming the homeless and drunks at 3:45pm. When none were anywhere to be seen.

This KFC has to be the most filthy one I’ve ever been in, tables full of rubbish that’s been there for hours, smell of gone off food, only one toilet and after just walking in there the absolute state of it made me feel physically sick. Dry feces on the floor, urine on the seat, overflowing bin and no toilet roll.

Food was cold and had a hair in it. Staff were very rude and the place was filthy.

As a self proclaimed fried chicken expert, I am disappointed to have to leave a low review for this KFC store. Their 20 wing bucket deal was very burnt with an overused oil taste which made the chicken taste metallic.

Gave out the wrong order. Didn’t get a refund or anything. Bad restaurant - justeat = terrible app

it never came I would like a full refund to my bank, the driver marked it as delivered althought I never received it

Well the chicken wings took like 40min to make, had to ask 3 times if they forgot my order or what lol😂😂😂 This does contribute to my overall bad experience about visiting Cardiff for the first time 🤦🏻‍♂️😅

Chicken drumstick was ancient. Stone cold. Batter was concrete. Was thrown unwrapped in box meal. Felt like they'd found it behind the oven after sitting there for a week

ordered zinger salad..that should be a all vegetables..it was just lettuce and corns...and chicken... Overall very dissatisfied and disappointed with my food and wouldn’t recommend.

It was lovely food but there were two Odets put together and not separated. This to me says it doesn’t matter to you how it is delivered…., but it matters to me. Please try and keep them in order and not all mixed together

Didn’t receive food more than an hour after stated time. App showing being prepared. Phone the restaurant and they say the order had been delivered, which obviously it wasn’t, and nothing they could do. So either KFC staff or the delivery driver stole my order. Don’t use

Item was incorrect. Gravy not beans. Driver didn’t bring the 1.5l drink but he did go back to restaurant to collect it.

Great customer service great driver better than Uber who delivered my order last week to wrong address will use just eat all the time now

Never delivered my food and still charged me and marked as delivered. I will be expecting my refund please.

I ordered home and they sent the chickens that had been waiting for a long time.

Actually received the food I ordered, which was a bonus, having previously been given the wrong order in a number of other KFC places. Service was decent as well the person serving me did seem to actually care .

Food arrived in a terrible state, bags were broken from the gravy and coleslaw tipping all over. Even leaked over my jeans. Not good at all.

driver made no attempt to contact. found chicken had been fed to foxes in my garden instead of delivered to my house.

freezing cold,not right order short of two chicken.

Despite requesting in directions for delivery to be made to my flat due to poor mobility, driver refused. It took several mins to make my way down the stairs only to find the driver wasn't even at the street door. Even though I'd marked the location on the app's map, he was waiting on the other side of the building. After delivery it took a further 5-7 mins to climb the stairs back to my flat after all of which the heat transfer of items packed in same bag left the food cold and the drink warm.

Completely the wrong order, everything we actually wanted was missing

Lazy staff think it’s appropriate to put cold drinks directly onto hot food so my meal was soggy and freezing cold terrible service

Time kept changing and i had message to say they lost driver,when food arrived it was very cold so must have been left in bag over an hour and every piece of chicken was a drumstick not alternative so very disappointed .

As a professional chain they should know how to cook a chicken burger, but it came to us like cardboard - dry as a shoe and not even the gravy could save it. KFC should be done in person, not ordered as that was incredibly bad

Missing items just seems to be the norm from every store. Not a huge deal, but with the prices inflating constantly, the quality (or in this case, quantity) doesn't rise with it. Popcorn chicken missing this time.

Just visited this restaurant. The toilet was out of order. When I asked for a hand sanitizer or wipe because I couldn't wash my hands in the bathroom, I was told they don't have any. Frustrated that I couldn't wash my hands before eating food with my hands, I reluctantly went to sit down with my food only to find it was Luke warm! On top of that, the tables were all in need of a clean. Worst KFC I have ever had. I've given one star because my sons wings were hot and he enjoyed them.

Wrong drinks delivered. All 5 pieces of chicken were drumsticks, and quite poorly coated. Time to find a better outlet as this one is very poor.

Whenever i order from KFC something is missing from the order, i think it is honestly not something wrong with Just Eat but with KFC, first i called kfc to inform that fires are missing and the person who answered ask from someone else while i al in the line did he/ she did this order and that person who answered repeatedly said that he / she put the fries to the same bag and never accepted they made a mistake so in that case i sometimes doubt how the fried get missing

Soggy chips not fully cooked. Food wasn't exactly hot and delivery time waiting on restraunt was atrocious

Delivery driver drove to two separate wrong locations and refused to come to the door, explaining that I should meet him wherever he decided to park, which was on a different street to where I live. After 3 separate phone calls with the rider explaining each time the whereabouts of my location he finally arrived with the food. Simply not good enough for a rider to drive around the area not knowing the address of the customer.
