Tesco Supermarket Cafe in Denbighshire

First l want to thank the wonderful cafe Team we had a nice chat Tash she was friendly calm fun attentive to her duties, her fellow workers gave their respect to her leadership,l saw Harvey is doing well organised and calm we enjoyed our New Year Eve toasties pigs under blankets and cheese and ham thanks to all your team all the best.x

Called in here during shopping on the 4th Saturday in April . Had english breakfast, sausage breakfast bap, americana & flat white. Very friendly server and other staff f .Food looked ok apart from my fried egg which was very hard and over 5 cooked .Sausages adequate

Had breakfast here four mornings excellent choice nice staff, good disabled toilet would have used café another morning except it is upstairs and lift was broken

I took my aunt Vivienne to this restaurant last week for a semi romantic supper. We did not have to book a table in advance or let the staff know that we were coming so that was convenient. There wasn’t a 12 course tasting menu available so we had a pretend one,ordering 12 different dishes from the extensive menu. We started with a “wrap “ that tasted somewhat of cheesy prawns and then had 10 portions of toast (beautifully done) and then finished it all with a yoghurt. There didn’t seem to be a sommelier on hand to recommend wine so we just opened up a bottle of 1984 “chateaux de grand bite”, which was in our possession. We had a wonderful experience and the staff were all so friendly and all smelled delicious (apart from the lady who delivered our starter,she smelled like haddock. If only there was a motel nearby or even attached so we could end the evening in each other’s arms. Well done to all involved.

Costa was closed came here ok staff were nice food and coffee was very average! Coffee was not that hot ! Bread was cheap but the restaurant was clean and had a great view of the store as it’s situated upstairs!

Called in to the cafe on the way to a work meeting, thought I would get a quick coffee as the Costa coffee shop was closed...oh dear, needless to say I left as quickly as I arrived. The place was full of what can only be described as benefits street meets pramface! No doubt all spending the bonus they have been given to help in this recession!! Kids screaming that should have been in school and unwashed obese people stuffing their faces with all manner of greasy food. Would not call in again, it smelled like a greasy spoon cafe or maybe that was the clientele???

A big improvement on last time. Food was hot and tasty as were the mango coolers. Goats cheese and onion toasty was delicious. Just not do good at clearing plates away and when the staff notice, they clear half a table and leave the rest so no one else can sit there.

Visited today and we had a couple of chicken wraps and chips. Grandaughter had chicken goujons, chips and beans. Wraps were good and chips hot and crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Service was prompt and friendly and the menu was really varied. It was hard to choose what we wanted.

We visited this afternoon and were told before they took our order that there was a 25 minute wait , i really appreciated that as it gave us the option to go some where else but we were in no rush and were happy to wait. Myself and daughter had chicken wraps with chips and my partner had a breakfast, couldn't fault it , all piping hot and we all enjoyed our food .

If you like to wait a long time for over cooked food and no quality control with an added ingredient of listening to staff moaning about eachother and bad attitudes then this is the place for you

Waited 40 minutes for 1 breakfast for myself, drink went cold. The woman behind the till was doing her absolute best to get the food out and the staff in the kitchen had an awful attitude to her. Only 6 tables aswel. Understandable if busy and a large order yet it wasnt

We had lovely food here today - Mac and cheese, fishfinger wrap, child's sausage and chips. All hot and good size portions and reasonably priced - chips were delicious. Also had Victoria sponge, a good pot of tea and all served quickly.

Myself and my family visited to get light snacks for lunch.There was 3 adults and 4 children. We were told there was a half hour wait.During our wait,we noticed other customers complaining and receiving refunds.We waited patiently, but after an hour we called the server over to enquire where our food was,as the children were hungry and irritable. She went to find out and apologised.After another half an hour,some of the food was brought out.Yet again we waited for half an hour for the rest of the food.I asked to to speak to the manager. The manager didn't even have the courage to come to speak to us,but sent an assistant out to say they would start the rest of the order or we could have a refund. 2 hours of waiting,with 2 adults and 1 child not being fed,we opted for the refund.Food was being taken to the wrong tables even though there were numbers being used.The cafe wasn't overly busy so in my opinion it is extremely badly managed,with a lot of dissatisfied customers. Absolutely disgusted with the service by the management.

