The best restaurants in North Wales

First time to this pub Saturday afternoon friendly staff I ordered fish asked what fish it was went to ask the chef he didn’t know just white fish As there was nothing else I fancied on the menu I took a chance My partner ordered lasagne and stepson ordered burger and chips After waiting 1/2 hour meal arrived Well what can I say the chips just looked like they’d been found in the bottom of the fryer or been heated up a dozen times As For me my fish well I just don’t know what to say the taste wasn’t right for one but it was the yellow soft gunk that was oozing from the middle that just said to me don’t eat unless your going to regret it Sons burger was just dripping in grease that put him off plus the chips from the bottom of the fryer same as mine that was probably fresh about 3 weeks ago Partners lasagne was dry and tasteless so overall First time and last time to this pub I did complain and they refunded me for the fish meal To be honest I shouldn’t have payed for any of that dreadful food Cause we just left 3 plates full of food but I’m a business owner and know how hard it is But come on Don’t serve low grade food for normal pub prices And me saying low grade food is being kind

Had a delish steak, cooked just to my liking (well done!). Even better that they allow dogs - they offered my wee pup a piece of sirloin, but he had to decline as he’s a vegetarian.

Ordered a takeaway paid and food never arrived tried the numbers on website and one not in use the other number tried is a bed and breakfast . Wont be ordering from here again very angry and dissapointed think they gone bust and not said anything . Very angry 😡😡😡😡

This is the best chip shop in Caernarfon. The fish and chips are yummy and they don’t cost that much. I always get my fish and chips from here. The fish is always cooked fresh and they do really good kids meals too. The staff are always friendly and they are always cheerful and happy to help. I always ask for llawer o halen a finegr (lots of salt and vinegar) and they always get it spot on. Love this shop, if I could, I would get fish and chips from here everyday!

Every time we turn up for the Deli counter its closed!, Today back at 10:40, last Sunday back at 11:00, went there earlier this week to avoid this issue!, But again its closed.

Lovely/friendly staff who are always fast and efficient in an extremely busy Greggs. This is by far the best Greggs around the North Wales /Shropshire area.

Food was cheap and filling. But the wait time was extortionate. I waited in the queue for 30 minutes just to get a hotdog. Instead of taking everyone’s orders while one person made it; they took one order at a time made it then took the next order so it took absolutely ages, would rather have waited sat down instead of stood up. Hot dog was 99p or 1.50 for a jumbo so can’t go wrong with the price, but the service was too long

Awkward staff. Ordered sandwich which ended up not being very nice or to my taste. I politely asked for it to be changed. All was ok until who seemed to be the owner TASTED my already eaten sandwich and proceeded to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the sandwich in a very rude and obnoxious way. Would never visit again and I predict that this business won’t be around for long!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Found mould on the bottom of the burger, put me off the food for the rest of meal. would not recommend

Food was cold Chips were hard Attitude on the woman that took my order was unsatisfactory we ended up paying £38 on 4 cold meals that we could not eat never going again

Popped in for a coffee and something to eat. Coffee was lovely and I enjoyed the mince pie. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food selection availability should have been better.

Love this place. Drunk or sober the food it great and the prices really reasonable. Special shout out to the guy with the long hair 😉 Always friendly and smiley, makes going in even better!
