The food was amazingly tasty, I had the Pizza O something with vegetables olives and mozzarella. Mom had the lasagne with salad and garlic bread. The minced local beef tasted so fresh and the ragu sauce with it was made from scratch or so it tasted to me. The restaurant is cozy and decorated nicely. The staff were very attentive and answered my numerous questions I had about menu items. They do breakfast, lunch and also dinner I believe with breakfast items available till late afternoon. Would highly recommend.

Terrible from the outset. Service was slow, amateur and the waiter couldn’t have cared less. The waitress that appeared a couple of times was pleasant, but unfortunately that couldn’t balance out how poor this experience was. The first issue was drinks, one of us ordered a Sauvignon, it was either the wrong wine or a dirty glass, coming out with a red tinge and an odd taste. The glass of red also tasted like it had been open for a while and the bottle of Guinness probably isn’t even worth discussing. A recurring theme of the meal was the waiter being unaware of what was available / having constantly return to the table to let us know what they were out of. Just an extremely amateur performance for a restaurant masquerading as a “luxury Italian restaurant”. Starters were poor, the prawns came out in a “warm” chilli and garlic sauce (that tasted of neither, resembling only red cream). The garlic bread was okay.. but burnt in places and doughy in others. The mains were significantly worse. We ordered two steaks, a lasagne, chicken and a tagliatelle al pollo. Firstly the steaks were confused. One should have been medium rare and the other rare, one with garlic butter and one with peppercorn sauce (£4 for a thimble on top of a £30 steak!). These came out with the wrong toppings, which was rectified, but without actually changing the steaks, meaning the rare steak still went to the wrong person. The sauce that that chicken came in was extremely bland, again resembling cream and little else. It was also luke warm, as were all other dishes. The pasta was also incredibly bland and in a shocking turn of events... also just mildly warm. The lasagne was watery and again had zero flavour; I wouldn’t be surprised in the slightest if it was a microwave dish purchased from the spar next door. We raised all of these issues with the waiter, who (apologies for this) had no idea what he was doing / a terrible table side manner. He told us he would raise with management / the chef, which we then had to prompt him to actually do. He just didn’t seem to care about any of it. We were eventually offered 10% off (the goal wasn’t score a cheap meal, it was just so bad that something needed to be said), payment was taken before the waiter disappeared to hide upstairs again (another consistent theme). The hiding upstairs probably did us a favour in this instance, as we were never offered more drinks.. again lucky for us, as it meant we didn’t have to be there any longer. There were no redeeming features here. The value for money is absolutely shocking for such terrible food. When multiple pubs down the road serve a better cut of steak at £23, there is no justification for charging £30 and £4 for a tiny amount of sauce. The chicken was £20 and again not even slightly worthy of the price. I am honestly surprised that the chef was happy for any of these dishes to leave the kitchen. Shocking customer service and terrible food - avoid at all costs. You can get two full Sunday roasts at the Liverpool arms down the road for less than one steak…

We arrived at early lunchtime. 2 other people only at that time. Yet, it took an astonishingly long time even to place an order. There appeared to be two waiting staff who simply disappeared from view and rarely returned. My food arrived - perfectly pleasant but not actually what I had ordered. Couldn’t see either of the staff to tell them, plus I couldn’t face another epic wait. In the time we were there (much longer than expected), 2 other sets of customers simply got up and left, clearly abandoning hope of ever being served. Good job it isn’t busy tourist season right now.

We first visited Tredici in late 2022 and vowed we would return if we were back in Beaumaris. We called in and managed to book for the same evening. We were hoping it would be as good as the last time and we were not disappointed. My wife had the Cod dish which she said was the best fish she had eaten since a visit to Anzio some years ago. I had the Lasagne which was just perfect, we also both had a dessert, the chocolate fondant and the cheesecake again both were excellent. The waitress serving us on the evening was superb, attentive but not in our face, genuinely interested, smiling and polite. Needless too say we were not disappointed by our return visit and will definitely visit again.

I've been in Beaumaris for a week and had coffee most mornings, somewhere in the town. By day the premises are a Deli and Butchers, and in the evening it becomes a Restaurant, which I have not visited. As far as a coffee shop is concerned, it doesn't stand out, and at the time of my visit was watched over by a single member of staff who was next door in the Deli. Consequently I missed out on the cake counter and received my coffee in a paper cup. The only positive comment I can make, is that the coffee was hot, and there are male and female toilets upstairs (providing you notice the paper notice on the wall).

Where to start? The restaurant is upstairs from the deli so you don't see it when you book a meal. It is a warren of rooms and we were in the furthest room back. It was not that busy and we ordered a drink and a main meal. We had to wait 40 minutes for our meal to arrive - and still no drinks had appeared. To be fair the pasta dishes were both good but the organisation was poor. There was a lot of confusion on menu choices; the menu given out did not match the menu shown on the street outside. Also two different menus were given out randomly some said salmon as fish of the day but some said cod therefore people had ordered salmon but got cod instead. At this point, we realised that we had had different menus on our table. As we left, two tables were in dispute over the time taken for meals to arrive and it was getting heated. We couldn't leave fast enough. It was not a life enhancing experience.