The knifes we’re filthy , covered in food so how they could continue to wrap them in this state is beyond me. By the time I got a member of staff to change them the food was cold and you didn’t fancy eating if that’s the standard of hygiene. Will not be returning

very small cafe, breakfast was good and reasonable priced. We had a full breakfast with toast and drinks. Would recommend if shopping there.

we came to the cafe for a snack and ordered 2 drinks and eggs on toast. it was quite nice but the staff weren't very friendly. especially one being quite rude. i didn't enjoy it as much as i thought i would. wouldn't recommend coming here. the cake is quite nice though.

The food is as expected in a cafe and I enjoyed the meal. The staff are friendly except for one. But, the place is dirty. Food in the cracks of all the chairs, greasy hand marks on the glass railings and tables are not cleaned regularly maybe not enough staff? Come on Tesco get on it and get the place cleaned up.

We called I'm for breakfast after collecting the Christmas order. The service was slow, very slow. Then after we ordered and waited for out drinks, the girl on the hot plate ran her fingers through her hair and then proceeded to cut bread without washing her hands. Think some food hygiene courses and hair nets are needed here.

I shopped in tesco and said to person on till " I didn't realise you had a cafe upstairs as I've recently moved to the area , she said I quote " dont bother it's awful "

I have been twice and twice I ordered the steak and mushroom pie and chips and twice they had no pies this was at 12pm. I asked for the lasagne and chips I was told it came with garlic bread and salad chips were extra. I said I don't want the garlic bread and salad just chips, I was told i had to pay extra for the chips.

Went here in the cafe after shopping never again, staff not very friendly no atmosphere Very poorly run, food not good will not bother again

Wouldn’t even bother with this place. 15 minute wait as staff all seemed to be confused as to what they were doing. Rude and unhelpful also. Panini barely heated. Egg sandwich like cardboard and latte absolutely awful. Will never bother with this place again. Needs to be completely overhauled

Basic honest meals and good prices. When on holiday it's useful to think sideways and eat in Tesco's as opposed to pubs etc as they offer cheaper service and good standard.

Lady on service could not operate the till had to wait for more experienced staff member to pay. Tea and sandwiches were not appetising and alright if you are just needing a quick cup of tea, A vending machine would have been just as good!

No hot chocolate.....it's a supermarket....nip down stairs and get some off the shelf. Asked for 2 green teas got some peach and passion fruit drink.....tasted ok though.

Outstanding customer service and outstanding freshest ingredients excellent value for money.very clean plaice.

Awful cafe. Rude unhelpful staff, food over cooked and left on hot plates. Always running out of stuff. The staff are so disinterested and appear to go out of their way to way to give bad customer satisfaction. Give it a miss and use an independent cafe in the high street. D'lish near Aldi is fantastic

By far the worst Tesco cafe have ever visited. Can't be bothered staff, the only hot drinks available were teas and Americanos, no fish fingers and then charging you to drink the drink they've just sold you out of a cup when you're eating in? Unbelievable, then when queried, were reluctantly given latte glasses to drink Pepsi Max out of?! Cold air con on as well whilst the hail fell outside. Don't think people are going to call you out on bad service? Think again

Staff were rude, incapable, food was dreadful, not much choice, no clean knives, all other cutlery was dirty. Needs a real overhaul and staff to be trained, trying to find pens to write down on scraps of paper??? Come on Tesco cafe get with the times! Food was expensive for what we got! High chairs were dirty.

Food was ok but floor was terrible . Looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in sometime . Lots of dirty cutlery . We did mention it but where told they where too busy to clean

I visited Tesco cafe this afternoon and my friend was planning to buy a portion of chips, unfortunately I had already bought a drink from Tesco superstore as they as cheaper there than in the actual cafe, but then a very rude staff member threatened to bar us from Tesco cafe as I wasn’t allowed to put my drink on the table, as she served my friend with her plate of unsatisfactory chips she did not smile once and continued to make our experience unpleasant, me and my friends are not going to visit again because we were stereo typed as troublesome teenage girls...I am not going to be rushing back any time soon and will not be advising people to do so either...

We just went in for a coffee while shopping at Tesco. There was no one else there so not surprisingly we got our lattes straight away, so that was fine and the coffees were fine. The negative was that we sat at the edge of the balcony where we could look down over the store through glass panels. Sadly the panel in front of me was badly smeared with dried on residues which looked as if they had been there for a while, A good wipe down would give a much better customer impression, but looking at other reviews, this might be the least of their worries!

