Every order is fab. May take more time to arrive but worth it.

Always very tasty. My fave place.

S & S prawn - burnt, Beef Satay - watery, no flavour, not much beef

Placed order 17:41pm arrived 19:00pm & arrived tepid but would have been nice if it arrived HOT….

My preferred Chinese in Bridgend. Same menu as everywhere but best prices and food is great. Service is solid.

The order was made just after 19:20 it never arrived until 21:50 I asked at 21:10 was told delivery was then 21:35 it never arrived I asked for my money back not heard a thing never had an apology nothing from restaurant at all.

Chips were undercooked. Some of them you could hear when you bit into them. Wouldn’t order chips again. But the chicken was all lovely

Ordered at 17:55 with an estimated delivery time of 18:50 - food finally arrived at 20:00 and was cold as a result of the significant delay in delivery. The app originally updated to say the food was delivered! Took multiple attempts to get hold of the restaurant and whilst they were helpful when we got eventually through this was significantly below par service and would make me reluctant to order from them again. I'm 8 months pregnant and waiting an additional hour for food was ridiculous.

Excellent hot food, as always, and good communication. Sadly this order was late, but they're usually early if anything. Really happy overall!

Wai Chan was recommend to me and i will be ordering again... It was nice, hot and really tasty.

Beef Kung Po not spicy at all, in fact too salty, prawn date ok, but again no spice. Ok, but not as good as other places in Bridgend.

AWFUL! where do I start. Delivery was late. Driver sat outside my house for 10 minutes. Chips were soggy on outside and raw on inside. Crispy beef looked and tasted like it was prepared whilst in lockdown. Chicken balls were soggy on outside and raw dough on inside. Oww and the egg fried rice was burnt and harder than my nips on a cold winters day! Rung back and women persistently argued saying it was cooked fresh this morning (order at 8:15pm) but reassured me it was cooked fresh to order ? Seeking refund I would advise no one order from here save your money and look elsewhere god help the toilet tomorrow

Food was ok but arrived slightly cold and the crispy beef was overcooked to the extent it was no longer edible. Wouldn’t rush back here sadly

No chilli in the salt and chilli items.

Ribs didn’t look cooked properly so I didn’t eat them, crispy beef was super overcooked, I had high hopes so a shame!

The prawn toast I ordered was very greasy and actually a bit sickly after a few slices because of all the grease. The chicken noodles I orderered were so charred they were burnt.

sorry all. but we did not enjoy at all. just no taste to anything. noodles overcooked. know different places have different recipes. but dipped a chip in satay sauce. was the most the 3 of us ate. soz simon

Food was early, piping hot, fresh and tasty.

Just had a delivery from Just eat of sweet and sour chicken and chicken noodles. Will not use them again as chicken noodles were dry and possibly reheated! Totally inedible and smelt like they had been cooked in a dirty pan! Went straight in the bin!!!

This is the worst Chinese in Bridgend, I’m single person and don’t often take out intact I haven’t had a Chinese in months because of the cost of living, I can’t afford to waste my money to dine out so wanted to treat myself tonight, I was so upset and felt robbed of my money. The Chinese was cold, not even like warm cold. The crispy beef was black a burnt, the curry sauce was so lumpy and thick it looked sickening and tasted awful, I called to say that I wasn’t happy and really disappointed, they just palm everyone off in hope that we just accept this poor quality, if they think this is good Chinese food then there is something wrong with them. I have had so many nice crispy beefs over the years they think I don’t know what it’s supposed to be like. I’m absolutely gutted, how they are proud of their cooking and people actually rerun is beyond me. This is not Chinese food, it’s disgusting don’t bother. They weren’t even confident in their response just rude and making excuses. Not one to review but I can’t see people wasting their hard earned money on places like these people anymore.

My Singapore vermicelli was burnt in places and had a bitter taste.

Waited over two hours from time of order for a less than average meal. Won’t be ordering again.

Usually my favourite Chinese but most of the dishes didn’t have much flavour to them. Everything was cooked well and warm on arrival but just lacking flavour. Seems proper off for this Chinese as usually great!

The food was lovely and hot and extremely tasty. Containers were filled to the top, so we had plenty to eat.

Looked good reading the recent reviews, so I gave the restaurant a try when I was working in the area. Fair play, it was a fantastic meal! Delivery driver managed to find me at a remote location and was a few minutes early. Food was hot and really enjoyable. Will definitely use again when in the area.

Normally the food from here is great, but today the fried rice was partially cooked, making it inedible, unfortunately I only realised this after serving up my food, so I was unable to eat most of it.

The just eat website has not been updated, Wai chan link states that they send free prawn crackers with orders over a certain amount. I spent £36 and no prawn crackers were sent. When I phoned the restaurant they were not helpful. Terrible experience due to your website not being updated.

was disappointed chicken balls was way over cooked hard as rock end up in the bin

food arrived 15 minutes late and was inedible. It was very salty, chips like cardboard and dry chicken. it's a shame as I order from here fairly regularly. Waste of money this time as it all went in the bin.

Food was excellent, must add we made a point of ordering for after six pm, the delivery was half hour early, as we’d been out all day and just arrived home we weren’t ready to eat which was rather annoying, took the shine of an otherwise excellent meal.
