Cracking little find on a drive round the area, staff and the general feel of the place was lovely, welcoming and friendly. We'd just stopped for a pint in the sun and a snack and it was perfect. We only had something small to eat, but was quick and lovely, prices as you'd expect. Overall as nice a village pub as you'd want to find

First ever vist . Loved this place .The menu was the hardest so much i wanted to try ..Staff just spot on atentive without being patronising nothing to much trouble . Atmostphere was such a friendly vibe cant wait to revist.

unhappy at the service received, we were asked to leave our table and sit in the bar as table was needed whilst we were still having drinks after our meal. there were no seats in the bar so we had to sit outside in the cold as when we asked if gazebo could be opened we were told no. we had spent over a hundred pounds on food and drinks and weren't ready to leave. we have visited the Hollybush regularly for meals and family celebrations for years. We will not be returning after this. very disappointed.

After a previous visit with my brother, we decided to meet up this time with our better halves for a New Year catch up. The food was good (on both occasions) with service friendly and quite efficient. It is a nice location and on the second trip a good stopping off place on the way back from the West Country.

We thought we would treat ourselves to Fish and Chips for a change and had 2 Fish bites each, a portion of Chips, Peas and Curry sauce. The first one we ate was just about edible and the second one looked a bit grey, my Wife left hers but I ate most of mine, I wish I hadn’t because next day I was not well, awful, never again.

Have been having food from this takeaway away for over 30 years, the quality has never wavered and the service is excellent. Highly recommended. Anne Williams April 2025

Delicious food, but an insultingly small portion, which was just about lukewarm. I didn't complain out of respect to my friend who had arranged the table as a treat for me. The waiting staff were fab, and the coffee was excellent. The first time I have left a restaurant feeling completely mugged off. Most certainly won't be going back.

I can't believe I ordered food which is 5 mins away and it turned up cold not happy won't be ordering from here again