I live in Prestatyn so use the Tesco supermarket regularly but today I had a business meeting with someone from out of town joining me, we agreed to meet in Tesco cafe. We arrived and it was basically empty with just one elderly couple there. I ordered the ‘good for you breakfast’ and added bacon and sausage for a little extra. Young lad on till was rushing and seemed quite confused, woman cook came across very miserable and seemed as though she didn’t want to be there. My breakfast came out cold only the toast was the slightest big warm, poached egg was like cardboard. Asked for refund blonde female worker arrived and was more than happy to help. Very disappointing need to train the workers properly

Now i have been here twice before and said never again...... but we were hungry so decided to give it one last go. We did play safe though and only had sandwiches and Panini's. Warmed through nicely, side salad, good hot drinks was perfectly acceptable. The staff I spoke to were friendly and it was a nice visit.

visited this café xmas eve am - approached hot counter to be told due to it being busy (mmm...no queue and very little people sat down?!) the lady on the till would take the order and then he (Gareth) would bring it over... I thought this odd because all the items were already prepared in front of us in the hot counter...proceeded to the till and eventually after some time... in-between her chats over us trying speaking, with others in the queue/staff ending their shift etc she took our order...were then told the coffee machine wasn't working (obviously not her fault) but just added to the on-going situation. We then waited....waited ....and.... waited ...for 35 minutes for a breakfast that was already prepared in the hot counter?!?! it was obvious a behind the counter staffing issue but one member of staff was stood shuffling condiments, cutlery and moving dirty trays up and down the rack - nothing constructive really looking at the bigger situation re serving people their food ! Had my husband not been very hungry I would have asked for my money back and left.

Waited 20 minutes for fish and chips, then sadly discovered half way through it hadn't been properly cooked. Kicking myself for not saying anything,,,, but it had been a long day!!!!!!

Yesterday we went for our Christmas shop in tescos and we went round the store getting food and drink in for Christmas. Went to check out the stuff and the woman asked me for my id I wasn't paying for the alcohol but anyway she asked me for my id. I had my id on my phone and the woman wouldn't accept I am a genuine customer in tescos but she was being unreasonable and unhelpful so she called another woman over while my partner was arguing with the woman. I am 23 and my partner is 56. So my partner and I said that I had it on my phone and I showed her she took a quick glance and that was it all the shopping we left and got back into the car they was really homophobic as well like the atmosphere wasn't right it was horrible . Will stick to our local store from now on.

I came here with my children this weekend for dinner and I understand it's a busy time of year but the level of rudeness from the staff over some scrambled egg was ridiculous I asked for the scrambled egg and was told I could have it by one member of staff then him and another lady member of staff had a big arguement in front of me which resulted in no scrambled egg am absolute shambles

Five of us went for breakfast good service plenty of choice well cooked and great price.Nice seating area upstairs in store.

Went here assuming quick service as it was my little grandson's lunchtime. There were two members of staff desperately trying to serve a never ending queue and to top it all the cash register needed a few thumps to get it working!

Went with my partner and children for breakfast. Floor was littered with food cutlery was filthy, when we finally got our cooked breakfast the sausages were rock hard like they had been there since the night before it was freezing cold so sent it back no apology off staff, when they bought it back it was still cold still no apology and my plate was just thrown in front of me. Absolutely disgusting place will not be returning

My daughter and I called in for a quick lunch. We quickly wished we hadn't. The food was ok ....but the cafe was filthy. Food littered the floor , the tables weren't cleared and when they where no one wiped them. The cutlery was awful. Won't be going again

Good choice of foods, especially organic which I prefer, very outlet so you can pick just anything except furniture!

Nice quick hot snack , reasonably priced, needed some shopping for the caravan and had a snack in the caffe too see us through till teatime, all good

Went to meet some friends in cafe in Tesco Prestatyn. There was a long q which was held up by one person serving food and no other member of staff on . Service was slow and un help the one member of staff that was on couldn't even crack a smile

Ordered fish and chips for me and my partner and the fish was massive!! Did not expect that, such a big meal, and really nice!

Revisited and was hoping it had improved, it had from 1 star to a 2, but far from great. Staff OK, food choice OK, but when you order a tuna melt you sort of expect the cheese to be melted....looked like it had been grilled for a few seconds..... Cold in the middle. Green tea was good, tea bag and hot water so not a lot to go wrong with that. Only thing to salvage....at least I got club card points.

