My family and I always order food from this takeaway as it's the best chinese in the area. Fair prices and will change things up if asked. We've been notifified through phone call if the food is delayed or the expected time is incorrect on their system after ordering on their website. Will continue ordering in the future and will continue recommending this takeaway.

Don’t bother ordering from this restaurant, anytime we order from there online it’s ridiculously late and the staff just tell you that it’s left the restaurant. After over 3 hours of waiting we contact the restaurant to ask them if they can contact the delivery driver to see where he is and why there has been a delay with our delivery. The lady who is usually the one working there on reception tells us that the delivery is not actually on its way because the order hasn’t actually been made in the first place! I requested for her to cancel our order and asked for it to be refunded, to which she says she doesn’t know how it works because the order was done online (via their own website so I don’t understand how she’s so unsure). She cancelled the order and someone is apparently doing to contact us about a refund but with the multiple fibs over the phone tonight I don’t believe we will receive this contact. I will literally never order from this restaurant again, I can’t believe how unprofessional they are, honestly one of my worst experiences I’ve had with any takeaway/restaurant. I hope I get my money back but I’m not holding my breath.

Always ordered from here for years but its gone so dear we now use another Chinese takeaway where we save almost £10 in price.

I asked how long delivery time is I was told an 45 minutes to 1 hour so I ordered the time was 18:25 it was 20:00 and my food still hadnt arrived so I phoned Jasmine i said where is my food the woman said its cooking it will be with you soon. Will it be with me by 20:30 I cannot gurantee that we are very busy. So I cancelled it.

Always use Jasmine when we order Chinese. Stunning food and super quick. Excellent delivery service too

Thai green curry was absolutely atrocious! ordered chicken and recieved fish! it was absolutely dreadful 😡 chips were like eating cardboard, rice was dry as anything! would give a 0 but couldn't.

Delicious food at competative prices, with friendly staff and quick delivery. Always happy to accommodate changes in a meal.

Very poor food lettuce rolls were mostly veg and no taste, lemon chicken was bland and not very lemony and Thai red curry was not Thai red curry if you know what I mean, fried rice and chips were passable though.

Very disappointed Will not be ordering again Payed almost £40 for what I could have got from a different Chinese for under £25 and the food was awful and bland Prawn toast, mini vegetable rolls and chips were stale Egg fried rice tasted plain Wasted practically all of it Didn’t even get the fortune cookies I payed for Overall it was disgusting and not worth it Absolutely terrible

Delivery is always late, but food is always tasty.

Food is OK but the delivery service is diabolical! Waited 2 and a half hours for our food after being told an hour and ringing to check twice to be told it had left! Ordered at 5.40pm and it arrived at 8.10pm. If I hadn't already paid by card I would have cancelled. It had also been an hour late. I stopped using Jasmin two years ago for exactly the same reason, food is always ridiculously late! Seems they haven't improved. Won't be using them again.

Can't go wrong with Jasmin for food. Our go to takeaway 👍👍👍👍👍

Amazing food,.Great customer services.warm.and welcoming. Been ordering off them.for years . Food always comes hot and worth the money.

We waited 2 hours for our food,no apology given The food was cold,the order was wrong and it was very disappointing. Crispy beef was replaced with salt and pepper beef that was so dry and peppery it was inedible. There was no can of coke which was ordered and the food was lukewarm with onions when it was specifically requested no onions. No refund was offered,the only explanation was 'a new girl was on the phone'. Well that new girl has cost Jasmine a regular customer.

Food tasted fresh, and was hot. Well worth waiting a little longer for.

The food in itself were great the taste was outstanding but unfortunately the food was delivered 45 mins late with no apologies or explanation, they said 45 mins we rang after hour to be told it hasn’t even left , then turned up and was unfortunately cold Not impressed

Ordered our food as we had visitors and have never had bad food from here before. food arrived luke warm , overcooked , tasteless. phoned to complain and was offered free dishes next time we ordered! now have visitors vomiting from the bit we did eat. Absolutely disgusting! The food bin has more food than we did!T

My regular Chinese was to busy Tried this takeaway Worst curry ever tasteless rubber chicken If you want good Chinese try lotus house in Pyle , but be early on sat as busy

The food and the service is amazing. It's our first time that we have been there but it definitely WON'T be our last. Friendly service too. Well done to the Jasmine Take Away.

Awful service . Told delivery time was an hour . 2 1/2 hours later still waiting . Phoned up to cancel it . Only to be told by the manager we shouldn’t be delivering to us as it’s to busy ! Not happy !

One of my fave take-aways!!! Food is lovely and the friendly staff always make it a great visit. I'm one of those awkward customers, who want to add or leave out stuff from the listed items! Never a problem, if it can be done, these guys do it!! Moving a few miles further out from Aberkenfig soon, but this will always be my 1st choice, worth the extra travelling time. YUM, sums up the Jasmine.

Ordered for a delivery it took 2 hrs 15 mins to arrive, food was like warm, never ordered from here before and never will again, driver had to go back as they forgot an item , didon't want to give any stars but it was the only way to post a review.

Inedible food, avoid at all costs! Waited nearly 2 hours for delivery. Chips were hard and like they had be heated up god knows how many times. I will definitely not be going there again! Not only was we starving after waiting ages but to have to throw our food in the bin after paying for such disgusting food is appalling!! Phoned up to let them know of this and they couldn’t give a damn so thought I’d leave a review instead to let others know!

Very disappointed came home with order to find the chicken curry wasn't in there. Won't recommend will stick to silver swan in future.

Placed an order at 8.07pm. Food arrived at 10.25pm after numerous phone calls. We sent it back as we ordered a pizza which came within half hour. Will not use again.

Awful service, always something missing from order! Delivery always atleast half hour later than said, when complain about food missing they expect you to go and collect or when ask for refund they say you have to wait up to 2.5 hours for it to be brought to you. Terrible!

Absolutely disgusting place!! Food took over 2 hours 30 mins to be delivered (money off offered). Delivery driver turns up off her face on drugs and starts shouting abuse at me because she had to give me some money for the food being so late!! Never come across such a poorly organised takeaway!! Certainly won't be using again!!

Lovely food but 2 items missing including the rice. We were promised they would be sent immediately but over an hour later still not arrived. Rest of meal would have gone cold. Poor service to a regular customer. Last time fried rice sent, which I don't like, instead of boiled rice. Disappointed. I will say though that the food is excellent but with such poor service we will go elsewhere from now on.

I ordered food exactly 1 hour and 18 mins ago. I was told the delivery wait was 45min. Not impressed. I always enjoy the food but really not happy with the unrealistic delivery times.