Great little place in the middle of Beaumaris. We went to order a takeaway pizza. It was pouring with rain, they invited us in, let us sit down whilst waiting. The team were friendly and helpful. Be warned though card payments only. Pizzas themselves were lovely. We had a marguerita and an Anglesey special with lamb mince which was definitely different! Would have been nice to have a seafood special as so close to the sea. Highly recommend.

Went to the restaurant which at first looked. Closed but turns out it was open, just not welcoming. We were sat by a window seat - unfortunately the window sill had no less than seven dead flies on it which didn’t bode well. All in all it was a bit run down and had no atmosphere. Food was just ok, I had a Welsh pizza (!) which wasn’t great to be honest. Disappointing.

Husband took advantage of the lunch offer of soup and a sandwich for £4.95 (home made carrot and coriander with a ham salad sandwich) from the deli. Both freshly made - soup pipping hot and sandwich had a generous amount of filling. I opted for the hot lamb and mint pie - delicious! Definetly worth a visit for a quick lunch. Small seated area inside deli to enjoy the food.

MORE AT TripAdvisor

We should have taken the hint from there only being one table when we got there. There were seven of us who have come to Anglesey for a family gathering back in Beaumaris. We were welcomed by the waiter and and sat in the back room. It was freezing. The waiter did his best to take the orders but had to check whether they had items available. Including only have one of one of the bottles of wine. The meat sharing platter looked like the meats were out of a packet, had some discolouration and not separated, but we were starving. It was certainly not worth the £20 charged. The fish platter had chewy and pale squid, but the whitebait was ok. We waited over an hour for the main courses. The pizzas were really poor, but they were warm. The bases were not pizza bases, but some weird thin bread. The caramelised onion was onion chutney and we never found the Welsh rarebit on the Welsh pizza. From a beautiful sounding menu, none of the dishes resembled what we expected. We had two gamberoni starter which were supposed to be in a creamy sauce. What came out were 4 dry king prawns which had been heated in some way to be almost cold by the time they hit the table. The bruschetta was soggy to the point of disintegration and the prawns rubbery and they looked plonked and lonely. The gluten free bread on one was a triangle of the pizza base which was teethbreakingly hard. The fish main dish was cod with breadcrumbs tossed over the top which only made the dryness of the fish unpalatable. The roast potatoes were reheated by frying new potatoes (still firm) and the carrots were cold with a definite crunch. We didn’t attempt any of the other veg. Two mouthfuls in and they couldn’t eat any more. We didn’t see the mystical garlic bread we ordered, which I think was a relief as by that point we had been there for over 2 hours. When I went to take my prawns back (I had them at the same time as the mains came out (well 20 mins later actually), there was a couple saying how wonderful the service was and something about the chef being ill. I think they were receiving very different food or they were the owners. Considering we had called ahead, they had every opportunity to turn us away and save us both from this review. Having now read some of the reviews(wish I had done that before), I think the theme is the same. I just wonder why they bother to open and serve such dreadful food.

Great shop just to browse, though you'll do better than me if you manage to leave without buying something as they seem to sell pretty much every type of food! Also the only option we managed to find in Beaumaris with a reasonable selection of fruit, vegetables and fresh meat and fish (certainly beat the Spar next door). Fruit and veg looked in several cases a bit tired, but the meat, fish and deli counters were fresh and appealing. Proper, quality, thick bacon slices made a great breakfast one morning. Service was very slow and our broccoli did seem to change price from one till to another following a hurried discussion in Welsh (!) but the shear uniqueness of the shop and its stock overwrites that in my eyes.

Fabulous, fresh and appetising food! We bought lunch salads, cheeses and pies - all delicious. Also bought gammon ham from the butcher for another day!

We ordered our food online and collected it . There are not enough words to describe how inedible the meals were . We ordered four burgers and one portion of onion rings. The only thing our whole family ate was the portion of onion rings . The beef burger was so overcooked that I was able to snap it in half . The chips were revolting bits of over fried chip remnants. The four boxes of food costing over £50 went in the bin uneaten . I contacted the owner who initially told me to retrieve the boxes and bring them to the take away the following Friday ….7 days later !! She was not available until then . I then received a subsequent text to tell me not to retrieve the boxes as they were now ‘contaminated’ . I was offered one free meal the following week . No thank you . Don’t waste your time, money or effort . Disgusting food and dreadful customer service .

worst chinese ive had , the spare ribs have been chopped and are about 2inches long and well over cooked , the house curry tasted as if it had been cooked with oxo cubes , absolutely vile . the chips were wrinkly and old, on the up side the prawn crackers were spot on . definately wont be going again

We ordered a takeaway from here last night, we waited nearly two hours for it to arrive. When we opened the meal and and served it up it was without doubt the worst chinese food we have had anywhere in the world. The food was tasteless and bland and lukewarm. The barbeque spare ribs didnt taste remotely of barbeque and were fatty. The main course was just gristle and fat and tasted stale. After a moutful of the ribs and main course we threw the whole lot in the rubbish.Horrible and a total waste off money... beware

Quite bizarre, went in to an empty place for a takeaway told i would have to wait 1 hour, got the impression they didn't want to serve me.
