..and I'm back again after your responce the only person that was out of character and erratic was yourselfs arguing back and forth shouting to a man in the backround and it's not the only review where customers state your shouting and arguing back and forth I was calm composed and very laid back considering the way you was treating and speaking to me not once did I raise my voice unlike yourselfs and I did not state I was police I stated I would get police involved for aggressive behaviour trying to deter me and not giving me a refund who ever the male person was who come to the phone in restaurant stating i quote "you come in now" and for me "eff off" so I stated I would come with police if I believe upon returning my food to resturant I feel threatened clearly a language barrier as you was frantic speaking really really fast and not explaing anything to me just kept hanging up getting a child to answer the phone to speak with me yes I did get my refund after i kept ringing the store multiple times yes I did asking nicely over and over and over againg...please can i have a refund and you kept terminating the call why would I sit and eat food I'm not satisfied with and it was also my last day in our old home we was moving the next day and we was all looking forward to having our fav Chinese food 1 last time in our old house before our new journey to our new home witch funny enough is literally around the corner from your restaurant we was all tired and hungry and I just wanted to get my head down for the long day ahead of us and after being a customer of 4 to 5 years of never asking for a refund I think it's pretty reasonable to ask for a refund for somthing I personally found not satisfactory for the money I paid especially when I knw your product and have orderd the same dish for 5 years at least give me some credit I'm not just any customer trying it I was a loyal customer and I apoligize for asking for a refund if I knew it was going g to lead to a verball dispute I wouldn't have botherd again sorry for the multiple phone calls and sorry for being difficult but ofcourse surely you can understand i was annoyed I'm guessing you had a hard day but I was only trying to get a refund maybe somwhere along our conversation their was communication error again you guys have made delicious food for me many times and only a handful of times I've had issues...and you have been humble understanding and have assisted me with no issues but this time food was not good and service went a bit left because the way you spoke to me was out of line and not nice telling me not to come anymore I thought as a long time loyal customer you would have been a bit more accommodating with me i was a bit upset i hope it was just a bad day every one has them and hope you all the best in your future but I won't be returning as a customer and it's unfortunate because your food was good just not this time and out of respect for many previous good encounters I have deleted my original post alot of that was purley out of frustration and being annoyed in the moment for the way I was treated and spoken 2 and for that i can still apoligize kind regards Mr whyte

Absolutely lush food, delivery was fast food was hot and fantastic price

The food is generally good. I'd say 97 per cent of the time, but on this visit, it lacked a bit of taste. The real issue I have is taking payment in cash in store. I would suggest people should be able to pay the best way convenient for them. If I ordered online, do I have to pay with cash? I walked in and told that I could only pay with cash in the takeaway. I would, however, still recommend it as a good takeaway in Cardiff.

0 stars if I could! A Sunday order at 6pm. Estimated time was 20 minutes. After 40 minutes we rang the resteraunt and they were extremely rude and obnoxious. We are late 20s and we hate to be a 'Karen', but when I asked for them to contact the driver and find out where they were, they argued in the background and then an angry man came on, told us 10 minutes without hesitation, when we questioned where the information came from

Sorry, food was not up to scratch as this was a post funeral meal. Starters were clearly just deep fried to warm through with a bright red sauce which wasn't good and extremely hot green clilllies which were not good . Chicken and sweetcorn soup was bland and Singapore chowmein just okay. We ve had some lovely meals there, but not today unfortunately.

The food here is awesome - so wonderful to get a good Chinese takeaway that also does great chips!! Which most Chinese takeaways can't get right! Really tasty chicken curry, and also recommend Yung chow fried rice...yummy

Very friendly staff & great food

Ordered the lettuce wraps, salt n pepper chips, beancurd in satay sauce and spring rolls. All the food was lovely and warm, got delivered 20 minutes earlier than stated which was a nice bonus! Good portion sizes. Good value. My only downside and it was my own fault, I assumed the lettuce wraps were vegetarian (which in other chinese restaurants and takeaways they have been). Was the only dish I never ate. Maybe if I asked they could have made it vegetarian. It had chicken in it. Next time I'll ask if they can make it vegetarian. Highly recommend, very good chinese!

Han Sing is my go to Chinese every time I order. The food is always perfectly cooked and piping hot on delivery. The price is very good and portion sizes are huge. I have tried many different Chinese’s around Cardiff and so far NONE compare to here. I always order the sweet and sour cantonese style chicken with noodles in a tray, crispy beef and a portion of chips. Every single time this order has been perfect. I just want to add that their crispy beef is to die for! One of the best around by far!

Ordered a large order from here with special requests, lady took orders and no special request met, when i rang to ask about the order being wrong,, i spoke to someone with perfectly good English, who then pass me On to some one with no English, then was passed on to a child who said sorry and punthe phone down. Just had our delivery of chicken fried rice, absolutely gorgeous, not greasy, have tried many Chinese takeaways, but can honestly say that this is the best, reasonable price too, and delivery driver always courteous, many thanks.

Rice was nice, however, chicken wasn't the best.

Food always takes a fair bit of time to order but only reason I give 4 is that women behind counter didn't feel like wearing her mask and prepares my tray of food with marigolds on

We have not had food from here for the the last twelve months as we previously had a challenging experience being served one evening, however we ordered a takeaway via delivery this week and boy are we glad we did. We ordered Chicken Curry, Chicken Sweet sour Cantonese, Boiled Rice, Chips and a Pancake Roll came to £17:40 and they also provided FREE Prawn Crackers. The taste of all the dishes was superb. Tasted freshly cooked not greasy the sauces was lovely and light not glupey nice and hot on arrival. My only wish was that we returned to this takeaway sooner. I would say it’s the nicest Chinese takeaway we have had for a very long time and will be ordering again soon.

Food and service is excellent as usual. We always try a little twist on a menu item and are always catered for. I'd pop in though, phone is rarely answered.

Been my Chinese takeaway of choice for 10-15years only issue I've ever had was when asking for large bottle of diet coke and getting normal coke but the food and service is brilliant, also my favourite type of chips.

Food was of poor quality, badly cooked with some dishes disgusting. - Mixed starters: overcooked and tasteless - Crispy shredded beef with chilli: very bland no chilli at all - Lemon chicken: probably the best of a bad bunch, chicken was okay, but the lemon sauce was really thick. - Szechuan duck; this was the worst. reheated duck with unrendered fat, no taste and to be honest it was disgusting. Most of the food was thrown away. My wife and I feel quite unwell this morning. Will not vist again. Very very disappointing.

DO NOT USE! ! We odered a takeaway on a Monday night fo my birthday. Waited for 1 hour 45 minutes. Called after an hour wait to be told it was on the way. After another 45 minute wait we called to cancel to be told 'OK' Diabolical customer service AVOID!

absolutely appalling service. brought the wrong dish. driver returned and upsets neighbours by pressing wrong buzzer. driver then goes to the rear of the building and yells ' Delivery ' out loud which upsets all other residents. Argues with me at doorstep. I give the erroneous dish back and call the shop who refuse refund and tell me if have to call the manager tomorrow. call the police. go to shop and get my money back. I will never use these people again. shocking !