10 of us went for breakfast and it was a disaster. I asked for scrambled egg on toast. I think they only used 1 egg judging by the amount of egg on the toast. The full breakfasts weren't bad but not very hot. The only thing good about any of it was the fried bread. The most bizarre thing that happened, we were all eating and one of the staff came over and asked us all if anyone of us didn't pay!!We all showed our receipts and we found out it was something to do with cups, yes cups, apparently 2 extra cups were put out and they realised they had only been paid for 10 not 12. Weird.The management should go to Sainsbury's to see how it is done properly, their food is always hot and delicious. We won't be going back to Tesco's café in a hurry.

Get your roller skates on if you want to shop before you get a ticket on the car park. Cannot relax at this store or have a coffee and shop no time. watch the clock.

Nice Tasty breakfast but a little small for me. Not quite enough for me. It was certainly Tasty though

Called in for lunch, awful. Trays and trays stacked up in the trolley's waiting to be taken away and all the tables filthy with plates. We found a table and politely asked a staff member if she had a cloth - we where aware she was busy. She returned without saying a word (or a smile) and dusted the mess onto the floor and all over our daughter in her buggy. Would have left then but kids where starving, ignored for 10 minutes then asked to be served, to be told 'in a minute', we waited some more than left for the m&s cafe instead (which is clean and cheerful) This is the worst place ive been too. The food looked dried out and disgusting. Won't be back.

Have visited the café before and found them to be shortstaffed. This visit was the same, This time the food wasn't much to write home about. The one and only toilet door did not have a lock on, did report it but they said it was in the hands of the maintenance dept. Went back three days later and it was still broken! Well done Tesco!!!???

Had good stock and good prices. With the family holiday we usually do shopping before we start, this provided what we needed

Visited with my grandchildren for lunch as we had been shopping in the new shopping park. The service was great with a welcoming smile from the staff and the surroundings were very nice. The children had a lunch box each where they could choose a sandwich, a drink and a couple of snacks too which was very good value. I would definitely return if we are in the area

Went here knowing that we should get something edible for our 3 and 6 year old on route to our accommodation. Choice for child's meals was lacking, a small cheese sandwich which had a minuscule amount of spread on it and dry hardened curling up cheese. Our son gave up after two bites and I don't blame him! We ordered a kids jacket for our daughter (because no other hot children's meals were listed and there were no options for kids sandwiches.) and an adult jacket and were told it would be 10 minutes. Service was beyond chaotic, food sat on the hot plate served up onto plates but going no where. My partner asked if something was available and was told it was, we paid for it and then discovered it wasn't (after waiting 15 minutes for it to arrive). The adult jacket potato arrived after the 10 minute wait but no child's jacket - not that it mattered as there was no cutlery to eat our meals with! When we asked a staff member for some cutlery she bluntly replied "I'm trying my best". Tables were filthy and we cleared one ourselves and removed the grime from the table with wet wipes. Meals were being served in a bizarre and random order, not one table received all their meals at the same time. We resorted to using whatever cutlery became available first (a spoon for a jacket potato but no knife). Staff seemed clueless and stressed, all running around like headless chickens with no order or plan for how to run the place. We won't be back despite being in self catering accommodation for the next week. This could have been the perfect place to return to in the morning for breakfast but I hold no hope for it.

Tesco was clean tidy and the staff very helpful. The grandchildren had fun trying to pronounce the welsh words. Easy to get into the shops parking and a few good shops to nip in to

Myself and my nine year old daughter "dined" at Tesco on a recent visit to Prestatyn. It wouldn't have been my choice but for some reason my daughter insisted on it (she'll eventually grow to learn better). It was surprisingly quiet for a lunch time during the summer holidays but at least we didn't have to queue or wait too long for our food to arrive. I had ham, egg and chips which was acceptable, my only quibble being the eggs were just marginally overdone which meant I couldn't dip my chips in the yolk. My daughter wasn't overly impressed with her chicken nuggets but that have been due to the packet of crisps she'd consumed not long before. I tried one of the nuggets and it was ok. One thing that was noticeable was that the staff were very slow to clear tables which made the place look a bit messy. Maybe they knew they wouldn't get many more customers coming in so they weren't in a rush to make tables available again after they'd been vacated?

