Domino's Pizza in Bridgend

Nice food and piping hot. Could do with better deals to the public as there is a lot of holiday makers in the area and I would recommend this place to any on Staying trecco bay it's loads cheaper than the camp on

the only dominoes i’ve been to where the pizzas aren’t overly greasy, was nice to see. sides just lack a bit of flavour.

This was a very good pizza place everything taste fresh and they had some good offers on like 2 xxl pizza for 40 and it also comes with sides and a drink would recommend

Was dry very little suase an cheese .. think it has new people there was always fab but the last twice we been has been shocking

As soon as we ordered from the counter he proceeds to make the pizza without washing his hands after using the computer and touching the drinks bottles . Absolutely shocking! I asked him why is not using gloves and he said that is no requirement's. Where is the food hygiene standards here. I refused to go ahead with the order before and I asked for a refund and he said that I will contact the head office and will refund you in 7 days, asked for a proof of refund and he declined, he said that can't give any proof, and all I got was arrogance from him. I've been here many times and all other staff members were preparing the pizza with the gloves, but not at this time and he said that is the store Manager. I will never ever be ordering food from there ever again shocking behaviour.

Absolutely discussing hair in food not happy with management no time for you wen in shop to see about a refund got to wait 4 days so now got to spend more money on food for us

Just your standard dominos pizza, I personally prefer the local sour dough pizzeria and prefer to support a smaller business.

Quick delivery, great tasting pizza. You can always get offers on everything, usually 40% off everything. Be careful though if you use deal wizard on the app it does not give you the best offer which is very flawed. If you pick up parking is right beside it or delivery was quick enough for us.

Hardly any cheese on my pizza, mainly sauce. Absolutely ridiculous

ordered food last night, pepperoni pizza like always with the double decane cheese in it and me and my mother somehow!!!! got food poisoning!!!! knew something was off when it tasted out of the ordinary 🙁

tried to order online, then called and was told I needed to come into the shop. I can't take orders over the phone, then on arrival I was told it was card only

Incredibly poor attitude from the manager of this place who spoke to several customers very rudely in the 5 minutes I was in the shop. Might I suggest that he looks for an alternative career, perhaps one which doesn’t involve speaking to the public. There are plenty of excellent pizza places in Porthcawl, go somewhere else.

At least this time it turned up hot. Just can’t believe we paid £1.50 for mushrooms and had a quarter of a limp mushroom on it. Rip off

absolutely rubbish went to buy a pizza from the pizza shop and there was no way of paying complete codswallop

you cannot purchase a pizza here unless you go online rubbish the app did not allow me to get the deals advertised in store and as there was nowhere to pay they lost my custom forever

Everything you expect from dominos. Polite staff, food on time and parking available.

Never had a bad pizza. I've ordered for collection and delivery and each time it's always really good. Good service, good pizza!

Order came, items missing, took them nearly an hour to replace missing items, pizza wasn't even cut, and when I called to complain staff were extremely rude and put the phone down on me. Avoid at all costs.

Slightly random location. If you are collecting and using their bring to the car service (flyby?) You wont have the slightly grey issue of having to stop in the pay and display car park to pickup. Does have a small amount of seating Staff ignored me when i was collecting but i think that's because the ones i could see were not covering the counter so it wasnt their job .. still felt a bit rude

Ordered at the Pizza Restaurant and collected in 10 mins. Great service from the friendly staff. Got the BOGOF large pizza deal. Very good value for money. 😀

Ordered 4 pizzas for the family with various topping changes and extras. All arrived fine except for one which was missing burger sauce but after a quick phone call we were offered a remake or refund. Can’t fault them at all, very friendly, quick delivery and food is good quality and of course willing to put things right if mistakes are made. 5 star service.

Refused to bring my food into the building cos she wasn't comfortable climbing 2 flights of stairs. I have asthma, so trouble getting back up the stairs. When I told her that they always come to my door she said that's unusual! Won't order from here again.

Pizzas rarely arrived warm and often the order was incorrect. On the one occasion I complained, the staff lied, were incredibly rude and patronising. I've never known any other Domino's behave this way. Many other far superior pizza establishments in the area though.

Terrible, the pitza was cold and tasteless, domino's is not what it used to be, I won't be having another.

I loved this place, quick and polite the staff in this particular Place , Porthcawl, unfortunately not to be said about other branches, that's why I don't like to say much about , big branches as its the individual that makes a place , a smile , and a helpful person , willing to listen to your order and get it right , and bothers to ask if its OK, or do you want something else , and can they get you the bill , etc etc , and thanks you for coming g etc and at least tries to make the experience a good one , rather than a mare as I call it . But hey this one was thumbs up 👍 top Banana 🍌

Bit of a shock! Went in for my colonoscopy just to find out halfway through the procedure that it was now a fast food restaurant and Dr Gronow’s office was now a walk in freezer.

Delivery 50 minutes late and cold, called to complain, the guy just said "ye we'll refund you". I said do you know who I am, he said yeah -and muttered some details, then we went into-who am I, then he hung up, that's it Worst customer service ever experienced so far Said I would get a refund but honestly I don't even think he knew what customer he was talking to. Cold Pizza and refund soon-Hopefully!!

Ordered from twice now. I find it a bit gimmicky with pricing and expensive. However food was GREAT and Arrived extremely fast. If you like pizza out then go for it. Im happy with a £2 pizza from a store. Nothing bad if thats what you like

Great team in store, I have a milk allergy but wanted a meat pizza. Completly understanding and couldn't do enough to help me. Real credit to them, its always hard in customer service roles!

Ordered in store for a order to be delivered to caravan site I was staying. Carl was very helpful on the till and pizza arrived on time with Christina thankyou both..... excellent service!

Good level of toppings on pizzas which are always delivered super quick and piping hot. House isn't easiest to find but have never had a problem and friendly delivery drivers.

Good fresh food, pizzas are made to expectation but earlier tge order the fresher the toppings.

£40 order and literaly had bread delivered, crusts are 70 percent of the pizzas with a sprinkle of cheese in the centre, absolutely 100 percent feel robbed.

Perfect choice to enjoy day/night out for those love Tasty Pizzas.. Now its Take away only due to Covid restrictions.need to order online before...
