..and I'm back again after your responce the only person that was out of character and erratic was yourselfs arguing back and forth shouting to a man in the backround and it's not the only review where customers state your shouting and arguing back and forth I was calm composed and very laid back considering the way you was treating and speaking to me not once did I raise my voice unlike yourselfs and I did not state I was police I stated I would get police involved for aggressive behaviour trying to deter me and not giving me a refund who ever the male person was who come to the phone in restaurant stating i quote "you come in now" and for me "eff off" so I stated I would come with police if I believe upon returning my food to resturant I feel threatened clearly a language barrier as you was frantic speaking really really fast and not explaing anything to me just kept hanging up getting a child to answer the phone to speak with me yes I did get my refund after i kept ringing the store multiple times yes I did asking nicely over and over and over againg...please can i have a refund and you kept terminating the call why would I sit and eat food I'm not satisfied with and it was also my last day in our old home we was moving the next day and we was all looking forward to having our fav Chinese food 1 last time in our old house before our new journey to our new home witch funny enough is literally around the corner from your restaurant we was all tired and hungry and I just wanted to get my head down for the long day ahead of us and after being a customer of 4 to 5 years of never asking for a refund I think it's pretty reasonable to ask for a refund for somthing I personally found not satisfactory for the money I paid especially when I knw your product and have orderd the same dish for 5 years at least give me some credit I'm not just any customer trying it I was a loyal customer and I apoligize for asking for a refund if I knew it was going g to lead to a verball dispute I wouldn't have botherd again sorry for the multiple phone calls and sorry for being difficult but ofcourse surely you can understand i was annoyed I'm guessing you had a hard day but I was only trying to get a refund maybe somwhere along our conversation their was communication error again you guys have made delicious food for me many times and only a handful of times I've had issues...and you have been humble understanding and have assisted me with no issues but this time food was not good and service went a bit left because the way you spoke to me was out of line and not nice telling me not to come anymore I thought as a long time loyal customer you would have been a bit more accommodating with me i was a bit upset i hope it was just a bad day every one has them and hope you all the best in your future but I won't be returning as a customer and it's unfortunate because your food was good just not this time and out of respect for many previous good encounters I have deleted my original post alot of that was purley out of frustration and being annoyed in the moment for the way I was treated and spoken 2 and for that i can still apoligize kind regards Mr whyte

This place is a real find and a Gem !!! The chicken curry is the best I have tasted ! I have travelled a bit from Beirut to Marrakesh and I have never liked a curry more ! Big chunks of real chicken ,not those God awful little cubes of catering rubber chicken . The staff are really friendly ,greet you like an old friend once you have been there a couple of times !

Professional in a crisis! I have a sensitive nut allergy and took the risk myself to have a drink from the menu without nuts in it but acknowledging the risk of cross contamination. I ordered a mocha with whipped cream. I checked with the server if there were any nuts in the ingredients & he let me look through the ingredient list of the carton of hot chocolate mix. He also promptly pointed me in the direction of the QR allergy code alongside giving me the standard disclaimer of there being a risk of cross contamination with nuts. I have had this allergy all my life & so I am comfortable with the risk I can occasionally take with some cafes and their risk of cross contamination. Generally speaking, in my experience with my allergy symptoms, I don’t get anaphylaxis unless I consume nuts & generally speaking, traces give me mild symptoms only that can be managed quickly with emergency medication to try and halt the allergy reaction in my swollen throat ASAP before it gets life threatening. He safely double checked with me to confirm that I was definitely comfortable to take the risk & made me and my partner two delicious drinks, beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, one sip of the drink proved to me instantly with throat itching & wheezing that there were large traces of nuts in my drink! My partner promptly got me my usual emergency treatment and, aside from a sore throat, we calmly avoided the full blown anaphylaxis. We did not alert the server of had happened, because we acknowledged that the risk was not in his hands & the responsibility of the event was mine. However, he was very attentive & came over to check if I was okay - spotting the EpiPen on the table. I explained to him what had happened and he was incredibly professional, kind & understanding - he made sure I was okay & acknowledged I couldn’t drink my drink and so gave me a full refund. I have had a lot of experience over the years with servers who have had varying degrees of understanding but he was so incredibly calm in a crisis, very thorough with the refund process and talked me through my concerns. We were so impressed & grateful! We didn’t catch his name but whoever the server with short brown hair working at 4:30pm on Thursday 28th December was - thank you!!

I’ve been coming here on and off for 30 years. It has retained its really relaxed and welcoming atmosphere all that time and now functions on many levels-people eating and drinking, some people seeing art, other students studying and some people working on laptops. It all works really well Z I came to see a film, and had some food. They’ve got a lovely bar as well.

The place seems very dark and dingy food was ok but took a long time and wasn't that hot, the location of the restaurant is quite bad no parking and looks quite cheap and easy from outside.

La fritura previa al partido hace el truco. Iba a ver el fútbol y necesitaba un lugar para almorzar antes del inicio, así que pensé en unirme a mis amigos en Azafrán. Un montón de opciones y un servicio bastante rápido. Hay un ambiente relajado donde la mayoría de los clientes hablaban de fútbol. Relación calidad-precio y comida de calidad, rematado con una sonrisa amable. El personal te hizo sentir bienvenido. Así que la pregunta es... ¿Cuándo es el próximo juego?... para que pueda conseguirme otra fritura.

Este es mi bar favorito de pescado con papas fritas en Cardiff; Positivo - -El personal es amable - la mayoría de los tamaños de porción son fieles al tamaño. - el pescado con papas fritas es encantador y crujiente, y sabroso. -las salchichas son sabrosas. -precios asequibles en comparación con otras tiendas de patatas fritas, que no ofrecen tan buena calidad. Negativo - - el tamaño de la porción de pescado no es fiel al tamaño, yo diría que es un medio. - los rissoles no los recomendaría, son principalmente patata, se desmoronan, y sin sabor.

If you have a dog and want to sit inside, forget it. The staff will just approach you and just block you entering and won't give a reason why. They'll just abruptly spread out their arms and turn you away. Very rude and ignorant when you question why, they'll just blank you then stare at you when you walk away to find a better cafe, deserving of my money.