I was looking for the American style sweets bit in the store this evening and was having trouble finding it , I was on the biscuit isle and there was a lovely worker stacking shelves he helped me find what I was looking for even though I was about 8 isles away he took me right to it and advised me on what he liked and thought I would like ,top bloke gave me all the time in the world , he was a well built fella probably in his 50's didn't catch his name but he deserves a mention .

Absolutely awful service. The place was so disorganised. Milk and cream left on counter tops. Counters in a very untidy state. Customers waiting to be served. Took over 20min to make a couple of coffees. The staff didn't seem help each other, one poor lady was trying to do everything which meant a long wait for the customers. No cutlery left.no cups left. It wasn't even busy!! Won't be coming here again!

The staff at this Tesco were not very friendly and offered a very poor service. Only two working as a result the food arrived pretty cold and greasy will not go there again to eat!

So close to everything staff are great here prices are good wide range of grocers always plenty of space to park

Clean cafe with friendly staff. Two rounds of toast with butter and the jam of your choice for 99p. Jacket spuds are amazing too. Makes shopping bearable !

Friendly staff... some of them more get up and go in them than others. Food was pretty poor really. I ordered a jacket potato with cheese and that's what I got, a potato and a pot of cheese, no butter, no salad all a bit dull. It was completely tasteless I got bored of eating it and could not be bothered to use the energy to chew some tasteless bit of spud. Would have preferred a piece of card board to eat. Will not be returning.

We had one breakfast there and I must admit it was not well cooked and it was very pricey we would definitely not go again.

My elderly father and his friend treated themselves to breakfast on Thursday 10th December - they were bitterly disappointed. Extremely poor service, vile and cold food. :-(

I was inquiring about Halloween do and fire works , no one in store seem to of known a dam thing which was very annoying,went u travel from Anglesey with a sat nav just to find the place no sighpost of any thing at all.

The place is a complete shambles. Took my little girl today during shopping. Have done this before for drinks. But decided to have lunch today. I had a jacket with beans and cheese. The potato was soft on the outside, raw in the middle. The beans and cheese were a pound each. Had very little of both. The side salad was a joke. My daughter had a portion of chips. These were countable on 2 hands and i put them on my saucer and there was still space. Id had to wait for my lunch. They said they would bring it over. I waited 15 minutes. Went to ask and it was on the side. For such a big company this cafe is a bit of a joke. Ive given them the benefit of the doubt a few times now about the sevice. But today was the final straw. Will not be going up that lift to hell!!!!

My Daughter was having Driving lessons, and was picked up on a Friday Morning at 08:30 from the car park. So I'd head into Tesco Cafe for a Latte and a Bar of Chocolate. As such I've not eaten in the CafeOn several occasions the Milk Steamer was broken, so I had to have a Coffee, given that the visits were 7 days apart, and obviously the machine had been repaired between visits, it is clear new equipment is needed.Over all the visits, the one most memorable, was a customer of the Cafe, strongly complaining to 3 Tesco Managers, who seemed to meet up in the Cafe every Friday Morning. The Managers, one of whom appeared to be the actual Store Manager was to say the least condescending to say the least. With sarcastic comments made about the customer after he had left. Very surprising attitude, clearly expressed in front of other customers. On a different note, customers always appear to wrack up their used cups and plates, yet the 3 Managers on each occasion they departed the cafe before me, left the Cafe Staff to clear up after them.The Cafe is never full to the point where a table is not availableThe Cafe is accessed by either Lift or Stairs, and has Trolly LockersOn each of my visits, the Staff have always been friendly, if not totally attentive, as on several occasions, I had to point out the Chocolate bar on the tray.

Just a few facts myself and my friends picked up on.. The cafe serves an 'all day breakfast' - please make it all day? It was 11am and there was nothing left and we were badly spoken to by a cafe employee for picking up on the all day breakfast advert. When I eventually picked my food I chose a side salad - I thought lettuce was green not brown? In all honesty I was more annoyed about the breakfast situation. Please sort it out, replenish when needed.

