The best restaurants in Beaumaris Isle of Anglesey North Wales

A nice tasty lunch for the family in cosy surroundings with friendly service. All enjoyed the soup and toasted sandwiches. Some lovely looking cakes too though we didn’t have room on this occasion.

Fabulous lunch served by pleasant, helpful staff..excellent menu and charming, holiday atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Called in on spec, never been to Beaumaris before . Lovely very old building . All had Sunday roast . Plenty of it , meat lovey , potatoes crunchy and four fresh veg . Needed more gravy , I know we could have asked but ( hence lost a star) veg barely warm and plates cold . Ate it all anyway . Husband disabled and loo hard to find and access due to age of building .

Chose Chateau Rhianfa for our family’s Father’s day lunch celebration, and we really couldn’t have chosen a more perfect location. Our meal could not have been more delicious, and the presentation and value for money (£30 for a choice of three courses) was top-notch!! Oh and everyone in our party (7) received a free pint to celebrate Father’s Day!! Highly recommended.

Spotted this on my wander around Beaumaris selling ice cream. Went in and although empt, had to wait to be served. Ordered my ice cream cone but unfortunately never got to taste it, as I was aggressively attacked by 3 seagulls as I crossed the road outside the cafe! Beware those gulls and perhaps staff should warn customers, as I’m sure I’m not the first person to experience this horrific act.

I think their triangular brownie with M&Ms on top is the best brownie I've ever had. The keralan style spiced vegetable pasty is also absolutely superb.

The food was amazingly tasty, I had the Pizza O something with vegetables olives and mozzarella. Mom had the lasagne with salad and garlic bread. The minced local beef tasted so fresh and the ragu sauce with it was made from scratch or so it tasted to me. The restaurant is cozy and decorated nicely. The staff were very attentive and answered my numerous questions I had about menu items. They do breakfast, lunch and also dinner I believe with breakfast items available till late afternoon. Would highly recommend.

Fish was good, chips were bland and soggy.

Found this lovely takeaway by chance. The food was excellent and piping hot. Really good value for money. They even gave us prawn crackers. More than happy to recommend.

Not eaten at this chippy before, but have to say that they are probably the best chips I've had in a long time. The establishment is clean and decorated nicely and the staff are friendly. The food arrived exactly as ordered and in a timely manner. The food was cooked perfectly and the chips and fish were not greasy or oily and were full of flavour. Shame I don't live closer or I'd be there more often.
