The best restaurants in Aberystwyth Rheidol Ceredigion Mid Wales

Ordered the full breakfast and the poached eggs! Waw!!!!!! Must admit that these were the best breakfasts ever ordered. We both said….thank god we didn’t try and order lunch!!! The choice was out of this world. At least the breakfast menu was more straight forward!! 👍👍 Diolch Pav….. best place for freshly cooked and tasty food.

Afternoon birthday tea, 3 difficult diets deliciously accommodated for. Sorry, no photos, too busy eating it! Gluten-free vegetarian, nut & seed free vegetarian and a vegan all with our own separate tiered plates of safe food. Big thanks to a great team and rousing rendition of happy birthday with a real lit candle. Memories are made here.

Best pub in Aberystwyth. Lots of real ales,beers and lagers.

Lovely bean burger, if somewhat dry. Mexican Mayhem loaded fries were very tasty. Perfect portion size!

Generally a really warm and welcoming local. Guinness not the best but otherwise a good range of drinks on offer.

Tasty fish, chips and scampi with great views. Huge portions and fast service. If I had one criticism it would be to have proper cutlery, not small take out wooden ones for dining in.

Nice cafe with a sea view and plenty of tables. A range of cakes and empanadas available to eat, as well as hot drinks and smoothies (coffee and cake was £5). Quite nice inside, don’t let the hand drawn sign outside put you off :) friendly staff too, would recommend

Used to use this Chinese all the time, but it's gone downhill recently, prawn toast eaten tonight tasted like nothing but fat and grease which had to go in the bin, ordered noodle dishes in the past and it's nothing but overcooked slop, the only thing that saves it from a 1 star is the Yang chow fried rice which is lovely. Great shame as it always used to be my go to Chinese in Aberystwyth
