Pizza Hut in Bridgend

Promised delivery in 30-40 minutes. Called after an hour, told it would be another 30 minutes. Called back after another 40 minutes and told will be another 30 mins. Still waiting. Shocking. Will use Domino’s from now on

Order from Pizza Hut on a regular bases this time my order turned up and 2 of the pizzas had the garlic sprinkles on which 2 of us don’t like so I always order without , phoned the store and they said the receipt said sprinkles which I’m sure I ordered without but basically said there’s nothing I can do , I have spent a lot of money in this store and understand if it was my mistake but the guys attitude was appalling so I will be taking my custom elsewhere from now on as this branch have made many mistakes which have been there fault and I’ve never complained before

Ordered for a delivery and it never turned up or anything, tried phoning them and they never answered or when they did they hung up straight away. No communication and absolutely awful! Won’t be ordering from them ever again!

Knocks spots off domino's for toppings, ordered pepperoni pizza and pizza hut Brackla was 3-4 times more topping than domino's who are more than stingy with their topping, guess domino's are more about profit whereas pizza hut are about customer satisfaction. Your choice, know what mine is, big up pizza hut Brackla!
