Best chippy around by far..Worth the wait as they are not surprisingly busy & the fish is freshly cooked..Well worth the money & the staff were very polite & helpful..11/10 👍🏻

Been meaning to try this place for years, sadly we were disappointed! Our steak pie and chips was a total let down, have to be honest! Pie heated up in a microwave isn't good, resulting soggy pastry. Filling wasn't the problem! Frozen boring veg and oven chips is never great... With some effort it could have been a decent lunch.

We have a saurstday night in and we have are pizzal devliv to the carven and we ored it on haven app and it came straight to are carven and is was good service after all

Advertised a gluten free chippy but won't serve gluten free after 7pm, the stuff was rude and couldn't even be bothered to put my food in a bag 😉

Disgusting service, ordered and waited over 30 minutes and still no goody? Others arrived and served after us and not even that busy. When we asked where food was they asked for receipt which we hadn’t been given. Has to prove on bank account. Finally got full refund but wasted our time and left hungry. As I’m in a wheelchair it takes a lot to get out and this exhausted me with the long wait and having to prove our purchase and not even an apology!

Called in for breakfast .and ordered 2 big breakfast buns which contained bacon ,sausage & poached egg .To drink we had flat whites .It vas advertised as big but the lady who brought the food to our the table said I wish they made these buns bigger – they were small ! Tasted ok though and flat whites very good.

Placed an order on line for delivery, after 45 minutes no confirmation and no payment taken. I reordered as was waiting and was hungry, no confirmation yet again, so investigated more, to find out they were shut, so why take the order ????? Explanation required

Never fails! Every-time we’ve had food delivered or collected from here it has been delicious. So hot fresh and good portions. Husband gets the Chefs Special and I have the lamb shish.

Just visited Tesco Prestatyn as I do most weeks and was disgusted to see a male employee putting fresh bread out whilst wearing a filthy white Tunic (front and back ) and a dirty pair of blue catering trousers, handling fresh bread unwrapped in the manor he did is a disgrace, maybe you should hire supervisors who understand food hygiene policies!

Food was lovely, only let down is one person serving, especially if they have ordered coffee & tea. Bit of await. Could do with another member of staff on the serving counter.