We visit Tesco nearly every week and because the instore cafe is convenient we will have a coffee there but this last visit with our daughter in law and 2 of our grandsons for lunch it will be our last. Does the manager/owners know what terrible service and food is produced here? they need to look for themselves.The other week at 10.30 they had run out of tea cakes!! with a bakery just below is it not possible to purchase more tea cakes? Yesterday at 1pm they had run out of panini's!!! and baked beans!!!! now "come on" is this a restaurant or not? We had a cheese and tomato toastie and a ham and cheese toastie that were so thin I would have been ashamed of serving it. I am sure that the staff are fed up having to deal with all the complaints so Costa do something about it!!!

Ok for cup of coffee,food looks cold and unappetising as dose the sandwiches,could take a leaf out of morris ons book and make menu wider and more palitable

I had a breakfast here first thing in the morning when the cafe opened, so you would expect the food to be freshly cooked and taste great, BUT no I seemed as it was from the previous day or something the sausages were a odd colour a stale, the bacon was dreadful and eggs cold.

2nd time to the supermarket cafe and again disappointed. Same woman serving never smiled. Ordered our all day breakfast put through till about to pay and she pipes up I best check we have sausage and bacon. I mean advertising that they do something and having to check if it's in is bad planning. 1st visit we couldn't have the pulled pork hotdog as no hotdogs. Anyhow they had sausage and bacon so we paid and sat down. She brought food over and did not even say a word. Not even a "here you go". We said thanks and still not a word from her. We are polite and to not even get a acknowledgement was shocking and unprofessional. Now the food. Bacon had white solidified fat on it and was rock hard. Sign of being microwaved! Sausages again not that good. Chips were burnt and just tasted like batter without any potato in them. Asked for fried eggs to be runny. Couldn't get any harder. Attempted to dip a chip in and it broke the chip!!! Didn't even get a tomato even though I don't like grilled tomatoes could of substituted it for something if they didn't have any in stock. Beans were the best part but tasted like tesco everyday value ones. All this for £5.79. Worth about £2.50 max tbh Never going to this store again. I would say 3rd time could be lucky but I think I'll scrap that myth right here. Tesco here need to sort it out. Cafe is empty. Perhaps a sign that it's not just me that finds it horrible

Food is awful ! We had the chesse burger its the worst I have ever tasted and that was all I did was taste it chips were not up to much either !! Wwe were not the only ones to complainsomeone complained there food was cold , ours was just warm as we were leaving we noticed the soup others were having the complained it was tastless it looked like dish water will never go there again to eat coffee was ok though and staff were lovely !!

Went to get knives and forks for our meals... there were only a few in the holders and half still had food residue on them. That of course meant they had contaminated the others. Checked the receipt when we got home and found we'd been overcharged too.

I live locally but myself and friends decided to get a meal out, if I could give this place 0, I would. Food was tepid and the chips were like eating cardboard, has the potential to be good, but needs some major changes.

Tucked away at the back of the store, not very clean or offering anything special, I prefer the multitude of high st cafes available a short walk away.

.. compare supermarket cafe to other forms of eating places ..We visited again yesterday drawn in by there Christmas lunch deal !! while my husband went for the deal I found it lacking ( where were the mashed potatoes and Cranberry jelly) .. I went instead for a pre packed Ploughmans roll .. that was a mistake ..very old limp greens and the Branston pickle spread was heavy in the fold and no where else the whole thing tasted stale !!.. I must point out that my husband was pleased with his Turkey lunch ... One thing I must mention was the state of the cafe ..I know this was at 1pm on a Friday afternoon but I counted 11 uncleared tables !! Yes .. customers are pointed to clear there own tables.. however the rack that the used trays/dishes were to go on was full .. the cleared tables needed a wipe down and the floor by many tables was full of sticky debris .. Ladies if you bring the drinks to the table don't go back to the kitchen empty handed ...

called into tesco restaurant Prestatyn,thought might get half decent meal as the place is full of food in fact they have so much food there they are selling some of it! Anyway I had (allegedly) "lasagne" with chips.now I don't expect michelin starred food at a supermarket cafe but I do expect something edible this lasagne was abysmal served in a conical shaped bowl from a dolls house ,minuscule portion,not helped with the 12 chips the colour of charred wood the only flavour of the lasagne was dried basil,terrible terrible stuff coffee was ok and this cost £7.50.why is a supermarket charging pub prices?The other offerings looked very sad and dried out, obviously been sat on the hot plate for a few days.there are plenty of places to eat in Prestatyn tesco isn't one of them!

cafe itself was fine, but the coffee was expensive, of course it was costa coffee, that speaks for itself, & we had to wait too long to get it.
