Furious . We went all the way to store to purchase a rug. To be met with unhelpful staff. Grace needs a lesson in customer service . Could not be bothered to serve us . So rude . No hello, eye contact or attempt to help . She had my husband running back and forth 3 times until I said not to bother and we would order online instead. Previous to this the three girls were huddled around having a chat and customers were hunting for someone on the tills and when I approached them previous to the till incident they looked at me as if to say how dare you disturb us. Sort it out next ! You will loose custom and please try and train Grace to be pleasant to customers .

our 1st delivery from mint curry, and will by no means be the last, store is only a few miles from us but we opted for a delivery, it was quit, as we had never tried before we didnt know what to expect, and then the magic happened, best tasting lamb masala i have ever had! and there alot of very good options in cardiff and ive tried most if not all... wife had the honey korma and it was stunning too... we have found our new number 1 place cant wait to re order, i even called the store to compliment the chef... superb!!!

The place seems very dark and dingy food was ok but took a long time and wasn't that hot, the location of the restaurant is quite bad no parking and looks quite cheap and easy from outside.

Great little cafe in the Canton area of Cardiff. I’ve given it 5 stars for the service more than the food, which is fine. I was accidentally charged for two coffees - instantly refunded. My toddler made a huge mess on the floor and as I bent down to start picking up all the bits of egg I heard an “oh, mum, that’s my job. I’m working and you’re not.” I could have cried! Amazing service with a smile in lovely, calm surroundings. Would visit again and again.

If you have a dog and want to sit inside, forget it. The staff will just approach you and just block you entering and won't give a reason why. They'll just abruptly spread out their arms and turn you away. Very rude and ignorant when you question why, they'll just blank you then stare at you when you walk away to find a better cafe, deserving of my money.

I very rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was honestly a bit baffling. Placed an order for collection via the Subway app, turned up slightly after my collection time giving them more than 20 minutes to prep my order of two subs. When I walked in, I could see it was busy. Fair enough. I asked politely at the side of the counter, if the order was ready. The cashier confirmed it hadn’t been made yet. She checked with one of the 4 other staff and confirmed there were two other orders to be made then mine would be ready. The member of staff preparing the orders shouted across that it would be 5-10 minutes, the cashier said she thought it would be quicker than that. Great. No problem with me because I could see it was busy. So I stood and waited. And waited. And waited… 20 minutes passed with nothing more than a “it’s almost ready.” I watched about 10-15 other orders made ahead of mine. I asked the cashier, who was now serving, what had happened to my order before the bag was placed down in front of me. I explained if they’d just told me originally it was going to be 20 minutes, then it wouldn’t have been a problem. The response? Complain online. No offer of goodwill in store, which would’ve been nice. The lady who then originally told me it would be “5-10 minutes” then appears, very passively aggressively telling me “I’m not a machine.” Thinking she’d just misunderstood, I explained that I could see it was busy and I didn’t mind waiting, but she’s the one who told me it’d be done in 5-10 minutes and that I just would’ve appreciated them being honest. She then continued on with loudly claiming she wasn’t a machine and to complain online. I wasn’t the one who made any of the timescales so it’s honestly a bit weird and baffling that she’d try and make out that I was the problem for the store not being able to prioritise orders already paid for and sticking to their own timescales they’ve set. Then I checked here and saw the comments about the attitude of staff members and it made sense. Such a weird working atmosphere in this place.
