KFC in Cardiff

The order was for 2 meals. Why was the chicken portions delivered in one box?

This was the worst take away I’ve ever had from anyone all of it had a weird taste and it cost me over £30 for the privilege too

Chicken sandwiches were cold and dry had to heat in the microwave which made them worse!!!!

Terrible choice of chicken pieces, definitely had the worst pieces of the batch. Usually very gokd pieces but they were v small and dry. Also, can of pepsi was in with the chicken which made it v greasy

We ordered a bargain bucket and a side of sweetcorn what arrived waa a bargain bucket with dried up chicken a side of dried up mash. Adter calling the branch they said there was nothing they could do because we ordered through you.

The food never arrived. No call, no sign of the rider, nothing. I’ve also had an experience where a male rider delivering from this restaurant was using a female profile, which is a huge safety issue.

The most disgusting kfc I have had the misfortune of going to, this place is dirty and I mean unhygienic dirty! The cleaner was wiping tables with the same piece of disposable tissue, the tables were no cleaner after she’d wiped them, you could see months of food in-between the gaps of the bar height tables 🤢 she changed the bins and left the bin cupboard wide open, she was spraying and wiping rite next to where we were eating, then she begin sweeping the floor with a mop 🫣 again ppl still eating around that section, the toilet had wee all over the floor and smelt bad, I’ve never seen anything like it

the large gravy had leaked all in the bag and the pot was empty on delivery

How is this KFC?? Chicken is the worst quality. Probably don't even use KFC seasonings. Taste like cardboard.

Had 4 piece chicken. Three tiny drums and something that was 90 percent bone. Live just up the road and everything was cold. Lazy lazy staff clearly don’t care about quality control. Won’t be coming back popeyes instead

The chicken was anaemic and tasteless, the fries were soggy and the gravy was like a lump

it never got delivered. this is not acceptable. uber eats would've told me if they couldn't find a driver and would cancel. I never had my food delivered. The fact that one og your drivers decided to declare that this was delivered when I orderd this at 1:30AM, and never had my food. I want a full refund ASAP

Surprisingly quick service. Food was good - served hot, not greasy, and good crispyness. Place was quite clean on visit too.

Food tasted as expected; however, the packaging was messed up. The fries bag was squeezed into the same chicken wings bag, and a cold Pepsi can be put on top of the fries and wings. Imagine the situation when I unpacked. Not acceptable.

Food was very small and miscounted. 10 fillets is 10 fillets. Having only 8 should mean I get 2 more, also when 4 of the fillets are the size of a tennis ball at maximum...come on. As somebody who's worked in the food industry for 5+ years on the same street, surely I also know the situation. Don't use homeless people as an excuse, for why you can't forfil orders properly. Stood arguing for 15+ rather than just doing that right thing. Evidence was provided of the issue and miscounting within 10 minutes and still refused good customer service. Won't be coming back after the awful excuses blaming the homeless and drunks at 3:45pm. When none were anywhere to be seen.

Delivery driver was brilliant and great. The chicken fillet within the burger, was thin, dry and over cooked. Horrible in fact. Won’t order it again.

Chicken supplied was awful - only one piece edible - chips cold because the cold can of drink was put on top of the bag so badly packaged. First time using and would not again! I have been refunded for some but cold chips was down to kfc not deliver

kfc is always 10/10 when you get it hot and crispy.

This KFC has to be the most filthy one I’ve ever been in, tables full of rubbish that’s been there for hours, smell of gone off food, only one toilet and after just walking in there the absolute state of it made me feel physically sick. Dry feces on the floor, urine on the seat, overflowing bin and no toilet roll.

Absolutely silly restaurant & always getting the orders wrong & we were also sent mash potato which was half empty so it looked like someone else had eaten from it. Although after giving in photos of the items just eat states there is nothing they can do. Now taking it to trading standards. Disgraceful!!

As a self proclaimed fried chicken expert, I am disappointed to have to leave a low review for this KFC store. Their 20 wing bucket deal was very burnt with an overused oil taste which made the chicken taste metallic.

Gave out the wrong order. Didn’t get a refund or anything. Bad restaurant - justeat = terrible app

Well the chicken wings took like 40min to make, had to ask 3 times if they forgot my order or what lol😂😂😂 This does contribute to my overall bad experience about visiting Cardiff for the first time 🤦🏻‍♂️😅

ordered zinger salad..that should be a all vegetables..it was just lettuce and corns...and chicken... Overall very dissatisfied and disappointed with my food and wouldn’t recommend.

It was lovely food but there were two Odets put together and not separated. This to me says it doesn’t matter to you how it is delivered…., but it matters to me. Please try and keep them in order and not all mixed together

Didn’t receive food more than an hour after stated time. App showing being prepared. Phone the restaurant and they say the order had been delivered, which obviously it wasn’t, and nothing they could do. So either KFC staff or the delivery driver stole my order. Don’t use

Item was incorrect. Gravy not beans. Driver didn’t bring the 1.5l drink but he did go back to restaurant to collect it.

Great customer service great driver better than Uber who delivered my order last week to wrong address will use just eat all the time now

I ordered home and they sent the chickens that had been waiting for a long time.

Actually received the food I ordered, which was a bonus, having previously been given the wrong order in a number of other KFC places. Service was decent as well the person serving me did seem to actually care .

Despite requesting in directions for delivery to be made to my flat due to poor mobility, driver refused. It took several mins to make my way down the stairs only to find the driver wasn't even at the street door. Even though I'd marked the location on the app's map, he was waiting on the other side of the building. After delivery it took a further 5-7 mins to climb the stairs back to my flat after all of which the heat transfer of items packed in same bag left the food cold and the drink warm.

Lazy staff think it’s appropriate to put cold drinks directly onto hot food so my meal was soggy and freezing cold terrible service
