The best restaurants in Bridgend South Wales

Drivethrough taken this morning and fantastic service. It makes sure a lovely difference to hear a pleasant voice on the intercom. The lady was polite, professional and willing to engage in her tone and words. WELL DONE - its makes a difference. 5 star service to match the 5 star product.

Used to be the best Chinese in the area. Will never eat from there again while the current chef is there. Hardly any plum sauce on duck and lots of fat. Singapore noodles had hardly any meat and no prawns. It really was very unpleasant.

Don't use the app. Thought it was straightforward but continually advised the pizza was cooking. An hour after placing the order for delivery (thought I had) I called to see why it said still cooking.Young lady told me it was for collection! Then asked if I wanted it delivered......an hour after it was cooked yet the app said it was still cooking. Had it said ready for collection after the 15 minutes I would have known there was an issue.

Tried to order using touchscreen that told me order not accepted. Customers waiting for food and staff talking behind counter. Went to the other food outlet at the services instead.

The old lady that runs this place is absolutely awful. Her attitude is beyond terrible. Shouting at people in the queue, shouting at staff members, just terrible. Not quite sure why she does the job if she hates everyone so much. She should spend more time ordering food so she isn't continuously running out of items

Promised delivery in 30-40 minutes. Called after an hour, told it would be another 30 minutes. Called back after another 40 minutes and told will be another 30 mins. Still waiting. Shocking. Will use Domino’s from now on

The food was nice and very enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The service was great and fast. Close to main road so easy access.

Items missing rung following day as very late manager not very nice said he would ring back but no call

The place itself had a strange odour, As if a dirty floor mop had been used ,if that makes sense. A dustbin sour odour. 4 staff members , working at a snails pace. Burger was just warm , very mean on the add ons .eg, onions /lettuce etc. Chips had been kept warm. Milkshake was ok. Used the toilet , which appeared clean to the eye ,, but had a strong smell of wee . The whole place needs a good clean . It was empty , so I know why now.

Came to pick up takeaway with my father. Friendly welcome, very polite and diligent staff dispite being really busy (10/09) Generous portion sizes and very good price. Will absolutely reccomend!

Food was excellent will be ordering again

The food is just as good or bad as everywhere else, but there is really no fast in Fastfood anymore. I’d say we come her every month and no matter how packed or empty, you will always wait for your food, sometimes 15-20mins. Can’t understand how there aren’t certain everygreen products in stock, in jammed times. You’ll get your drinks and Icecream right away, so all ice will be melted, by the time the food arrives. Sometimes kindly got replacements. The App is also an absolute nightmare and works maybe 1/3 times. Poor Management, should definitely get someone new in for that role. We will check out Burger King for a regular guilty pleasure snack, when it’s open.

Giving a 1 star is very generous! Order not right, over 2 hours wait, cold on delivery. Informed the shop and was met with hostility. Overpriced and staff can't follow the order. Avoid
