Wai Chan in Bridgend

First time ordered from here pork noodles and mix veg.everything its so dry egg noodle just uncook but burn.honesty couldnt eat noodle is uncook and no flavor at all .is going the bin

I thought the food was good quality but disappointed with the lack of prawns in the prawn noodles. But I will order again

One hour and 40 minutes later finally got delivered meal was okay but the quantity of portions seem to be extremely small and containers not full as they normally are

Asked to submit a review two hours after I ordered and the food has still not arrived. Shame I didn’t look at the reviews before I ordered as they are all terrible. Our usual place is closed - never again from this place. Told they were in the way - are they crawling?

Arrived cold. Very tasty food but poor quantity! Crispy beef was a third full and noodles not filled to top.

Order: Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls Sesame prawn toast Singapore Noodles Crispy chilli Beef Not impressed at all. The chicken balls were extremely soggy and undercooked. Sesame prawn toast was also very soggy and smelt 'off'. Overall I would never go back here. Everything seemed very undercooked.

Amazing price! Lovely food and delivery quick! honestly couldn't fault them. Prices on Chinese theses days are too the roof so its nice to have lovely food without worrying about your pocket so much! Really big generous portion aswell! Always happy to order from here

We had visitors who intended staying until our delivery time 45 mins later, but politely left when the order arrived, embarrassing and annoying.

Food was collected very quickly after ordering but was very cold. The chicken rice didn’t have much flavour and the crispy beef was difficult to chew - as if it had been reheated.

late delivery, food all cold, undercooked chips, soggy chicken balls. we usually really enjoy food from here, but were very disappointed with this order.

Most of the food was tasty as usual. Unfortunately the duck wasn't. I know that duck breast comes with a layer of fat/skin on top. However, half the slices were only that. Fat, no meat at all. That wasn't the worst issue though - every slice tasted and felt like it had a coating of uncooked cornflour. It was very unpleasant and not something I've ever had a problem with before from here.

If you wanna have a good budget from Chinese takeaway well look no further. When I was collecting the meal I felt more involved in Wai Chan then normal it like just walk in kitchen. The food is superb and the flavours is top marks and the meat is well cooked and chips is just right and lovely. Source is nice and thick and rich and the overall is the great value. Excellent I would definitely come here again well done..........................................

delivered to wrong house ,I waited then over 30 minutes to get my order from other address food was cold chips were out of paper bag and loose in plastic bag curry was cold and thick, boiled rice was one big cold lump. spring roll was just a cold lump of oil and soft. so all went in the bin complete waste of £23.00 no more food deliverys from now on getting worse .

this use to be our favourite chineese to order food from its normally really nice and tast and hot ... last few times of ordering food arrived cold and untasty complained and they offerd a woppong £1 refund ... won't be ordering from here again

The order was made just after 19:20 it never arrived until 21:50 I asked at 21:10 was told delivery was then 21:35 it never arrived I asked for my money back not heard a thing never had an apology nothing from restaurant at all.

Ordered at 17:55 with an estimated delivery time of 18:50 - food finally arrived at 20:00 and was cold as a result of the significant delay in delivery. The app originally updated to say the food was delivered! Took multiple attempts to get hold of the restaurant and whilst they were helpful when we got eventually through this was significantly below par service and would make me reluctant to order from them again. I'm 8 months pregnant and waiting an additional hour for food was ridiculous.

Wai Chan was recommend to me and i will be ordering again... It was nice, hot and really tasty.

Beef Kung Po not spicy at all, in fact too salty, prawn date ok, but again no spice. Ok, but not as good as other places in Bridgend.

AWFUL! where do I start. Delivery was late. Driver sat outside my house for 10 minutes. Chips were soggy on outside and raw on inside. Crispy beef looked and tasted like it was prepared whilst in lockdown. Chicken balls were soggy on outside and raw dough on inside. Oww and the egg fried rice was burnt and harder than my nips on a cold winters day! Rung back and women persistently argued saying it was cooked fresh this morning (order at 8:15pm) but reassured me it was cooked fresh to order ? Seeking refund I would advise no one order from here save your money and look elsewhere god help the toilet tomorrow

The prawn toast I ordered was very greasy and actually a bit sickly after a few slices because of all the grease. The chicken noodles I orderered were so charred they were burnt.
